My TV came unplugged, and to plug it back in I'd have to remove the plate on which the TV is mounted. A seemingly impossible task for someone who has never hung a TV before and doesn't understand the mechanics of it. Add to that, poor eyesight, and it's better just to get someone else to do it for you. I did a search on Yelp and started a conversation with three companies. Texas Media Experts was the first to respond (at 11:30 at night!). One of the other businesses had no ratings on Yelp so I deleted that one, and the third one wanted to send out two guys and charge me $200 (they took almost 24 hours to respond). Between text messaging and the conversation on Yelp, they managed to schedule me in today, and they sent out one (cute) guy and only charged me $120. He helped me plug my TV back in, removed a TV and a mount from the wall in another bedroom, and also showed me how to plug in my VCR. I would recommend them to anyone in the New Braunfels area. read more

These guys are professionals. I know a bit about home theater setups, so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and what I could and couldn't install myself. They steered me in the right direction. Did a fantastic job installing my projector and two additional sets of speakers as well as rewiring speakers that were incorrectly wired by the previous owner. The cleaned up the workspace afterwards and organized the area. I also sourced some components from them, and they didn't try to upsell anything. They gave me what I wanted and ensured my system was "right-sized" rather than overloading my room with equipment I could not take advantage of. Friendly service. Highly recommend. read more

Texas Media Experts is the BEST audio/visual company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They responded immediately to my Yelp request for a quote. Their fees are better than most, and their communication outstanding. Better than anything I could've expected. No one has ever mounted my TV and sound bar as perfectly as these guys did today. They even connected it to my Wi-Fi and ensured that the TV was working properly. They also have a one year guarantee on their service. That doesn't happen in today's world. I am so impressed and so pleased with their service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an audio/visual company in San Antonio, Texas. read more

Texas Media Experts - Home Theatre Installation Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Steve and Travis worked to get our home theater installed and setup to include wall mounted speakers on two wall and running an outlet to the back of the tv. Excellent work as always, they went above and beyond to get everything lined up, centered, leveled and connected. Steve found an exiting electrical grounding issue and fixed that as well as run power down stairs. In a time when many contractors are just unreliable with a poor work ethic, Texas Media Experts continue to shine with excellent work, customer centric attitude and complete their work for a very fair price. I will continue to use their services and recommend others do the same as they have always taken care of us and will do the same with you if given the opportunity. Thank you very much Steve, Devon, Travis and the crew at Texas Media Experts. read more

Needed a tv hung on the wall in my office and cords hidden and the guys from Texas Media Experts did a fantastic job. They responded quickly to my enquiry, came out to the house on fairly short notice and did an excellent job. Steve and Devon were great with communication, asked the pertinent questions to ensure the tv was being hung where I wanted it, worked around my desk area so I did not have to interrupt everything and take it all down and cleaned up afterwards so you could not even tell they were there. The hanging of the tv itself was quick and painless and it came out exactly as I wanted it. Highly recommend them! read more

I am a 100% satisfied customer. Devon and Steve deliver quality work at a fair price. My newly mounted TV looks great! I didn't have the proper mount for the TV, but the guys went above and beyond. Within one hour or less they were back with an appropriately sized mount and all fittings. Something I really appreciate and don't experience enough is that they cleaned-up after work was complete, and took extra care when working on carpeted areas. They will certainly be recommended to all of my friends, neighbors and family for any AV needs. read more

I am SO impressed with Devon and Steve. They mounted 2 TVs for us in our new home, and even took off an existing TV mount that was in there previously. The price was very fair and they were so professional. They definitely knew what they were doing and I felt at ease with their expertise. They even wore shoe booties (which I definitely appreciate and shows they care about your home), and were sure to clean up after installing. They offer a military discount, which I also appreciated. We have had TVs installed by Best Buy before and TX Media Experts were even better (and way less even before Best Buy's price hike of $100 more per TV since last year). I love supporting local companies! If you're looking for TV mounting, they are the way to go. read more

Simply the best! Because of my OCD, ADD, ADHD and EIEIO issues... Devon and Steve made three trips to complete the final install. I am 100% satisfied. They are the ultimate professionals. I am a perfectionist so these guys had to answer questions and make adjustments on the fly. I changed my mind after the initial install about the speaker config. They never gave me the stink eye. Instead, they showed great patience and kept insisting... "they aren't happy until I am happy". Today they finished the project and I am beaming with joy (my neighbors might want me to turn the music down outside). Trust this team with your A/V needs. They know what they are doing and they aim to please (even the most difficult of customers :o) read more
