Always the best! I love coldstones. There always seems to be just 1 person working there which is a bummer. I feel bad for the employee. They get super busy and the 1 employee working is always working hard and fast with a great attitude. I really appreciate that and make sure they know that. I keep giving this cold stone so many chances, I've been here maybe about 7 times...I order online and still show up at least 10 mins after my "ready" time and it's never ready. I really don't think they should have the order ahead option if they are not staffed for it. They always make it when we get there, and even if we are at the pick up area, we have to wait until everyone in line is out the door, and THEN they proceed to make our order. That's already one negative. Then they do not mix my add ins to the ice cream. I've been so patient, I've given so many chances, but every single time it's a flop...
