Jesse did an amazing job installing my new garage door opener. He was on time, courteous, professional, and incredibly accommodating with scheduling. When we discovered the opener I purchased was damaged right out of the box, he was kind enough to wait while I exchanged it, which I truly appreciated. He went above and beyond by helping program the keypad and even reprogramming the garage door opener in my truck. His patience, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding. I highly recommend Jesse to anyone needing garage door work done. 100% five stars all the way -- and if the scale went higher, I'd give him even more! read more

The technician, Jesse, was able to make it out to my house the same day and competed a spring replacement on two doors faster than his time estimate. One door also needs a sensor that he didn't have, and it has to be ordered so my work is not yet completed. It also cost a little more than expected, but the quality of the work is top notch. *Edit* Jesse came back and completed the rest of the work quickly and everything works as if it were new. read more

Dapper Dudes Garage Doors - Spring replacement - Garage Door Services Near Me

Our door was dented, came off the track and would not come down on a Friday evening. I called Dapper Dudes the next day, Saturday morning. They came out pretty quickly and were able to do a drop down so the door would close. This was a temporary fix until we decided what kind of door we wanted. I had a bunch of questions with the design and needed multiple quotes. I talked, emailed, and texted Jesse from Dapper Dudes until I decided on a design. Jesse was very patient and always responded the same day, if not within the hour. Finally the door arrived and Jesse came to install. The door looks great and is much better quality than what we had originally. Jesse did the installation. He was very professional and friendly. So glad that we can easily open and close the garage door again without worrying. Plus the garage door looks great! read more

This is a long overdue review, but awhile back my garage door's cable came off and scared me to death. Thankfully I was able to get a ballpark estimate after sending photos of my garage door in its current state and was able to get a pretty accurate quote compared to the others I called. They came out the next day (because it was the evening when I was discussing the issue) and took care of it with the exact quote they provided over the phone from the photos. Will definitely reach out again if I ever have any issues with the garage door. read more

I shared a photo with Jesse with Dapper Dudes Garage Doors showing my issue. He believed it to be a programming issue and called me asking what type of equipment I have. Once I told him, I grabbed a ladder and he guided me over the phone on how to adjust my opener to get my door to raise higher to match my other door with its own equipment. I can't express how easy that was, and I appreciate that he wasn't trying to make a fast buck even if the price may have been reasonable for a trip to my home. Great service, obvious knowledge, and honesty! Couldn't ask for more! read more

Was insulating my garage door, and noticed it was super heavy to open and close. The original torsion spring was probably bad since the house is 15 years old, so had them come out. They replaced the spring and also a couple of bearings and it's running so much smoother and quieter now. They also have a pretty nice warranty period too. Priced about what you'd expect for our area. I recommend them for sure! read more
