Since 2010, I have gone to Devi for eyebrow threading after finding their listing online. The other person I went to removed too much of my eyebrow... a month before my wedding! She is a very warm, friendly and caring person and she takes pride in her work. She does my eye brows and my sisters as well! I absolutely love Devi. I go here to get my eyebrows threaded by her. It's kind of unfortunate that I have to go all the way to NC to get my eyebrows done, when there are so many places here in NYC. But Devi has mad skills and when she does my brows, there is little to no pain. She takes alot of pride in her work and she is super friendly, and an overall really nice person. I went to Dazzle Salon for the 1st time today. I'm so glad my friend referred me to Devi! I would have never known this shop was here in Raleigh, hidden in a plaza off Falls of Nuese. Devi was personable and professional. She greeted me with a smile and a hand shake and introduced herself. She has a strong passion for what she does and it shows! I got my eyebrows threaded. If you aren't having Devi groom your eyebrows for you then you are missing out. When I first went to Devi, my eyebrows had been damaged by over- tweezing and from a make-up sample I had used. Devi told me to throw away my tweezers and she would restore my eyebrows. That was five months ago, and I couldn't be more pleased. My daughter and I have been seeing Devi every two-three weeks, the unique thing about her threading process is she uses a method that is most sanitary. Most threaders put the thread in there mouth, Devi uses a method where she runs the thread over her shoulder and not in her mouth. I am relocating from the Raleigh area to Maryland and have already decided that my 15 year old daughter and I will have to visit Devi monthly, because I have not been able to find anyone that can replicate the technique she uses in the Washington DC Metro area which includes, Maryland and Northern, VA. Unfortunately I didn't get my brows done because calling ahead is meaningless! I called to ask if there was time available, I was told yes and to come in 5 minutes. I arrived and found it unprofessional that there was no one at the desk, no sign in sheet or anything...after sitting for a few minutes I realized the reception person was sitting amongst the clients...and didn't greet or direct me as to what to do. There was 1 person ahead of me when I arrived. 2 more people came in after me which Devi proceeded to take ahead of me. So I finally asked what was going on and was told it wouldn't be too much longer. I was on my lunch break and already wasted 30 minutes sitting...terrible customer service especially for a first time customer. Will not be returning! read more
