We did encounter some issues, however, Matt had his team work with us to correct them as we encountered them (i.e. faulty pre-wire causing false-positives on the alarm). To address ongoing issues, they send out service calls and bill repeatedly for the same problem without actually addressing the underlying concern. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I would actually advise people to stay away unless they want to face the same issues I'm currently experiencing with my home automation system. The inability to open massive shades in my living room when the WiFi goes out is a prime example. Their solution is to ignore clients who they perceive as difficult and who bring up genuine concerns. Anyone who pays thousands of dollars for high-tech equipment (a luxury not many can afford) should be able to have their issues addressed adequately and effectively, not gaslit into thinking that it's their fault.
