How cute are these coffees?! Stumbled on this cozy coffee shop and loved it! Tried the Honey Bee latte and Grandpa Joe's Vanilla Lavender latte. I absolutely loved the lavender latte. It was nice and a subtle floral. Got the drinks hot for the design, BUT I believe you can get the same designs with iced drinks as well. read more

Everything here is made with love and it shows. Creatively cultivated lattes, strong java beans (the owner gave me a sweet lesson on peaberry coffee beans, knew nothing about them, so thank you!!) & delightful music inside. If I worked remotely often, I'd be here OFTEN. My s'mores almond milk extra hot latte was perfection. It's cozy and the colorful decor is like a small art museum of sorts. Yummy pastries I'll be trying for the next time. I enjoyed meeting the sweet couple who take pride in what they do. We made a quick pit stop here before heading out of Dallas - my wife who is a Coffee connoisseur had the coffee said it was great as it wasn't bitter, slightly sweet, smooth and didn't make here feel jittery. Owner was the friendliest person I've ever encountered at a coffee shop. He was so enthusiastic about his coffee beans and shared the history and story of every type of bean and what it was known for. Delicious lattes! Wish there was more space within the cozy shop because I can imagine more people wanting to hang out in conversation or working but there's not really enough space for more than a few people. What sets this exquisite coffee and Homemade pastries apart: the coffee beans are placed in Bourbon barrels for several months, and the beans are freshly ground daily. I had the toffee brown-butter bourbon latte-it was actually the testiest I've had thus far; wasn't too sweet at all. One can't go wrong with the homemade chocolate croissant- dare you to try it. The customer service is amazing. However what really separates this hidden gem is the UNIQUE menu. It truly allows you to have a different taste in your coffee with a warm ambiance. Little hidden gem of a coffee shop in north dallas. It's super small but very cute! The coffee is absolutely delicious. The owner takes great pride in the coffee beans being infused in whiskey barrels for 6 weeks. We got the caramel Irish cream latte and the bourbon butterscotch latte with oat milk (husband is lactose intolerant - they have other options also) as well as the homemade pastries: butter croissant, chocolate croissant and lemon loaf - everything was great! Jacob made the 9hr drive to Dallas so worth it with that bourbon infused butterscotch latte! And my hubby got the peach mango refresher with a banana nut bread! EVERYTHING was STELLAR! You can tell he has such a joy and love for his craft. Took time to get to know us and made us feel so welcomed and excited for our trip! This is one of my favorite coffee spots! The inside itself is very small with few seats, so it's not a good place if you plan on working or studying. I at least got to sit and chat with one of my friends though so that was nice. The workers are so nice and helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the drinks. I absolutely love the little designs that they put on top too. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to get coffee! read more

I, like many others, was intrigued by the five stars. It's worth every one of them. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Jason and his wonderful mother who were hospitable, friendly, and knowledgeable about coffee. Spent at least 30 minutes talking about their beans, their unique methods of roasting beans, and their story. Both my dirty chai and my wife's brewed coffee were delicious and fairly priced. We also enjoyed the cozy interior and ambiance. Give this place a try if you're in the area. read more

Inspired Brew is attached to Kabayan Filipino Store and Cafe. You turn into the strip mall, it's on the side or back end of Kabayan. Small, cute coffee shop with minimal seating. Smell the Filipino aroma and get hungry while you wait for your coffee. We just ate, so we didn't eat, but I will be back here for more drinks and try the restaurant!! Not sure if they are both owned by the same people. Anyway, Talk numbers latte. White chocolate mocha with caramel drizzle and toffee syrup. Amazing. It was almost too sweet, but I loved it. Could distinctly pick out the white chocolate mocha, caramel, and toffee flavors. Usually one may over power all, but no. To top it off, the latte art was impressive. read more

Best coffee I've ever had. The owner was welcoming and took the time to explain their menu and the history behind the coffee beans. He even allowed me to smell the different blends. I tried the Bourbon Brown Sugar Latte w/ Oat Milk - it's full of flavor, not too sweet and you can taste all of the flavors in the coffee. read more

Just googled "coffee shops near me" and found this spot and found this hidden gem. The owner, Jason, was great to talk to and is so dedicated to creating a quality product and experience, even if it's for a 5 minute pop in and out. I typically am a tea drinker but he had me sold on his unique coffee blends and I was not disappointed! And to make it even better, he's able to print any image you want onto your coffee. I didn't believe him so i had to try it out and it looked (and tasted) so good! He also makes almost all the pastries so I will have to try those the next time. read more

Love finding locally owned places like this! You can tell the couple that owns it put their hearts and souls into creating this beautiful shop. They know their regulars and welcomed me as a noob, highlighting their menu and freshly baked breads and pastries. I got the toffee butter bourbon latte and it was the perfect blend of sweet wo overpowering the coffee (fresh roasted). Guys what a cute coffee shop this is! It's family owned and filled to the brim with character and charm. Everything about this coffee shop is amazing. Not only the vibe, but the fresh cooked pastries that are so flavorful & soft, and as well as the perfectly balanced coffee. We got ours filled with red bean paste and it was fantastic. You could tell the baked shell was homemade and delicious. My son loved his tuna onigiri. It was really large and tasty. He said it was freshly made. I adored my butterfly drink that was beautiful and full of yummy flavor. It was excellent. I also really enjoyed my tamago sandwich. The egg salad had some sugar and condensed milk added to the filling. This made it taste great. The service was excellent. We had our sandwiches in a few minutes. The decor is so bright and colorful. Japanese characters adorn the walls and windows. We had fun playing the claw machine. A great place to eat and enjoy the scenery.

She took me and it was a success! Lots of cool drink choices & dessert items. I ordered the Strawberry Coconut Milk - it was tasty and not too sweet - I loved the strawberry pieces at the bottom & think it'd have been even better with tapioca or some type of boba.
