Today was my second time visiting Chandnis on Creedmoor. It is close to home with very convenient hours. I have been threading my brows since I was 16 and appreciate having someone who is skilled and can work with my very thick, curly hairs. Irshada did my brows and I am very happy with her work. She is precise and works very quickly. I have the desired shape I want and love the convenience of this location in the strip mall. Another amazing eyebrow clean up as this was a much needed maintenance I was in need of. I love this location as it's very convenient to reach from my home and depending on the day & time, there are instances when you can walk right in and receive services. I decided to return to this business because my regular eyebrow threading shop closed down because of Covid. I haven't been here in a very long time but this was one of the only shops that I was familiar with that was open right now. The business is located in a shopping center near a busy intersection with a shared parking lot. All of the clients are required to wear masks when entering the business because of the pandemic. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer for use on the front counter. The employees also took everyone's temperature prior to providing any service for them. The employees were wearing face shields and masks. I was glad that they were trying to keep everyone safe but they were not personable at all. She did however do a good job threading my eyebrows. She did not clean my eyebrows or fill them like my prior shop did. I was exited when I looked up the business on Yelp and saw that they offered a discount if you checked into the business. When I went to pay the employee didn't tell me a total so I asked her how much. After she turned the screen around for me to see the amount I showed her the check in discount on Yelp and also showed her the business name and address. She showed me the screen once again with the price she already told me. I asked do they not honor the discount that is listed on her Yelp page and she said that she had to talk to the owner and would not allow me to get the discount. If you get your eyebrows done at this business you probably won't get the discount that they have advertised on their page. I probably won't be returning to this business and will likely find a shop closer to my home. Update: The owner of the business followed through with her offer for me to receive a complementary eyebrow threading service due to the check-in offer not being honored the first time that I got my eyebrows threaded. Shilpa responded to my email & made sure that the staff knew that I would be coming. When I arrived the threader knew what was going on. I started coming to Chadni's years ago to get my eyebrows threaded after being referred by a friend. Originally, I just came because it was convenient to my job. Now, I come from Greenville because the service is amazing and they never make my eyebrows too thin. They always leave my brows perfectly rounded with no strays. The inside is clean and calming and all the staff members are exceptionally kind and professional. I also have used their lip threading service and it is also amazing. By far one of my favorites!!! Chandni's has 4 locations, and I have been to 3 of them!! I love all of the salons because they offer great service, friendly faces, and beautiful smiles!! There are salons in Cary, Durham and Morrisville and I have yet to be disappointed!! Once you walk in the ladies always greet you and have you to sign in on the iPad, and have a seat in the waiting area. The longest I've ever had to wait was 3 minutes!! They are quick and efficient, and always on point!! The price is amazing too! If you pay cash it's only $7 and debit is $8. My daughter was kind of skeptical at first, but I encouraged her to give it a try, and now she lives by it!! She will only get them threaded now, no other way! I have very thick eyebrows, so I am very particular on whom I let arch them, but I love Chandni's so much and trust their work that I am comfortable at their salons!! read more

Easy in and easy out, you'll always pay $7 for eyebrow threading and they've got locations all over the Triangle. All you do is walk in the front door, sign in on the iPad, pop in the chair when it's your turn, confirm what beautifying you are seeking, and boom you're done in about ten minutes or so. Sometimes you'll wait in line a bit until it's your turn, but they have magazines to read while you wait. Also, unless you speak up, I've never been asked how I'd like my eyebrows shaped or been given details about how to keep eyebrows shaped at home. There's a standard shape (I call it the pageant girl look) and that's what you'll get. Fancy fact about this location: Pauly D from Jersey Shore apparently visited here, or at least that's what the sign posted next to the front door reads. read more

Amid the coronavirus, my usual eyebrow business is not open so I decided to try this place out and I immediately regret not being patient enough to wait for my usual place to open back up.I will say that I was pleased with how sanitary they were and the precautions they took with temperature checks and sanitizer. I sat down and the lady was about to start my brows without asking me how I would like them. I stopped her and showed her a picture of what my brows look like immediately after getting them threaded by my usual business which The lady told tried to tell me that it was make up. I have Naturally thick and black brows and I told her it was not and ask her if she could do it like this and she said yes. I should have turned around right when I walked in when the only employee in the place didn't acknowledge my presence. But I didn't. Based on the positive reviews, I decided to tough it out. Maybe the lady was daydreaming? I have sensitive skin and am unable to wax my eyebrows, so threading is my only option. Being new to the Raleigh area, I have been looking for a place close to home to go to regularly. I typically pluck in between and need a good shaping every month or so so I can maintain. I take pride in having thick eyebrows and receive compliments on mine often. I'm not sure if this place is just about getting in and out, (felt like the Great Clips of eyebrows), but I definitely need more attention to detail in my brow services. Also, this place could use a few tips in basic customer service. It took all of 3 minutes. She threaded the typical in between, top and bottom and did a quick cut of my inner "tufts" and that was it. I've never been somewhere where they don't comb, tweeze a few individual hairs, make sure they're even... anything! Maybe you get what you pay for? I'd pay double or triple the price to be happy... I certainly didn't chose it on cost. If you're particular about your brows, or are looking for a good clean up - I would not recommend this place. I certainly won't be back. read more

The shop is clean and comfortable. There was some relaxing incense burning, and the decor was pleasing. You sign in on an iPad, and the wait time was very short today. This was my first eyebrow threading and I will definitely be doing this again. I had eyebrows and upper lip done (over 50 ladies will understand that upper lip thing). $10.00. You heard me right... ten dollars. The price is great! The young lady who took care of me was very sweet and explained to me where I needed to hold my skin to make it taught, and zip, yap, zowie, she was done and I was gorgeous. There was a little redness but not near as much as with waxing. It went away pretty quick too. Now to see if it lasts longer than waxing, and if it does, I will be a regular customer. read more

Took about two minutes flat to do my brows (which maaaybe seemed a little too fast). I had 3 weeks worth of growth, and they did clean them up nicely; but it seems like one arch was softened. Isn't the basic rule, no matter what kind of way you clean up your brows, to not really mess with the space below your eyebrow??? Like yeah sure clean it up a bit, but don't make my left eyebrow higher than the other because you made it skinnier by threading so much on the bottom. Also, because she did that, now my left eyebrow goes from thin to thick, when it's supposed to be the other way around. Today I experienced my first eyebrow threading. Wow who knew you could get your brows done in less then 5 minutes and for under $10. I was in desperate need for an eyebrow wax and have been wanting to try threading for awhile now. I saw the glowing reviews on Yelp for Chandni's and decided to stop by. You walk in sign in on an Ipad and within a few minutes they take you to a chair and get your brows done. I was a little confused since it was my first trip but the girl was sweet and efficient. Close your eyes and hold your brows up she takes some thread (literally sewing thread) and in just about 2 minutes my brows were perfect. Very little pain and redness with threading I'm curious to see how long it lasts. She also trimmed my brows as well. The cost was just $7 or $8 if you are using a credit card. It says a $10 minimum for credit cards but they just charged an extra buck. Next time I'll be sure to bring some cash. If you haven't tried threading before this place was great and I'll definitely be back. I don't think I'll ever go back to waxing again. read more

I have been going to the main Chandni's location for several years as my go-to place for taming my unruly eyebrows when I'm home in Raleigh. And now with this location Chandni's is just around the corner from my house! Furthermore, this location still retains the cleanliness and quality work of the original so it's a win-win situation. The prices also remain the same. It's located conveniently in a medium sized strip mall with a grocery store, some restaurants and a Walgreens under construction so there's plenty of parking available. If you have never gotten your eyebrows threaded before, it can be a bit painful but it's over very quick (usually takes about 5 minutes). What's even more painful is getting your upper lips threaded! I usually find other ways to get rid of my upper lip hair, but for my eyebrows I rely on others to fix those after trying for years to do it on my own and failing miserably. Thankfully places like Chandni's exist so I don't have to go around with lopsided eyebrows! read more

Thank god. I usually get my brows done in Miami (yes it's that serious). If I can't make it to Florida I do them myself. However I wanted to treat myself. I got my brows and upper lip done. Brows are $7. Upper lip $3. Not looking like a furby?... Priceless. I was in and out in 5 min. And the lady was great. I usually break out real bad but she was gentle. If you fill your eyebrows in or are trying to grow them in a certain shape, always draw on your desired shape prior to coming here. The lady was like "you have makeup on". I was like "I know". This way you can get the exact eyebrow shape that you want instead of trying to translate it to someone that u just met. read more

This was my first threading experience and it won't be my last! You walk in, check in on the iPad, they call you back, then you're done. Bam! It all happened so fast! I was in there for maybe 7 minutes. The lady was friendly, quick, and precise! I actually prefer it over waxing now! Less painful, less expensive, quicker, more define, and seems more sanitary. It's only $7, plus a $1 if you're using your card. $10 minimum on cards or add a $1 charge. This will be my go to place when my tweezers just aren't cutting it anymore and I need cleaned up. I will never come to this location again. This isn't my first go at trying the Raleigh spot. & I can mostly remember walking away disappointed. However this time is by far the worst. Every time I get my eyebrows all I say is "no shape please. Just cleaning" & today I'm walking away with my right eyebrow extremely skinny & arched while my left looks normal. I've never been this disappointed with a service & the stylist was completely apathetic about royally screwing my brows in less than 5 minutes. Her only reply was, "next time u come in, let it grow out again." Too bad there won't be a next time. The last time I came to this location which was a few months ago, I received the wrong change but I told myself, accidents happen. This time I'm just annoyed & completely turned off. I hate writing this because I'm a regular at the Cary location where I have met Shilpa & absolutely love Meena's work. It is not a full-service location like the original Chandi's over at Chatham Square, but an equally talented young lady was working last night. I regret I did not write down her name, but it was (phonetically) like Shaw-blem. She really took her time to correct one of my brows that had gotten out of sync and was very sweet, professional and thorough. My eyebrows were over plucked for years and the wonderful ladies at Chandi's have done magnificently helping me on my journey to normal brows even though I didn't give them much to work with. Only $7 for eyebrow threading, which is MUCH cheaper than others in the area. Credit card minimum is $10 so be sure to bring cash if necessary. No appointment needed.
