My first time there wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Upon going in they had a nice little crowd, the staff was nice and helpful. So my box of 4 cookies $19 was brownie batter, not bad, could use some nuts walnuts, or pecans, . My favorite cookie chocolate chip also could use some nuts walnuts or pecans and cooked a little longer. Next was funnel cake. Kind of like that one crunchy, not sure if it really tasted like funnel cake, but I liked it. Then cake batter thins not too bad either. read more

Horrible Customer Service!!! Extremely RUDE Employees with Attitude, ESPECIALLY THE FEMALE WITH TATTOOS ON HER ARMS!!! We walked in and all customers were confused because no one knew how to order. Female employee with tattoos on arms was ignoring all customers and will not talk to any customers or help anyone. If it wasn't for a customer that knew the ordering process, we would all been standing around waiting for service and probably just took off without purchasing anything. We asked her for help multiple times and she would just ignore all of the customers. She was extremely rude and had an attitude!!! Another male employee walked in but was no help as well, he ignored customers and was also rude. As for the cookies, they look nothing like the pictures and are average, taste like Panera cookies. The female employee made me wait more than one hour for the cookies & cream brownie (cookie of week), according to her, she was too busy to put a batch in the oven. The store was dirty and the employee refuse to assist customers. Customers walk in and no employee greets you or wants to talk to customers. This is probably the worst customer service I have experienced. Definitely NOT worth the expensive prices they charge for those average cookies. This Crumbl has consistently been the worst location. So messy anytime I'm handed my box it's always dirty and sticky. This team needs to be trained on a proper workflow. Everything is always "sold out" even the morning of a new week. If 5 of the flavor options were sold out I don't know what the point of even being open was. They also never update the status of "baking now" and just say they are sold out for the day like all the other locations do replenish. The staff can't even catch up when none of the iPad to order ever work. New management asap please! read more

Crumbl Downey has plenty of parking and depending on the time you go service can be a hit or miss. Today 7/8/25 I came in around 1:20pm and was greeted by a staff who I told I came for an order I placed and a pickup for another person. He asked the names and got the orders to me right away. The store was clean, airy and AC was on point. Presentation of my orders were great compared to past visits from this location and other locations (i.e. slightly sloppy or just tossed inside the box any kind of way). I'm pleased with the service and desserts today. After months of being away from all Crumbls in general I can say this particular location has changed since my last visit -- AND it's for the better! read more

When I first started going to this location it was my favorite. Over time the quality has gone way down. I ordered a snickerdoodle cookie and it was hard all the way around and gummy in the center. I've always heard great things about Crumbl cookies, so when my coworkers surprised me by delivering a party box, I was so ecstatic. If you're a fan of softer, slightly raw cookies, you'll really enjoy these! The flavors at Crumbl change weekly, which is a cool concept, but all the flavors I tried were really good. I liked how they have a variety of flavors which includes both traditional flavors and unique flavors. I would say that in general, the unique flavors taste better than the more traditional cookies. The party box that the cookies come in are really cute and you can also add a bow to your box with a sticker for a special occasion. Because I got these delivered, I can't speak on customer service and ambiance, however, if I'm just going off the cookies themselves, I highly recommend trying them and would get them again in the future! read more

I still had to wait 10 minutes in my car AND they messed up my order but I didn't notice until I got home. I ordered 2 of the butter cake which is an extra dollar each but instead got 1 butter cake and 2 lemon ones. It's fine if they ran out but say something AND give me a refund for my $1. It wasn't worth it to head all the way back but I was pissed. The kid who brought my cookies out looked miserable and didn't even say anything like make sure that was my order.
