Early morning coffee run to Starbucks today did not disappoint! Handcrafted drinks here are always on point and the service is always consistent, friendly and genuine. Everyone is nice as i always make sure I bring that same energy coming thru the door. However Barista/server Brittney feels the need to keep showing me a WHOLE GALLON of milk in front of anyone around asking "is this enough creme "and then proceeds to pour. If the cup is already filled to the brim to the point where it's going to spill over, I'm confused as to why she keeps asking me this. This is very unprofessional! Just make the coffee as ordered and if it's not right, then I will kindly inform you of that just as any other customer would. She is the only person that does this and it's quite annoying. Everyone else is spectacular! read more

I love the salted caramel cream cold brew but I usually get it in a different store. My first time to order in this store and was EXTREMELY disappointed. The cream was completely mixed into the coffee so all the flavor of the cream was gone. When I asked the barista why my order looked like that he said it probably just melted. I went in to get my coffee literally 5mins after I ordered it via the app. So i'm sure it didn't "just melt" because in the other times I ordered this drink, it took me hours to finish it and it NEVER mixed like this. Its usually turns ombre, dark brown at the bottom and light brown at the top. When I asked the Barista if i could have a fresh one he said "just try it first see if you like it" and turned his back on me. Never coming back. Horrible service. read more

The staff here is always super cool. It really sets apart from any other Starbucks. Everyone always remembers you and ask how you're doing when you walk in. The service is really fast, I come here on my short breaks and I'm in and out almost every time. Not from the area, but I usually try to make my coffee runs when I'm up here for work just to go to the specific location because of how much an impact the employees make! That says a lot!!! read more

I had just received my Double blended Venti Dragon fruit tea (delicious) forgot to ask for a cup of water so the cashier asked me if I needed anything, I said. : "yes,a cup fo water please" . He looks at me and says " oh alright we're going to make a couple of drinks before we can get you your water" , And I said: "oh, ok" ( the whole time my anxiety kept building up because of more people walking in). Waited what seemed like forever (about 11 min). Finally my anxiety got the best of me and I felt I couldn't breath in there anymore so I took a step towards the exit , but another barista that had just came out the restroom asked if I was waiting for anything, I said yes, a cup of water . He QUICKLY just said oh ok and got me a cup of water........ if I knew I had to stand in line again for a cup of water I could have gone nest door somewhere and just bought another drink . read more

I always went to this starbucks location and never had a problem with it, until this morning. i got a trenta mango dragonfruit refresher with light ice and a grande caramel brulee frap. i got the refresher and more than half of the cup was filed with ice so i told the barista that i asked for light ice and he proceeded to say "no this is light ice". we both saw that there was too much ice in it and after arguing, he decided to remake it for me. i then got my frap and half of it was filled with whip cream. i didn't pay $20 for a cup of ice and whip cream, how disappointing. read more

An employee named Eddie was so rude to me...he was in the middle of a transaction with another customer and he yelled across the store at me. Store manager was rude too!!! No professionalism and no customer service. There are no signs in the store notifying the customers not to drink beverages in the store!!! No signs at all!! I'm an educated Latina female and I didn't see any signs posted. Where is the respect?? No apology and no explanation as fo why employee was so rude. It's disappointing that during these times Starbucks did not train the employees to be polite to paying customers. No one deserves this type of treatment. read more

I went to starbucks and ordered a Venti Strawberry Açaí refresher, and I got only 5 sips of it and it was gone, they put to much ice. I barely had anything to drink. That is very disappointing to know that you almost pay up to $6 dollars for a drink and you don't even get you money's worth. That didn't refresh me what so ever, would recommend getting no ice if this is when you would normally get. read more

So I like my Starbucks...hate on haters. I moved from Rancho Santa Margarita and had to find a new Starbucks to claim as my own. This is that store...and why is that you ask? - The manager has been there for a bit and knows how to run the place. Spoken with him on numerous occasions. - They keep this store very clean and in order. - They are quick to get your order up, as you wanted it. - Plenty of parking as this shops locations is on the end of a shopping center, which in turn, makes it easy to spot. My only complaint: - Not enough plugs for your electronic toys....no not those ;) The laptops. One plug is behind a couch that you have to move...sucks. Other two are on the glass wall side and always seem to be in someones way. Other than that...it's a normal Starbucks. There are about 500 stores within 2 miles of this one, however, even though it doesn't have a drive thru...I still choose to come here. Recommended. read more

My husband did me the grand favor of going to this location to pick up a Venti Peppermint Mocha Hot Coffee and Blueberry Scone, to help me along with my studying. I was excited to get my goodies because I had yet to partake in any festive drinks as of yet. Sadly, the drink tasted bitter and had very little peppermint flavoring. My further dismay came from my husband telling me that while he was wating for the drink, the barista called back out to him that he was two cents short...two cents! In my opinion, since she had already allowed him to leave her counter, that two cents should have been sided, as I know happens OFTEN. This was just a big disappointment and a location that while close to home, is not a place I would patron again. read more

I love Starbucks. And, you know me, not being a yelp elite '18 member, I didn't expect something free. But, because I got a mixup with the ice, and size, they gave me the correct size and drink. Gotta give 'em props. I was complimenting them left and right. I got two slices of my favorite lemon bread, and I just had to get the almond milk! I liked the 2nd piece of lemon bread. It was equally delicious as the first one. Kaitlyn did an excellent job serving the Starbucks population! I will be a regular here for sure. There is little space for wheelchairs, 1 handicap space to park in, the bathroom was small but there was enough room for a small wheelchair, and there were no wheelchair accessible bathroom signs. I am not looking for anything free but I hope management can fix this. I visit Starbucks everyday, and I have noticed the mobile orders at this location are by far the slowest than at any other Starbucks. The whole idea behind mobile ordering is have have my drink ready in a hurry. Today 10 minutes and still no drink. Myself like most are in too much of a hurry to pick up kids, or rushing around doing chores. Please work to improve your mobile service times. This is probally the 4-5 time in a row this has happened at this location. Thank you I know you guys work hard but if Im writing a review then a bunch of other people are having the same issue. read more

parking can get a bit crowded. Upside its at the entrance of the complex so no need to brave grocery goers traffic. there is ample indoor and outdoor seating. The Baristas here are very friendly. Only thing i would change about this location -- I wish they had a drive thru. read more

This location is newly remodeled. Positives: The new tables and chairs don't wobble. Negatives: The tables are round and smaller, so less room if you bring your laptop. The community table is also smaller and has stools instead of chairs. The effect is less friendly and feels like a step backwards. Time will tell. read more

This is my "home" Starbucks..... I don't even come for the coffee so much as to see my favorite baristas!!!! Kayla, Kal and Carlos are the 3 amigos, the triple threat the 3 aces on the deal! Always they remember my name and even my pets names too! Whenever I feel like trying something new they offer suggestions based on their knowledge of what my tastes are and hook me up with something outside the box. Always a smile and conversation. Ok, fresh update for this place. 5 stars, based solely on the staff. The employees here are always fun, engaging, and socially up-beat. Kayla is a rock star, always with a smile and fun conversation, with her bubbly personality, while putting together my favorite drinks. Carlos knows what I want before I even have to say it. Always pleasant, and patient while I fumble with my Starbucks app to pay, while nervously cracking jokes to him. Now, Kal.... Sweet Kal. The definition of consistent service, and a great smile. On top of that, she found my crazy friend's misplaced wallet and returned it to him without even a trip to Nordstrom. J/K. There is better coffee to be had, as the equipment isn't maintained frequently enough for the sheer volume of sales, which nets some inconsistency in the shot pulls. This is no fault of the baristas making the drinks. It would be nice if there were a "Clover" here, and more frequent maintenance of the equipment. Otherwise, the staff is what keeps me coming back to this store. I hope management recognizes the value of these employees, in keeping happy return clientele to this location. Thanks guys! I went in this morning to order my favorite drink and a gift card. Originally I had ordered a tall, but the barista ended up giving me a venti because they were having difficulties with the cashier. Ultimately, I was there for more time than I expected because they were having trouble setting up my gift card. Finally, as I was going to pay for the final amount, they waived my drink because of the inconvenience of the hassle of trying to pay. It made my day so much better despite me having to wait there!! Very pleased! Overall, the staff was super friendly and reassuring as I was waiting. Not to mention they asked how the spell my name, something that not a lot of Starbucks staff will take the time to do!! read more

My drinks have had issues with them (i.e., no coconut syrup, watered down, wrong milk, less espresso shot than previously). Now, the waffle is not available for purchasing through their online ordering system despite them available in the store. Overall, Homeboys is okay. It isn't what it used to be which is sad especially because i loved it...especially their Ube matcha latte and waffles. I hope this is a temporary shift and that the OG Homeboy comes back.

I'm not too into the ones that taste artificial, but gladly this latte's cream top did not taste artificial at all! It was creamy and smooth, and Ioved the addition of the biscoff crumbles. The lavender soft serve was also great-- it tasted like the honey lavender flavor from Sorry Not Sorry Creamery. My mom said the ceremonial grade matcha level 1 latte was on the lighter side, so she might try the level 2 or 3 next time. Wait wasn't too long even though it was packed inside. We used the self service kiosk and it's easy to search through the menu. It was a plus that it also had pictures and descriptions. The wall decorations were cute and nice to know that they sell matcha and hojicha powder. May give it a try the next time I come around!

This is what they're known for. It's very unique. There's peanuts around the rim with caramel. Take a sip without a straw and without mixing it. Taste the flavors. Then you can mix it with the wooden stick they give you. That cold foam though ! Omg it's giving peanut foam vibes. Café is small, but cozy with excellent Wifi to work and otherwise chill for a while. Overall, Cafe Eclado was a solid one!

I later asked my wife how she felt about the interaction, and she didn't see it that way, so it may just be a difference in perception or that I took it out of context. However, I do feel that asking someone where they go and then implying they are saying it incorrectly--especially if it's not pronounced with a specific accent--can come across as unnecessary or dismissive. My wife liked the coffee .....but one star from me I didn't even get a coffee. By the way I don't think I'll be back tho she will not me

Then I remembered I've been wanting to try this place, so we decided to grab our post meal sweets here. We ordered 2 flan cupcakes, 1 crack cheesecake and 1 regular upside down halo halo. Everything was so good. I devoured the halo halo and the cupcake. I will need to eat the cheesecake tomorrow, but based on how good the other two were, I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy the cheesecake just as much. They are located in Cerritos at a very busy shopping plaza and there's plenty of parking. I didn't expect the bakery to be an actual restaurant. There was a good crowd, sitting at tables and eating and drinking. They have about a dozen different flavors of macaroons. You can't go wrong with any of them, but my top favorite are the Birthday, Fruity Pebble, Horchata, Cappuccino and Ferrero Rocher. They make nice gifts too, as they can put it in a treat box in an ice brown paper bag. I definitely need to come back and try their drinks and something else from their menu.

They charge an extra dollar to substitute oat milk, so I kept the regular milk. My son got the cappuccino cake, and I chose the ricotta pistachio cake. The pistachio cake was a little dry -- not terrible, but noticeable. However, my hot salted caramel latte was actually very good and paired really well with the dessert. The music and atmosphere were nice, and there were only a few patrons inside, which made it feel relaxed. However, there were a couple of dirty plates left sitting on tables while one employee seemed more focused on organizing napkins instead of clearing them. I also wasn't too sure how fresh the cakes were since they had been sitting in the display. Whether I come back really depends on the flavor and quality of the food and drinks next time around.
