Adrian is amazing! He was so kind and collaborative to find a time that worked for me to change the locks on my unoccupied house. He worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and gave me options for any decisions needed. He went above and beyond to ensure the house was secure, even coming up with a more creative spot to stash the lockbox than the idea I first suggested. Then, the very next day I managed to lock myself out of the house (!!). Thankfully I had my phone so I reached out to as many emergency locksmiths as I could because - - of course - - it had to be on a weekend. Since I had been texting with Adrian the day before, I reached out in a panic, and instead of ignoring me (it was his off time!) he responded quickly and offered the best price of any locksmith. I really wish I could give him more stars. This is the kind of local business that make local businesses the best! read more

100000/10 recommend!! Adrian was amazing. I haven't experienced service like this in a long time. I called, got a quote, and he actually offered a better solution than what I was originally looking for. He fixed my issue super fast! He's extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and kind. His pricing was more than fair, and I really appreciated that he didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I truly can't recommend him enough and am so grateful for the help! read more

I needed a key cut for my Xterra and Adrian came back with a super reasonable quote. I drove out to him and 15 minutes later I had a working key. He even gave me the key code so that if I ever need an emergency key cut, I could just give the locksmith that information and they could cut it straight away. Well, he's the only locksmith I'll be using in the future and I'll be sure to send everyone I know his way! This is exactly the kind of business you want to deal with: honest, responsive and professional! read more

Was super easy. The guy got out fast and didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. I assumed we needed a whole new lock system, he showed up inspected it and saw it was just a minor adjustment to the lock that wasn't working. Really appreciated it. read more

I am so impressed with Adrian and All Good Safe and Lock! It was a pleasure having Adrian come and repair my broken doorknob lock. He is personable, polite, and friendly, has 16 years of experience as a locksmith, and is a great communicator- letting me know the price and when he could come. After multiple attempts to unlock our small home safe, we contacted several locksmiths on a Saturday. This continued on Sunday. Then we received a message Sunday afternoon from Adrian at All Good Safe and Lock requesting a photo of the safe. He responded with suggestions to open it. Finally it worked. He had also offered for us to bring it to him and provided pricing. We wholeheartedly thank Adrian and will definitely recommend All Good Safe and Lock for any lock issues. read more

I was having difficulty with my Cannon safe. I reached out to the manufacture and they asked me a few questions, determined the keypad was defective and sent me new hardware. They told me I would need to find a lock/safe professional to do the installation. I checked with a few different safe specialists and scheduled some time for Adrian to come out and check out the keypad. Adrian said hey do me one favor before I come out. "Would you add a new battery and just walk away from the safe for an hour. Sometimes they have a factory reset safety measure where you have to wait before you can enter your code." Believe it or not, this worked. Cannon didn't even mention that this was part of the troubleshooting process. Adrian could have charged me for a visit/troubleshoot but he did the honest thing and helped me out. Adrian is honest as they come. I would 100 percent recommend Adrian to any family/friend. Thank you so much! read more

Alex responded immediately and helped me over the phone; while he could have easily charged me for a house call to fix an issue we had been dealing with for over a year, he had the integrity to help me fix it myself. He will be our Go To locksmith for all our lock and key needs from now on!! read more

My pickup was stolen, but the police were able to recover it a week later. The ignition lock and drivers door lock were damaged significantly. Adrian gave me a fair quote and came to my home to do the repair. I also had issues with the passenger lock from a previous issue. I can't say enough good things about All Good Safe and Lock. Alex from start to finish was very helpful and informative. Quick, professional and efficient. They responded quickly to my request and had a market rate for the work. After I accepted, they were there when they said they would be. There was a confirmation call to confirm I needed help and the Tech went to work. He had the door unlocked within seconds and laid the keys on the toolbox just to make sure. The invoice was delivered via email and the payment made on a square. A great job and a professional Tech. Thank you! read more

The technician arrived in less than an hour of arranging the lock repair on a Sunday. This service is available on a day of week others like it are not. The technician was able to gauge the price estimate based off a brief description of an issue and sharing photos of the door locks. He gave an accurate cost once he arrived and saw what needed to be fixed. The technician repaired two locks, and explained the realities of door locks and screens in relation to home security, while working. The process started and ended in a span of what might have been fifteen to twenty minutes. The cost was affordable, it didn't go pass the $200 mark, or at least not for the particular issues my door locks had. I personally had a five star experience with this company. read more
