Sweet lash staff, but they make rookie mistakes like allowing same-day appointments (when the staffer wants to be able to leave early--and then realizes they have a client on the books). I was told that my being 9 minutes late would affect my service so I'd have to reschedule. The boyfriend/husband was waiting in the reception area to take her home. And the woman working at the desk was preemptively bitchy with me (assuming I would be, I guess). I'd driven 25 minutes in the dark and rain to get there and the Google maps had lead me a super confusing way around the neighborhood instead of down the access road. Suggest they add language in their appointment confirmations for first time clients saying "in the Harris Teeter parking lot, on the access road." This is a really upscale part of Raleigh, so maybe they are used to dealing with entitled and demanding clients, but I needed them to do me a solid for the holidays and they didn't, and were rude, and said they'd keep my money if I didn't reschedule. I'm not rich at all--I quit cutting and dying my hair to afford regular lashes. So I rescheduled. My reschedule was pleasant for the most part. Different and much nicer receptionist and lovely lash stylist. But I had to take off work to be there so I could get it done before out of town company came for the holidays. Also, if you have sensitive eyes at all please tell them before they remove your lashes. Ouch! The remover they used stung!!! Big time. (I've had my lashes done at Epo Salon in Cary lots of times with no reaction at all.) I also don't recommend the lash growth serum they sell. It made the skin around my lashes itch. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY -- THEY ARE ONLY OUT TO STEAL FROM YOU!!!!! This lash mill only serves to cheat you. If you want your lashes done right and you want amazing customer service, this is NOT the place for you. Here is the deal... 1. Got my lashes done and signed up for their membership. I travel a lot so I pride myself in taking care of my lashes. I even bought the oil free mascara specifically for lash extensions so I could fill them in when gone for extended periods of time 2. The first time I had an issue with my lashes, it was a couple of days after they were done. Though lash lounge allowed me to come in, they charged me for the fix because it was beyond 48hrs 3. The next time I traveled, I was gone for 3 weeks. I went in to get them done, but immediately after I got home, I noticed a large lash gap, and also that lashes were not applied to my outer corner... AT ALL.... And, by the way, during that appointment, they tried to charge me for 30 extra lashes, which I clearly did not get. I immediately reported the issue with my lashes and they got me in to fix them (no charge, of course) 4. The same evening of getting my lashes done, I noticed that lashes kept falling into my eyes. So, I grabbed a clean lash wand to just gently brush them and they all started falling off in mass. I immediately contacted the studio by text and even included a picture of the pile of lashes that fell out. In a nutshell, the response I received was in the vain of...perhaps its the glue? But, never an offer to fix them... just, "we are looking into it". The next day I was forced to use mascara, in which they tried to state "well, now that you have used mascara before 24hrs, expect for more to fall out"... I proceeded to share that it is the oil free mascara specifically for last extensions 5. We are now on day 3, with no resolution, no contact from the GM, and I was told that I could come in, but I would have to use one of my credits to fix the issue. I was also told that if I cancel my membership, I would forfeit the 2 credits I currently have. Needless to say, this business is a money grab. I am super busy and I do not have time for the games. So, WARNING to you all.... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! I will be contacting corporate about this... read more

It has been one week since I got my eyelashes lifted at this business, and one eye is nearly back to being stick straight while the other still has a somewhat curl (barely!). The one with a slight curl is still clumpy. I am very disappointed by this experience and recommend that you go elsewhere. read more

I was happy with the service and my lashes until the following morning when I woke up with an eye infection. The manager told me she didn't think it was an eye infection but rather a sensitivity to the fumes from the glue. After sending her the requested pics (?) the mgr stated how sorry she was and asked for a drs note before my next appt. There was no accountability for anything, no suggestion of looking into a source of the infection, and no refund or even a partial credit towards additional services suggested. The Lash Lounge is a collection of *some (I can only comment specifically on a few (3 I think) that provided services by skilled lash "technicians" and the rudest and most unprofessional "salon manager", LUCIANA BANYAS, I have likely ever encountered. I only use the term "salon manager" in reference to Miss Banyas as this is how she identifies herself which is tragic for the owners of this franchise. As a member of the salon services for about a year, it took 3 technicians to find one who did a fairly decent job. The manager that oversaw the operations at the 2 Raleigh locations (Briar Creek and ITB) when I joined was extremely nice, very professional and usually onsight. I only had one interaction with her but she was professional, accommodating and sensitive to customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope the owner's read reviews in an attempt to maintain a sense of what goes on in their salons as they appear to act as investors as opposed to hands-on involvement based on their professional careers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I initially got my lashes done August 3, 2024. I woke up the next day to find lashes on my pillow and a large gap. They are closed on Sunday. I called back that Monday initially I was told I would have to pay to have them fixed. That wasn't happening. I was then told it would be complimentary. I scheduled an appointment, I received notification that it was cancelled due to them not having lights.... Long story short I ended up getting a new set they lasted much better, however, in 1.5 weeks I did need a refill. I went in at the 2-week mark got a refill. I woke up the next morning almost every lash on the interior corner of my right eye was missing. I immediately took pictures and sent them in. I was told I could come in and pay $50 to have them fix it. Yes, in less than 24 hours of paying $95+$20 tip I was told I would have to pay $50 for them to replace lashes that had fallen off. I was told I'd already received a complimentary service, and they would NOT fix them complimentary or offer any discounts. She proceeded to insinuate that it was my fault because the lashes cannot be brushed or cleaned for 24hrs. I have had lashes before that lasted 3 weeks+ I definitely brushed them with a dry brush the next day just to get sleep gunk off (I also brushed the complimentary set they did the next day no issues). It was only one eye in one corner that started falling out on my pillow before I ever touched a brush to them. Don't waste your time here!!!! read more

I originally signed up to take advantage of the free full set of lashes & 1 free refill to be a "model" for a stylist to get certified. Unfortunately, that stylist left to pursue what she loved. I then saw Alex, who was so sweet & extremely good at what she does. She had me in & out in no time. When I went to schedule my refill, she was out of town, so I got Heather, who is absolutely amazing as well. She's personable, fun to talk to (I love to talk), gentle, & answers all of my questions. Morgan has been at the front most days I've been there & always greets me with a smile, is super helpful, & knows my name when I come in. Everyone at The Lash Lounge has amazing customer service skills & they all work efficiently to stay on time. I have been impressed & highly recommend. Hello My name is Shana Lightfoot and I I went to the eyelash location at 2603 Glenwood Ave #161 Raleigh North Carolina 2708 on May8 . I was running behind and called the wrong Raleigh location (but they didn't answer and there was no answering machine) .I got there 241 but they said I will have to reschedule. The receptionist tells me there will be a late fee in my exact words were" that's not gonna happen "My tech was Alex and she has done my eyelashes before and she was just sitting there playing on her phone so I asked her can see do what she can until her next client comes since I am being charged anyway. Alex finished at 330 and I gave her a tip because she didn't have to do it. I go to check out and the Receptionist tells me to wait for her boss. I'm Confused and I don't know why I need to speak to her but as I am leaving the boss asked me what was going on? I told her exactly what I just told you the boss tells me that the tech felt scared of me. That comment came out of left field because me and Alex have set up there and laughed and Talked about her three kids so to say that she was scared was laughable. Ma'am I will give you a little bit of my history, I'm a veteran that has had sarcoidosis, blood clots, I was in a coma for 4 days and Recently I got diagnosed with breast cancer. I lost all my hair Including my eyelashes and eyebrows. So When my hair started coming back I was so excited to get some eyelashes cause I've never had them before . I have spent my hard earned money to one of your establishments and was treated unfairly. I have no idea what her name is but she followed me to my car saying I'm trying to talk to you woman to woman. I've already told her if she doesn't want me to come to her establishment then I won't come back so she had no need to follow me out. I have already said what I had to say so please let it go. The only reason I came back inside was because the card I used it didn't go through so I had to run it again. I know wanted ladies to come to there and just relax. I got none of that, I left in tears because I didn't understand why they would treat me like that. I don't know if you can pull that day to see I was not aggressive at all. And Alex knows that I'm battling cancer so to say she feel scared of me was a lie. I don't even the strength to fight anybody if I wanted to. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this establishment to vet ladies. I truly Wanted you to know what happened and I hope nobody else makes them feel less then, sad, and just mad. My lashes look so good, I don't think they've ever held up quite this nicely between fills. I've gotten my lashes done on and off for several years now and the only downside I would say for me, is that their level three hybrid (you pay extra at each level) Is still slightly less than a full look of hybrid that I had gotten at several salons previously. I've enjoyed the membership feature, allowing me to pay for my bills, once a month rather than at each appointment! read more

First time visiting and was highly impressed. They took lots of safety measures, including taking my temperature and requesting everyone wear mask. Was able to see the stylists cleaning off the tables frequently between clients, as well as additional handwashing and hand sanitizing in practice. Cherish was my stylist and she was awesome! Really felt like she was trying to understand what I wanted to accomplish, and never felt like I was being "up sold" to do more than I was comfortable with. Unfortunately lashes are barely noticeable. Very very disappointing. I have had classic lashes before and they were never this bare. Also bare spots where no lashes applied and both eyes but esp right eye had glue in it and day after eyes still red and irritated. Some lashes put on skin on eyelid instead of lash as well. Overall just a bad set and I will be canceling my fill apt and finding another place to go. Update: The manager did contact me to try another stylist which I appreciate but I just do not feel comfortable going back I had to get medixated drops for my eyes. read more

Firstly, the salon is a little tricky to find. It's tucked away in a Harris Teeter shopping center, but it was well worth the hunt. The girls who work there are super friendly and very accommodating. Aesthetically, the salon is gorgeous and has a calming vibe to it. I had my eyebrows tinted and the girl who did it was very knowledgeable. She explained the process before she did it, and recommended the shade that best fits my face. I'm extremely happy with the way my brows look. I will definitely be going back every 4 weeks. I have been to the Lash Lounge twice now. The salon is nice and estheticians were fine, but there is something wrong with the products | process as my lashes are not even lifted much at all. It is barely noticeable nor does it last. I always go the extra step and not get them wet for 48-72 hours too! I have had lifts at other salons here in Raleigh and in California and they have been so much better. Will be finding another salon unfortunately. read more

I just moved to the Raleigh area and found them on Apple Maps. I was looking specifically for a place that would do a lash lift without tint and it was pretty easy to make an appointment here. However, my lift lasted maybe two weeks- I followed all the protocol and kept my lashes moisturized but the lift was not well done. I felt that my stylist was rushing my appointment because I only sat in the chair about 25-30 minutes when my previous lifts have lasted around an hour. It was a nice building- that's where they get their stars, but I probably won't go back. read more

I originally became familiar with Lash Lounge through their Yelp event. I got my eyebrows tinted by Katy at the event and loved the result. Anything that saves me time in the morning and makes me look a bit put together is a win in my book. She told me about their lash perms and tinting and they sounded like the perfect thing for Summer. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online and off I went. Jordan was my stylist and she was very friendly. I just wish she would have warned me beforehand that it was going to sting-- a lot! I think the more communication the better when it comes to a treatment with your eyes completely closed. Once I told her it stung she was great at fanning me off and giving me more of a countdown on things. I also asked if there was any aftercare and she wasn't sure. I was able to email in though and get an answer right away. I LOVE the results! My lashes look awesome and I've been getting so many compliments on them. I think extensions look great, but being a new mom I just don't have the time for upkeep. The lash perm lasts around eight weeks so I think it's worth it.
