I recently started coming back to Yogurtland after years away, and I want to share my experience at the Paramount location. First, I want to say I've had amazing experiences at other Yogurtland locations. I went to one a bit further from my home recently, and it was perfect the store was clean, toppings fully stocked, and the employee was super friendly. They even asked about my rewards account and made sure I knew about any promos. Honestly, that's the kind of service that makes me love Yogurtland. Unfortunately, the Paramount location is very different. My first visit back was nice, the employee that day was sweet. But every visit since, there's been a different lady working in the afternoons and she's consistently rude. She acts like customers are bothering her. Toppings like cheesecake bites or strawberries are often empty, machines aren't working, and today, Plain Tart and Cheesecake weren't available, plus Cookies & Cream was runny. At checkout, I had to ask if she needed my rewards info, and she initially tried charging me full price. Only after I mentioned my rewards/promos did she apply the discount. Experiences like this make it really discouraging to come visit, and it's a paramount business and I want to support my city. The only reason I keep coming is because it's close to home. It's frustrating to see such a big difference between locations. Paramount really needs to step up their service and consistency. read more

Yum Yum! I've always liked Yogurtland and their flavors but my issue is the price keeps going up and up. We got two frozen yogurts , one large and one small, for $17. The large one was not that large and the small one was actually really small so I don't even know how it had it up to that, even with toppings. Especially like the marshmallow topping and now they've added a pistachio one which was delicious. They also have frosted animal crackers and I really like those too. So five stars for flavor but losing a star for a high price honestly, it's so expensive now that I barely wanna go back. read more

This is hands down my favorite Yogurtland location. Whether it's after work or just a random craving, they always have everything stocked and ready. The store is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. You can tell they care about the customer experience. read more

We used to come here quite often. They carry a good selection of flavors. I love how they bring out the cinnamonny flavors like snickerdoodle and churro during the holidays. They match the flavors well too. Like the chocolate and vanilla, or tart and cranberry are in the same machine so you can get the mixed flavor from the middle. I have never seen it dirty. And I only experienced a machine being down once. I like the happy hour that you buy one and get the other half price. I like how they did the gift cards last year. It's a cute card holder with wrap and string that makes it like an ornament and there's a matching chapstick. I like the rewards that you can put towards your purchase. I even like the young lady that many have complained about. She's young and learning. Her customer service has definitely improved. The reason I give less than 5 stars is the price. Last time I went I paid $27 for two yogurts. Not even large. And one with no toppings because they never have Cinnamon Toast Crunch which clearly goes with Churro yogurt. But that's okay. We have it at the house. Btw, I used to get churros from the place across the street and get the churro yogurt and dip the churros. Big back behavior for real. But alas, I will not be enjoying this treat very often because I can't see myself paying that much for froyo. Maybe if I happen to be in the area at happy hour we'll treat ourselves. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I WOULD! Service is horrid during the day and it's always messy and very unorganized. The staff is extremely rude and obviously don't care about their appearance. Giving this one star is honestly okay because of an encounter I had with the closer this past Friday night. Despite it being very busy and hectic I noticed how motivated and active she was as a worker, and I was simply very impressed! Yay or nay? 1/2 I had the Cake Batter/Pistachio combo and thought it was good. Expense 0/1 Paid $16.34 for two medium cups. I thought the price was too high for how much we had. I had zero toppings and didn't even fill the cup completely. Not worth it. Location 0/1 We came in almost an hour before closing and they were already cleaning and several of the machines were not able to serve their designated flavors. Staff seemed annoyed that we were there. We even asked if they were still open to double check. We chose from the limited selection and left quickly to enjoy our sweet treat outside. There was plenty of parking and outdoor seating. Debit/credit cards accepted. Not sure if there was indoor seating. The place was very uninviting so we just left as soon as we could. I honestly don't care if the staff gives us dirty looks but what bugged me was that a bunch of flavors were unavailable because the staff started cleaning way too early. Plan to return? 0/1 Na. July 11, 2025 we went in at 1ish and the big girl working the counter was sooooo extremely rude. Please don't put people who don't want to work customer service, it's insane like it's a place you have to work with little kids as well and she behaved like she hated her job literally. (RE: REDLANDS location) Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! First, I will give credit where due. Having experienced the YOGURTLAND taste in the past, I must say, both it, as well as the ambiance are "something to write home about," as the old adage goes. Yesterday I placed an order through Grub Hub and after waiting for a period of time, suddenly I received message that "my order was cancelled, with no explanation given. I also attempted phoning YOGURTLAND during the wait & after the cancellation, but "no answer!" I then tried DoorDash & AGAIN waited for QUITE SOME TIME before reaching out to my Dasher via phone & text, to NO AVAIL! Also tried calling the restaurant a few times, but still "NO ANSWER!" Finally, after checking the option "Where's my Dasher," I was informed ~ once again ~ that my order had been cancelled, due to an issue with the RESTAURANT ...NEEDLESS TO SAY, I expected to see some sort of news report or something about an incident of "ANY KIND" concerning YOGURTLAND, but not the case (fortunately), however, upon again I attempting to reach YOGURTLAND ~ still no one answers the phone! Yet, I continue to see these rave reviews and information about their products! So here I am wondering, how could this be, when you can't even reach them? Went there for the buy one get one and the heavy set woman with black hair was very rude. She seems like she just doesn't want to be there. My daughter had a coupon she won at school and when I asked the cashier if I can get the buy one get one promo they had outside she said "well no I already used your coupon because you gave it to me" can we just be about the customer and say something like "of course we can we'd just have to save the coupon for later" is it that difficult? I don't usually write reviews but I had to here. I went in with my 2 kids today and I have to say this has been one of the cleanest Yogurtlands I have ever been to. Super clean and worker Sandy was super duper nice. What customer service used to be she still believes in and shows it! She was so sweet with my kids and even when my 4 year old made a mess I tried to insist on me cleaning it and she would not hear of it. I felt awful and she was just amazing in making me feel so much better. The ice cream Flavors were sooo good. I had a mix of different flavors and I couldn't pick a favorite between the mango, strawberry mango and coconut. My kids love the topping section and it was super clean with no toppings mixed in to each other, which with my 4 year old being on the spectrum is a big issue if he finds something he doesn't want touching his food. To others it's not a big deal but to a mom just trying to have a nice treat with her kids... you have no idea how great it felt to be in a clean place with a genuinely nice person like Sandy giving me reassurance that life happens and you deal with it. I come here at least twice a week and there is nothing wrong with this location. Toppings are always stocked. It's always clean- no sticky handles, spoons, or floors. The employees are always doing exactly what they're paid to do. A lot of these reviews are exactly what is wrong with the service industry. Grown adults that need to be coddled like children. "They seemed annoyed we were there", you were probably annoying. But did they still complete their job duties by serving you? "They didn't say hi when we walked in", you seem lonely, go be with friends and loved ones. "They didn't tell us it's BOGO" there's an A-frame sign the height of a 2nd grader in front of the door. I live in Lakewood, and will drive to the Paramount location, every time my kids want Yogurtland. This location is always clean and all of the toppers are always replenished and neat. Lakewood location is always a mess and the toppers are always mixed in with other toppers. Great job Paramount! read more

I visited the Paramount location Thursday, May 25th at around 7pm and was disgusted by my experience. The woman at the register had her hands in her pants while standing at the register and was adjusting her clothing then proceeded to unpack spoons and place them in the spoons dispenser. When I addressed it with her I was met with attitude. She proceeded to tell me that they were display spoons and would not be used. I called today to complain and was told that Rosa the Manager was the one working when I visited. The disgusting behavior along with the rude attitude are reason enough for me never to go back to this location. I am contacting the health department next and telling everyone I know. read more

I called this location less than an hour ago. A woman answered the phone and I asked what dairy free flavors do they have. She says that would be the tart, and I said no, dairy free. I then go on to explain what dairy free is (no milk products) and they normally have rocket pop which is dairy free. She then says they have French vanilla.
