This location is a joke I get everyone has raise there prices since the scamdemic but this location has lost there marbles there charging double the price for a milkshake than other Baskin Robbins location. I been to multiple locations and I have never seen the large milkshake price for more than $8.99 so whoever this owner is needs to be ashamed of themselves for trying to rob the community of there money I can see you trying this in the suburbs but not $14 for a large milkshake in the city of bell. I came earlier today and was happy to go since I haven't been to this location for a long time. I walked in and both ladies welcomed me which was nice but the girl that helped me out was rude. Don't know her name but she has black hair and kinda tall. She asked me "Is whip cream and cinnamon okay" instead of answering, I kindly asked if she made me the caramel cappuccino since the caramel one comes with caramel drizzle on top not cinnamon. I asked just to make sure but instead of her saying yes or no she just asked again in a rude way "do you want cinnamon or caramel." She ignored my question. Then when she came up to me to hand me my drink I kindly asked for my receipt which she was rude once again because she just left it in the counter and quickly walked away. I have always enjoyed the ice cream cakes at this Baskin Robbins even though they are a bit on the pricey side, but this is the first time I'm writing a review lol I went on Wednesday to ask if they did the did gender reveal cakes. They were very nice about keeping the gender a secret from me as I asked about the different types of ice cream flavors they'd use for either sex. When I picked up my gender reveal cake I was extremely surprised at how amazing my cake looked. They not only did an amazing job at decorating but it was really good too. My family has been coming to this ice cream shop for years. The owners are nice, the quality is consistent and the staff is kind and helpful. I like trying a new flavor of each ice cream each time and Dalia is always so helpful with suggestions. It's usually really busy so I like to make my selection and quickly and be on my way. What I love about this ice cream is that it doesn't melt right away so I get to enjoy it when I get home as if it was just scooped. I'm glad this little ice cream shop is in my neighborhood. Just wanted to share the love since I'm seeing some negative reviews and I don't feel that accurately represents this spot. this place is soooo cheap! i came in today for the 31 month day special each scoop was $1.50. i bought a total of 3 double scoops and 1 triple scoop. this is not the first time this store does something like this to me. about 6 years ago i came in for a single scoop and was given my scoop in a kid's cup. i know the sizes very well because i worked at a baskin robbins for 4 years (don't want to sound like i know everything). i was told it was OK because i was still getting the same weigh of a regular size scoop even though it was in a kid's cup. fast forward today i brought all the ice cream for my family. when i finished ordering i was told i was going to get a box for my order i thought "ok great". i inquired about lids and was told "we aren't giving lids out today". i also inquired why the double scoop was being placed in a single scoop cup and of course the triple scoop in a double scoop and was told it was because they were kids size so they fit (something i will follow up to know what size was the special for). i inquired if i could speak to someone higher and was told only regular employees were in. the employee helping me walked away and started telling her coworkers the issue. i figured someone was going to come and address the issue. i was left standing there, then another employee comes and asks me "how can i help you". so basically the employee was done and left me standing there so she could go gossip. i don't understand why this baskin robbins is so cheap, if i am a paying customer no matter the price. it's like starbucks who has happy hour atleast 1 time a week saying "today we aren't giving out lids since you only paid $2 for a drink that is regularly $5" keep in mind this "special" only happens 7 times a year. i only stopped by because it was convenient on the right side of the street versus the south gate location which is on the left side. i am sure i wouldn't have a problem there. so i had to come home and put the ice cream in containers so when i placed it in the freezer it wouldn't have the freezer burn taste. read more

They are the only ones that carry the salted caramel ice cream I've gone to many in the area and they do not carry it. This flavor is the only flavor my husband likes so this makes me happy that they always have it. Also the girls are very nice. Of all the Baskin Robbins I've been to, this is by far my favorite. Every time I come, I'm greeted with great customer service. It's awesome that they happily allow me to sample the flavors I ask for and that they walk me through the variety of cake options. I think this store's cake designs are also awesome! You'll see emoticon cakes, Pokémon cakes, cute minion cakes, etc. It's hard to go wrong with Baskin Robbins ice cream - pretty much every flavor I've had is delicious. The great thing about this store is that they carry a LOT of flavors! I've been to stores that carry fewer than 20 flavors...but this store always has everything I would want and more. Last time in went I wanted a small cake just for mom dad and kids but I wanted it sort of Disney frozen theme. They suggested writing on the pre-made cake with blue writing and added my frozen figures I took and it looked AWESOME! looked like a 50 60 dollar cake but only cost $25. This location has been here for quite some time and hasn't really changed since I was in high school. There is no other way of putting it, but the owners of this place are super cheap. lol If you do not intend on eating the ice cream on site or as soon as you leave the store you can expect to carry all the cones in your hand. I often times buy my mom ice cream from this place (coconut and pistachio), but absolutely dread the I have to take the cone in my hand while driving home. They have cups, but there is no way they will give you one for your ice cream unless you cause a scene or pay for the it. So you can imagine how much of a headache carrying more than one cone is while driving, not to mention how messy it is. This of course only applies to people who buy ice cream in cones. Also, you can expect to pay 13 bucks for 2 double scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone. 13?!?! I could get better ice cream that is much more filling at a Cold Stone. Still, this has and continues to be a staple in Bell so I can't rate them below a 3. Your lucky my parents are fans of the ice cream haha. read more
