The store itself is always clean and so cutely decorated, which makes picking up your order even more enjoyable. The staff is always friendly too. I also love trying their seasonal flavors because they're always super yummy and give me an excuse to try something new! Ordering through the app makes everything easy, too. I was able to place my order ahead of time and have a seamless pickup with no hassle. When I picked up the cake today and arrived home, I realized that the cake was not finished and was missing the soccer toys. I called the store and spoke to the female worker with glasses whom I placed the order yesterday which also happened to be the one who gave me the cake today. I told her the cake was not given to me as pictured and was missing the toys. She told me that she asked me if I wanted the toys and I said no, which wasn't true I literally told her I wanted as pictured. She told me that wasn't true but I could come back and get the toys for $12. She also stated that she had not charged me for the cakes I understand that mistakes happened but I was bothered by the lack of accountability. She could have apologized because either she misunderstood or did not finish the cake instead she gaslit me and was dismissive. I called another baskin and asked if the cakes in their binder are charged additional for the toys and told me that the toys are not an additional charge, the cake price includes the toys. I drove back to the store and when I walked in she said that I was here for the toys and asked her co worker if she could help me but her co worker said no since she was ringing someone else up. The girl had to help me and again told me it'd be $12 for the toys. I told her that I had called another baskin and asked if the toys came included without additional charge which they said yes to. However, she still claimed that the toys were additional charge. I asked her to call her manager but since her manager was not present she called her through her phone which I felt was sketchy. Finally, she came back and after speaking with her manager she told me that just for this once the toys would be free but next time I have to make sure I purchase them. I told her next time she has to tell me if they are or aren't included with the cost. She clearly made a mistake by not including the toys, instead of just giving me the toys since clearly lacks customer service and cannot admit she was in the wrong, she is really trying to charge me for HER mistake. Additionally, yesterday when I purchased from the store she tried to charge me for a double scoop ice cream cup that I had paid for beforehand. I did do two separate orders with more ice cream in the second order but she was hesitant to remove the additional cost of the 1st order even after showing her my receipt. Overall, I felt the girl was very disorganized and unprofessional.

I grabbed a butter wreath and proceeded to the check out line to order a Thai Tea with Boba. The cashier was done taking a woman's order, and as I proceeded to walk to the register, she looked at me and walked away. I really thought she was going to make a drink or help a customer out, but was I wrong! She walked towards the back area, flipped through some pages on the wall, and proceeded to talk to the 3 female workers. Two of which were passing the phone around. They conversated and laughed for about three minutes. Meanwhile, the male worker patiently worked on the customer's drinks. He seemed to be the only one on the floor actually doing his job! One of the female workers looked at me and walked towards me with her head down. She politely took my order but by then I was annoyed. I paid for my drink and my bread, (which btw was burnt from the bottom). Unfortunately, I did not notice until I got home. This location needs to train their staff all around. Burnt bread and horrible service. I'd much rather drive to the 85 in Gardena. They have waaaaaay better customer service.
