I would like to preface this by saying that the food and service were okay. My main issue with this location is how it is being managed. This is a new location for Pur bowls but not Nguyens kitchen so they were doing a buy one get one free online, which is one of the reasons why we decided to walk in today. First issue is the online ordering was not working and not honoring the buy one get one free that they were advertising. I couldn't even complete the order because the site kept crashing. The website has never given me issues when I buy literally at any other Pur location. So we walked in store expecting them to honor what it shows online. We were told by the staff that they could not. So we had to pay full price but whatever. Second issue is the way they made this location with only one person running both businesses at the cashiers and the açaí bowl station. Management really needs to fix this because it doesn't work and truthfully, you guys should be emulating the orange location because they have it down right. I will not be returning, this place is nothing like the other locations I've been to. I feel really bad for the staff here after noticing that management has failed to acknowledge constructive criticism and has only praised good reviews. It's disgusting and they should do better for their staff. read more

This place is in the same building as a different restaurant, so once you walk in, you go to the right of the building to get a bowl. The overall atmosphere was modern. The acai bowl was great, especially on a hot summer day. The acai base was very tasty and the variety of options they had available made the bowl even better. The matcha bowl was refreshing and not at all sweet, which is perfect if you don't have a sweet tooth. It pairs well with the vanilla pudding! If you're not sure which base to get, you can ask the employee to try the ones you want, which is awesome. They will give you a sample in a small plastic spoon. The service was excellent. The total price for two small bowls was about $20. read more

Tried this place courtesy of the Yelp Experience and found the location clean and enough spacing between tables. They are located inside of the Aldi's shopping center on the northeast corner. They were out of the small size cups so they had to use the next size up. They were friendly and patient and explained ed the process. I chose one of the pre-made bowls, which was very tasty to me.
