I request a clean up and have gotten slightly reshaped and uneven eyebrows--and it's not the first time but it wasn't too bad and I was able to adjust easily. I started going here because I moved and it's closer to my house than my usual spot, but every time I went I was told my eyebrows were crooked and uneven (which maybe they are and i never noticed?), and then she would just butcher them. I love this place! It's sort of tucked away so when I bring my daughter she never has to wait long. The prices are reasonable, it's very clean and the older woman who threads my daughter's brows is so sweet. Her eyebrows always turn out beautiful. Staff did not listen to my requests and messed up my eyebrows twice. I will not be back. So I've been Neo Brow three times for eyebrow threading and decided I needed to write a review. My first experience was great, and my eyebrows looked amazing. I had never had them threaded before, so I was very pleased. I have long eyebrows and they can't be trimmed with scissors or they curl and look awful. The technician on my first visit never used scissors and worked to shape my brows without needing to trim them. On my second visit a different woman was running the shop and she had more trouble than the first. She trimmed one of my eye brows to make it match the other, and big surprise it looked awful the next day. Ok, ok, I considered that my fault because I didn't ask her not to trim them. The first tech didn't, so I thought I was good. Wrong, but still my fault. Coming in the third time, I had learned from my mistake. Right away I ask the tech, "please don't trim my eyebrows." I explained to her exactly why. She tells me that's fine, and begins threading away. She worked for a while and right as I thought she was done she grabs the little scissors and snip snip snip trims BOTH eyebrows! She completely ignored me and did exactly what I had asked not to. Here I am two days later with curly, unruly eyebrows (that should be arched to perfection but noooo) writing a bad review. I don't even usually write reviews, but this was just too much! Came in for a quick eyebrow threading and it went smoothly. The tech even stopped after working on the first brow to make sure I liked what she did before moving onto the other brow. It's only $8 for an eyebrow threading, which was about how much I was paying before, except Neo Brows is SO much closer to me. I'll definitely be coming back to keep my eyebrows nice! read more

SO this is a fast way to get your eyebrows or facial hair or whatever hair removed. If you've never had hair "threaded" it is not painless, but very effective and defined. I have thick eyebrows and she lets my natural shape and lines flourish. I have been twice and feel so beautiful when I leave. It truly is amazing. It was an okay experience. I got my eyebrows and forehead and the eyebrows were pricey. It's usually $7 where I go but it was $11 here. Way too expensive and I won't be spending that much. My eyebrows were not even. Kind of disappointed. They usually come out good and while these ones came out sharp they were not even and that is upsetting. The lady was very nice but it is just too expensive for a college student to pay that much ever month or so when she needs it done. read more

The first time I came here I really liked the results. I went again for threading and tint and I literally have no eyebrow left on my right side. Also, the tint wore off after a week. I should call or go up there but I just don't have the time and they can't give me my eyebrow back... I will not be going back! read more

I moved here from out of state about 3 months ago and Vivi has done wonders to my brows! I told her at my first visit that I wanted to make my brows thicker and fuller and she, over time, achieved exactly what I wanted. It took a few visits for them to grow in properly but she knew exactly what I wanted and now they are practically perfect! So now I just need regular maintenance and she just does an amazing job! I have visited Neo Brows 6 times now. I'm hooked. I've only had my services performed by Vivi so I can't comment on others. Vivi does a great job! She is so meticulous. English is not her first language but she's so sweet. She tries very hard to make sure you are pleased. I love her work. I get so many complements on my brows. I also had my entire face threaded. It was a little painful but I loved the results. I highly, highly recommend Neo Brow and Vivi. The only reason I didn't give Neo Brow 5 Stars is because the owner needs to put soap in the restroom. Twice now I've had to visit the restroom at least a month apart and there was no soap dispensers nor hand sanitizer in the restroom. I had to use the hand sanitizer off the stylist table. read more

My eyebrows are totally screwed up. They are uneven and the arches don't match. In addition one of my eyebrows now sits higher than the other. I've been getting my eyebrows done by threading for a year but this is the most painful threading I've ever had done. I will not be back. read more

A little about myself - I do not wear make up or do any make up beside my eyebrows. My eyebrows are a must. I've always done my eyebrows, but last month I saw my sister went to thread hers in Concord and I liked how clean they were (around the brows and in between). I didn't do at the time because I always clean my brows everyday so it would have been useless for me to do it at the time. I told myself I will let my brows grow out and try the threading again. (I have tried it once before and they were threaded too skinny.) I have been reading reviews and figured I'll go here. Let's just start off the experience. No greeting or anything, she just pointed for me to have a seat at the chair. I sat down and she just had me leaned back. I got back up and explained to her that I don't want skinny eyebrows and pretty much just a clean up around and in between. She nodded her hand and replied "the same". I lay there for maybe 5-7 minutes and she said she was 'done'. I looked at it, yes she lined it up, but it was not as clean as I had expected. I asked her and she said that's it. I paid $10 and left. I came home and finished plucking the remaining dark pieces under my brows and in between. If you want something fast - I guess you can go here. But I would not be returning here. read more

Went here yesterday and will never be back again. The lady was very rude! She did an okay job on my eyebrows, I asked for cooling gel and there was none. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for five years now and I have never been to a place where they didn't have cooling gel. The lady seemed annoyed with me when I explained what I wanted.
