I thought I had already left a review. Maybe it was on another site…read more I've been receiving therapy from NNeka for at least half a year now, and she is a very talented Massage Therapist. She asks at the start of each session about the problem areas. Once started, she is very intuitive about what needs attention and spends time there. She will vary the pressure if asked (she takes time to verbally check). But, frankly, she is so in tune with the depth I need, I almost always say, "already perfect." I leave feeling more relaxed and less tense. Her efforts are not just "feel good" in the moment... the positive healing results are lasting. I go to her again and again, and I will schedule the next massage with her as well.

I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I was calling around to find a new masseuse in the area, and stumbled across Healing path massage…read more First off, many places didn't even respond to the Yelp request for more information, but Healing Path did! She was professional from beginning to end. She actually didn't have any appointments available at first, but squeezed us in for treatment even though it wasn't the full time we wanted initially. It was not in a commercial building, which made us feel less like a buck to be made and more like a client she wanted to help. The actual treatment was way better than others in the past. Thai massage is something she appears to specialize in, and without all of the pain and heavy pressure, she was able to release areas of tension and have immediate relief from soreness. During the treatment, she took some time to show some stretching that we could use at-home to maintain the progress she was making, which definitely was noted and appreciated. After the appointment, she followed up and sent videos as a reminder of the stretches she wanted us to continue. If you are an athlete especially, and in need of treatment, definitely consider Healing Path in Fuquay-Varina! I am looking forward to going back soon for a longer session.

Thai massages are individualized so each massage is custom to you and how you are feeling in that moment. The floor mat and pillows are comfortable and the temperature is ideal. I highly recommend booking a 90+ minute massage. I did a few 60 minute massages and definitely wished I had booked more time. She agreed and changed her schedule to accommodate them. When she arrived, she was told the therapist would be male. She politely explained that she was not comfortable receiving a massage from an unfamiliar male therapist and asked whether there was any alternative. The manager was extremely dismissive and rude and made essentially no effort to find a reasonable solution. What bothered us most was not simply the ClassPass policy--it was the way my wife was treated when she expressed a very personal and reasonable boundary. Instead of showing understanding, the manager repeatedly blamed ClassPass and made her feel like she was the problem. For a business offering such a personal service, professionalism, empathy, and respect for a client's comfort should be basic expectations. Based on how this was handled, I cannot recommend this place.

Touch of Gail, what a pleasant surprise! I purchased a Groupon 3 pack of 70 min massages (60 min…read morerelaxation + 10 min scalp massage) and man am I glad I did! Gail gives, hands down, the best massage I've ever had, including the massages I've had in resorts and in Asia! With that said, it's not the nicest place I've ever received a massage, but her modest room is comfortable, clean, and very relaxing. You'll enter into a small receiving area and led into her room (kind of like a bedroom). The room itself has the massage bed in the center, is dark, and has a nice candle and little waterfall thing where you can hear running water. The massage - the woman's hands are magic! Great pressure and she really works out all knots. She spends the first half of the massage on your back and then moves on to the backs of legs then flips you over to get the fronts and arms. The scalp massage isn't my favorite and I usually opt for an additional 10 mins of massage elsewhere. Most of all, she is a sweet and hard working mother. Very professional, very courteous, and made me feel very comfortable and valued.

I always appreciate when a therapist doesn't ask me a million times during my massage if the pressure is good, if I like what they're doing, etc. I told Gail at the beginning that I was a relaxer and liked the quiet, and she said "as long as you let me know if you don't like something, that's fine with me". I was able to just relax and enjoy. The only problem is that I wished it had last 2 hours longer, and that I could afford to go every week! I will definitely be visiting again whenever massage therapy is in my budget.
