She told me that it was really refreshing to see someone come in with well done lash extensions. It was amazing to hear that from a medical professional! You can obviously tell Sarah has a lot of experience and truly cares about her customers and her craft. She pays so much attention to the extension so that each extended lash is pointing at the natural direction. Nothing goes messy at all even after a month with a volume extension. The lashes she uses are of the highest quality that I have ever encountered . I would recommend her studio for a pleasant and enjoyable therapeutic experience. I've debated about leaving this review because it's always tough exposing the truth but I've…read moredecided that Joyee needs to see this so that she can learn how to run a business and perform consistency. First off, my appointment was scheduled for 12:30pm. While in the parking lot, I called her to let her know that I was having trouble finding the suite. Nevertheless, she forwards my call to voicemail on both attempts which I found to be very weird, but I ended up walking in at 12:28pm because I found it on my own. She comes out of her room and tells me to have a seat because she's still with a client. At 12:42pm, she and her client who is also Asian like herself, walk out laughing and chatting. I even comment on how her client's lashes were pretty but they were definitely not my style! Joyee takes me back and I feel as though she rushed through it. They looked OK and when she was finished, I decided to look in the mirror for a couple of minutes to see how I actually felt about them but guess what? She didn't even give me a chance! Once she saw me looking in the mirror, she immediately distracts me by saying "oh you left your phone on the bed, clumsy" which was very unprofessional. I didn't leave my phone, I knew exactly where it was. I was double checking to see if I even liked the lashes and I have a feeling that she knew it wasn't a good job which is why she tried to distract me with the phone comment. At that point, she hurries and gives me my phone and walks me to my car because I told her my puppy was out there and we discussed her taking a glance at him. By the time I drive off, I checked the time and it was precisely 2:01pm. (Just 1 minute over the scheduled time) So what was the rush for? I waited almost 15 minutes for her during my scheduled appointment time yet she rushes me?? The audacity. At any rate, I have photos included of what I wanted versus what I got so that you all can see the truth for yourselves! When I put on mascara it looks far better than what she did. The REAL reviews for this company are on other platforms like Groupon; you just have to research to find them. She blocks any 1 star reviews on Google so that she keeps getting new clients. Maybe you have to be Asian for her to do a good job here. But then again, the client who was before me didn't leave looking too great so eh who knows. If you want to be experimented on, this is the place to come to because Joyee is definitely still learning her way through this. She doesn't even list the fill in prices like ALL lash techs have on their website , instead she has "price will vary". Probably varying on the needs of her own bank account and how much she feels inclined to charge based on the day of the week. Strip lashes from the beauty supply store could easily supersede what she does here. Nothing but a waste of money!!!

It's a little weird when they tape your lower lashes down but I do have sensitive eyes. You choose the volume of lashes you want (prices increase with volume) and the shape. I was dressing up like Priscilla Presley for Halloween so I chose the TrueVolume with a cat shape. Overall I am happy with them though one side seems to have a lot more volume than the other side. I don't know if this is because I had more natural lashes on that side for them to apply extensions to? Haven't decided yet if I will go back for refill but I am enjoying them now.

I've…read morehad a trip planned from the 24th-Nov1 and now I can't go because I have conjunctivitis in my eyes. I went to get my brows tinted/lash lift&tint. My eye brows were so thick and dark compared to my lashes and hair. I asked her to please make it lighter but it was still really dark. After spending $140 on something I now wish I'd never done, I was then asked for a tip. I only had $5 cash on me, but I live up the street so told her I'd bring her the rest after my dogs vet appointment. I then called and asked if there was any way that my brows could be lighter and thought it may be time sensitive. I offered to come back in, give the rest of the tip, and see if while I was there they could look at them. They were so rude to me, and told me that I couldn't come back into the store until I sent them pictures. Not even to give the tip. I sent them the photos and they never replied, or offered help of any kind. I am now in the E.R. because my eyes are so swollen I can barely see. I would recommend this place to no one. I went in the store earlier today and gave the other $23. Because I said I would. Now I'm at the emergency room with my eye swollen shut. My eye brows are red and bumpy like bright red and I have goop coming out of my eyes which are blood red and I can barely see
