I have a terrible work schedule but they had no problem working with me. You will get a text before they head your way within a short window (unlike companies that tell you 8am-8pm). They did the job very professionally without cutting corners on my garage opener installation. I am picky with attention to detail and they did not fall short. They routed the wires appropriately and set up the opener nicely instead of exposing all the wires. One small change that I would make is putting the wires through the hole on the face plate. My house came with the face plate holes. I always think it looks strange with the wires not going through the provided hole. Not a big deal though, just a minor detail. Lastly, they quoted me an amount and that's the price I paid. A lot of people quote without taxes included. It's a nice touch instead of having to worry about paying 8% more to your quoted price.
