Have been to other establishments in the area, I think this place is trying. 5 stars on the corn esquite good flavor, nice heat not to spicy looks very nice before mixing please note photo was after mixing and splitting in half. Good serving of corn in the bowl. 5 stars for the strawberrys and cream - an order comes with vanilla yogurt on the bottom cut strawberrys sprinkled with raisins, coconut shavings and granola. 5 stars to fries nice hamburger spot fries seasoned with seasonings salt Exterior of building looks clean with decals and ads for the food they offer. Interior is little run down most the the seats upholstery is ripped and a bit dirty but please remember that more then half of the clients are small children which can be messy when they eat. read more

Service is okay however, lady who makes biónicos is very rude. A lady who prepares food in the back came to the front to taste the rice with her fingers using the spoon she was mixing it with. No wonder they are rated a B. Make sure to always check your receipt and make sure all your items are in the bags before leaving the store. They charged me for 3 items and only gave me two. The interior looked like this was once an old school diner with its booths. Loud music blasts from speakers above which made conversations a bit hard. Yes, the interior could have been cleaner, but a solid 3 stars for the food. Order: -Mangoñada: I thought this was okay compared to the Bay Area establishments. Portion size were nonetheless huge. Topped with fresh mangos on top. The tamarind chile stick was a disappointment however. Didn't taste very spicy. -Biónico: Wow! A condensed and evaporated yogurt like combination with papaya, fresh fruit, granola, raisins, and shredded coconut. Super refreshing and also seemed very healthy. Portion was massive! I gave them 4 stars because recently I tried their food and it was pretty good. I've tried fresas con crema, mangoneada, camarones a la diabla, raspados and Mango ice cream. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. We buy tamales de elote from this place because they're really good. They had them at $18 for the dozen and then they went up to $22 a dozen, okay that's fine we like them so it's okay we'll pay that. So when they charged us, they charged us $26 something. So they ended up charging us $24 the dozen, when the menu said the dozen was $22. When we asked why she charged us $24 the stupid "manager" said "we haven't had time to change the sign but they're $24 a dozen now". Ordered an esquite, half the cup was mayonnaise, that did it for me. I regret coming here and wasting my money. I don't know if the staff is cutting corners for some easy money or if the place is pinching pennies to make some profit. I totally understand, different people make the stuff differently.
