My wife and I stopped by this Baskin Robbins this afternoon because we were right next door. She wanted her cappuccino blast drink. This store is in a plaza with limited parking. We parked on the street so we just walked here. They have a decent amount of seating inside. When we were here their bathroom was not working. We also had to wait a long time because there was only one employee working and the lady in front of us took her time ordering. My wife enjoyed her drink and the price is more on the higher end. read more

So...I ended up going to a different location, Baskin-Robbins - South Gate Atlantic Ave, and I'm so glad I did. I was greeted by Zach, who was incredibly helpful and kind. I mentioned that I was looking specifically for a pint of mint chip ice cream and didn't see any out in the display. He immediately offered to check the back, and sure enough, he came out with it--like magic. This was the ice cream my mother wanted, so I was genuinely excited knowing how happy it would make her, and Zach truly made my night. Kudos to him for going above and beyond and providing excellent service. Also worth noting: the posted hours here were accurate, and I even called ahead before coming in. This used to be my favorite baskin robbins. The new guy there is absolutely rude!!! He expected me to hurry up with my order. I wanted to sample the new flavors and told me it is only 1 sample per customer. I apologized and told him I didn't know we could only sample 1 ice cream flavor. Then he tells me it's my 2nd day working after i tried to start a conversation basically shutting me up. The whole interaction was so unpleasant. I am not a huge fan of franchises and having apps because point of having an app is to get perks and not everyone knows about them and pay full price anyway but this manager/owner chooses not to honor rewards even though they could. If they were nice enough, it could also encourage more purchases in the future or additional purchases within the same order. I will not be returning. The employees are sweet though that's the only good thing. read more

I like to take my son here for an after school treat. The parking lot is very small. However the actual place is usually always empty. My sons favorite is the strawberry with gummies on top which is an extra dollar. They tend to offer free samples of whatever flavor they're trying to push for the month. read more

5/20/17 Came to this location since I was in the area and it's fairly new. It has a modern feel, menu is digital and various flat screens on the wall. The line was long but there was definitely all hands on deck that allowed for the line to move expeditiously (which I loved)! Everyone was friendly, from the employees to even the customers in line. THE ORDER: ice cream--- flavors: pineapple coconut, pistachio, and cookies and cream. I would definitely return to this location again; portion sizes were generous and customer service was excellent (; I would also recommend this location to anyone who are in the area. I bought a 20 dollar food voucher for 10 dollars on Groupon the young lady was all alone but very able to handle the store by herself she was helpful and very fast attending the customers.She was also knowledgeable on how to redeem the Groupon I was able to get 4 very good soft cookies, one waffle cone, one sugar waffle cone dipped in chocolate with rainbow sprinkles, a chocolate brownie no nuts,a can soda, a scoop of 3 triple chocolate non dairy not ice cream and one scoop of non dairy cookies and cream not ice cream everything tasted very good the only thing is I would recommend this place when you have coupons because one scoop of any flavor ice cream is 2.99 regular price read more

The times on Yelp and the window say 10pm. This is the 2nd time I pull up and it's closed 30 minutes before. One time was really bad because a delivery driver showed up and it was just recently closed (still early). Baskin Robbins is very average tasting to begin with, but this makes the experience that much worse. The thing about this location too is there's a Groupon available thats a good deal but what's the point if you can't buy ice cream at 9:30pm in the night. read more

Yesterday as i walked in with my brother to grab a quart of ice cream, i noticed we couldnt find any of our favorite flavors so we left .. the fridge was close by the door by the way .. as we got inside the car, i noticed the owner went outside as if he was looking for us as if we stole something .. because he stared at our car and was counting all the ice cream. 2 Stars for customer service. Baskin Robbins is Baskin Robbins...the product is great and all, but customer service is important as well. Despite knowing they had customers waiting, they were in the back for quite a while. I understand being busy of course, maybe saying "hello, I'll be with you in a moment!" They were very unfriendly. Not what you'd expect in an ice cream store perhaps. You can find another location in close vicinity fairly quickly. I'd rather take my business elsewhere. read more
