Come to find that they do not have a brick-and-mortar location but instead are 100% mobile and available 24 hrs a day. The person I spoke with told me that there is a standard service charge to come to your location (call to get current charge) which I didn't want to pay for such a small job, but he did tell me that I could meet one of the trucks at a current job site at no cost.....giddy up! The job site was not too far and the tech was given my contact information and would be expecting me. I get to the site and the tech was able to knock out the job really quick and for cheap. Well each problem has a story behind it. My wife and I purchased a RV from a local dealer. The camper came with one key, we all know this is trouble, and we reluctantly we on our vacation.
