Amazing customer service from j Anthony garage doors. He came to look at the damage, provided us options and was very communicative during the process. I'm very happy we chose him, and would recommend you do as well. 10/10 would recommend you reach out to him for all of your needs. I definitely will keep him in mind if we need any help in the future. read more

Fast service arrived and got the job done the next morning. Will be my first contact if I need any future garage assistance or repairs.

We had a dented garage door, for some reason. It could have been because I backed into it, but we can't be sure. Anyway, when the garage was opened the next time, it got stuck halfway open. It was a Friday night so I didn't think anyone would be open or around. I put plywood up to cover the garage stuff. That wasn't really a solution. I contacted J Anthony on Saturday and he came out that day to make an assessment. He was able to get a drop-down done, basically a temporary solution, but the garage was now closed. He called on Monday after calling the original garage door manufacturer since we needed new panels or a whole new door. The manufacturer would only sell door panels to home builders or homeowners with their company installing, so their hands were tied. However, they still got me a quote and made a recommendation based on the pricing and let me know they would proceed however I wanted to. We ended up, months later, getting a whole new door. But I really appreciate that they went through the process of getting me quotes and following up with me, even though they knew that they wouldn't be able to do the job because of the manufacturer's restrictions. I think this says a lot about J Anthony Garage Doors: they are customer-service driven, honest, and reliable. read more

This is my second time using J Anthony Garage Doors and I would give them 5 stars again. They have great customer service and communication. They came to inspect the issue and gave a clear timeline and cost. No surprises. No unexplained price increases. Just honest people. read more

Garage door spring broke. He Responded and arrived quickly and on time with great price and fast service.

Above and beyond! My tenants were super difficult to work with. They canceled the appointment I made at the last minute, they wouldn't remove the junk they had blocking the work area, and just plan uncooperative! Mr. Anthony still got the new Gurage door installed and did a great job at great value. This is the second time I used Mr. Anthony and I've been very satisfied with his work, haw fast he replies, and how he helps in less than ideal circumstances. read more

Can't say enough great things! Answered right away and got back to me when he said. Same day estimate. I got other estimates for replacement and he was by far the most reasonable. However, I didn't need to replace or repair my door to restore functionality! He suggested and was successful at adjusting and lubricating it for a small service fee!! The other companies (who will remain nameless) were quick to offer quotes to replace but said it was beyond repair- always trying to upsell. I just needed it to open and close. I was looking for honesty and integrity and I found it! I'm glad I called! Please call J Anthony! You won't be disappointed!! read more

J Anthony is fast, honest, and provides great value for high quality service. I had a new garage door opener installed in a new build, he knocked it out quickly without compromising quality. Additionally, he pointed out an issue with the garage door that was unnoticed, one that could become a potential hazard if not addressed. Surprisingly, the home inspector did not see this. Thanks J Anthony! read more

Highly recommend. This spring I had a bad experience with an irrigation company so I was concerned when needing help to repair my garage door. These guys came out promptly and immediately diagnosed my problem. Long story short, my husband and I decided to replace and not fix. The price they quoted for a new, insulated door was VERY fair. I (nervously) paid for the cost of the door upfront with the promise of installation in a few days. Well I had nothing to be nervous about! They were great! Staying in communication before and during the process, very respectful towards my husband, myself and my home. They did all as promised with professionalism and cleaned up after. Plus, I have no doubt if I should have a future issue, they would respond and take care of it for me. Like I said at the start, highly recommend. read more

I highly recommend J Anthony Garage Doors. They answered me promptly and arrived very soon. They fixed our garage door which was in terrible shape. It was very affordable, professional and it now works beautifully. The other guys insisted that I needed to buy a new garage door from them which was not the actual case. I'm grateful for honest and professional people like J Anthony. They saved me at least $1200. read more

I recently purchased a garage door opener. I had also bought the Home Depot professional installation, but they tried to send out a company nearby that I didn't trust to install my opener. After getting absurd quotes from bigger companies, I found J Anthony's garage door service. He was very responsive to texts and calls, and even answered my call towards the latter part of the day! He was able to squeeze me in for the weekend, and if I recall correctly, it was even a holiday. He wasted no time getting to work on my opener. His service charge was far less than what I had expected and he includes all the hardware in the installation cost. He was very knowledgeable in garage door hardware, as I asked him what he thought about the chamberlain opener I bought. He quickly informed me of pros and cons of the opener, and also provides a warranty on the work he performs for the year! The day of the appointment, he arrived slightly early. I opened the garage for him and he got right to work, wasting no time. About 1.5 - 2 hours later, he informs me that it was done. I inspected his handiwork and could the hole he made were clean cut and I was satisfied. Awesome guy! read more

My garage door was acting up and wouldn't close. Anthony came over right away on a Friday evening. He checked my door and he couldn't find anything wrong with it! The door has been working fine for about a week! He gave me a very reasonable quote for an equivalent replacement. He told if I continue to have problems to call him and will come out and replace the door. Anthony was very expedient, professional and I would call him should I decide to replace the door! Have called on their services more than once. They are always courteous and professional. The recent work was done quickly.

Without laying blame to anyone, let's just say my garage door ended up warped and wouldn't close(because I wasn't up for forcing it). I was in a jam- I had a young baby on my hands and while I did nominally try to fix it at first, it became obvious beating on it with a mallet wouldn't fix anything. My husband- who I will admit is a bit more adept at fixing things- wasn't going to be home due to his work, but he directed me to J Anthony and I'm so happy he did. They were responsive and my garage door was fixed really quickly. (We ended up needing new panels and they worked out something for us). Did I comparison shop? No. Did I have time or energy or brain power to do that? Also no. But do I feel like I was taken care of by very professional people who went above and beyond and everything worked out great? Yes. Very much yes. They felt safe, genuine, and knowledgeable and that was a winning combo for me. read more

A few mishaps left a dent in my roll-up garage door and a split of the seam/seal between the garage door and the frame. Juan responded to my request for a quote within 10 minutes and was able to come out the same day and assess the situation. He resolved my immediate issue of the door not opening or closing correctly and was able to knock the dent out without having to replace the entire door immediately He then quoted a price to replace the seam/seal which was very reasonable. He returned the following day when he indicated he would arrive and completed the repair within 2 hours and everything was great. I'd definitely recommend Juan if you have any garage door needs. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on anything even though he could have just quoted a whole new garage door. read more

Recently moved to the area and our garage door would not close on its own. I called J Anthony, and they came out within a few hours of the call. After looking at everything, they determined our sensors were bad. So they replaced those and serviced the springs and door. They offered to program an extra opener I had and when it wasn't compatible, they had another opener on the truck to replace it with. Super impressed with their response time and professionalism. I called today to ask about getting a new remote for my garage door and he was able to come by my house within about a few hours of me calling. Contacted owner about my garage door was making a loud noise when opening and closing. He and his helper came out right away on initial visit, very friendly and pleasant. He oil certain parts of the garage door and it helped a little bit. He suggested I get a couple of parts for my garage door so he texted me the parts I needed to order. He stated when the parts came in he would install them. Parts arrived in several days so I called J Anthony to inform him that the parts were in. He arrived several days later to install the parts but he gave me the wrong parts to order. I kindly asked him to order the parts and I would pay for them when they came in. I contacted him numerous times to hear I will be over in a day or two to install them.I called him several weeks on and off and heard the same spill. If he is the owner of a company he should respond in a timely manner to the customer. He lied numerous times to me and wasted my time. My experience with this company was bad and his lack of communication was awful. Beware if you hire this company be careful! read more
