I attempted to call them twice and they placed me on hold both times for over 5 minutes. I think this was an attempt for them to not address this issue. It's more like an old style pizzeria with a decor that us non-existent. I would give this place high marks on the quality of the food however. I had the pleasure of eating here twice during my business trip in DC. I ordered the Chicken Parm with linguini instead of spaghetti and it was one of the best I've had. The Chicken Alfredo and baked spaghetti were also good but options.The portions are big and the prices are very reasonable especially for downtown DC dining. I wish I knew about this place when I lived in DC because it would've been a restaurant I visited regularly. Customer service is great because when Uber eats messed up my order the management here got it straightened out without me having to get involved. Most restaurants wouldn't have done that. Do not order delivery from this restaurant. We ordered one pizza at 8:05pm and delivery time was estimated between 8:45-8:55. We called at 9:03 and 9:38 when the pizza still had not arrived. At 9:38 the restaurant said the pizza had been delivered. On our "delivery instructions" we specifically asked for the driver not to knock on the door or ring the door bell because the entrance to the apartment is around the back of the house. They ignored these instructions and knocked on the door. We then got a call 5 minutes later asking us to come outside to get the pizza. Will not ever be ordering from here again. read more

We paid $23 for a small meatlovers pizza and Italian fries with cheese and bacon. This included tip and a 10% discount. I'm not sure which meat it was but it smelled very strongly of maple syrup; however, there was no strong taste of it so that was good. The pizza was delicious and the fries were good. The fries just needed to be a little more crispy and would have been perfect! Next time I'm in DC and need a quick meal, I would definitely consider this place.
