I reluctantly agreed to try the "My Cafecito" after being told it is similar to the smoothie (minus peanut butter). I was very reluctant to deviate from the drink I love and I ended up regretting it! The coffee flavored smoothie was basically a slushy. It was majority crushed ice that melted and became brown water. There was no creaminess that you would expect from a smoothie as the Chocolate Wasted one is. I wished I had not let myself be talked into trying it and had buyers remorse and left very dissatisfied. Never again.

I wished I can put no stars. It's hard for me to wrote a negative comment on a business, but believed me this has to be the worst Jamba Juice on earth. Employees has lack of respect for customer service. They appear lazy and not very attentive Every day I go they are missing an ingredient. And I mean every day. The other day they didn't have milk, different day they didn't have bananas, on another visit they didn't have almonds or berries and today they didn't have bananas, berries or strawberries. So I asked who I can talk to about it because I'm not sure why they even open for business if there's always lack of inventory to serve the customers. Only reason that I was going there is that is the only one near by my work. But seriously management needs to step on to resolve this issues. read more

These last two times, though, they've been super watered down. By the time I get toward the bottom, I'm basically just drinking milk with a distant memory of coffee. The service itself is good, so no complaints there! Maybe it's just inflation...apparently it's gotten ahold of my gas AND my coffee now. At this point, even the caffeine budget is getting cut.
