SLOWEST drive thru service everrrrr! I went today and there were 3-4 cars ahead of me. I was in line about 10 minutes before it was my turn to get my order at the window. Are you serious? So I was getting street food in the back and need to use the restroom so I go to my safe spot which is starbucks. I asked to use the restroom and they gave me the code but stated I need to purchase something. OK I got to purchase a lemon loaf but requested it in the plastic. Wanted it to stay fresh was told no because there is no nutrition facts. Sir im making this request for shelf life not nutrition. So I option for a coffee cake unharmed because that will survive. I wondered how much they would have charged me for a cup of water. I've never experienced this before. I don't know where the hell the guy heard coconut milk and I waited 10 minutes for that shit and then when I go it remade with water and green tea, they literally gave it no flavor and it tastes like water. 4/22/23 It's not every day that I would be impressed with any Starbucks drink/location but today was an exception. Desi at the counter was lovely & responsive who quickly acknowledged my presence. She additionally explained when I inquired about their new beverage-Oleato, olive oil based drink. I was intrigued & took her recommendations. My order was instantly crafted & I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. She did say it's "buttery", hence creamy but NOT savory since I added sugar free vanilla flavor. After picking up my scrubs @Cristina's, I needed a pick me up to drive back to the Valley. This is the nearest location that GPS gave me. I didn't want to order ahead because I wanted to see inside and use their restroom as well. It will be a long drive back. The store is favorable for people working or studying. They have enough outlets, well lit and the chairs are comfy. I got my usual White Chocolate Mocha Frappe. It was good. Not how I want it but it will do. It will occupy me for the trip. read more

This has to be the slowest drive thru ever since they first opened and it still hasn't improved. I stopped visiting this location a long time ago until recently. They were sold out of the bear cup at 5 am on the first day. Sold out of the red cups of course and always out of the things you want . The main issue is the wait time. Tonight, I went to Starbucks to get a yogurt parfait. My grandson loves them, so we get one probably at least two days a week besides my coffee drinks and other things that I buy there. Every time I go to this location, the service there is horrible. I Walk to the counter and stand there for at least five minutes before someone even says hi to you. The guy working to drive felt sympathy for me and tried to take care of me and someone else in the drive-through. There was a girl that kept walking by and saying nothing. There was another guy doing something and saying nothing. I understand; if you're busy, it's okay. I get it it is customer service, but at least acknowledge me when I walk in and say I will be right with you as opposed to just kind of like I don't even exist and then taking so long even to try to ask, or answer a question for me or help me out at all. Today was the worst experience and topped all other visits I've made to this location. Baristas are never friendly at this location. They never ask if you need napkins or utensils in the drive through. They never say hello, good morning, how are you. It's always a "your total is." i've ordered iced chais with light sweet vanilla cold foam before, and none of them have looked or tasted this awful. i've let them sit out for 2-3 hours at room temp while doing school work, or put them in the fridge overnight (without removing the ice), and they've tasted all the same. from one barista to another, please check your ratios and ask for quick recipe refreshes if you don't know wtf you're doing. there's almost no chai concentrate, too much milk, and so little base that not even the cold foam could save it. read more

This is the Starbucks closest to my house and it's huge and everyone that works here has good customer service. It's never usually that busy of a line in the drive through but if it is I go inside because duh.. the parking lot set up on bellflower is kind of dumb and confusing if you don't come here often and know but other than that it's a good, clean Starbucks. read more
