The setup process was quite easy -- send an e-mail or text to set up an appointment. Ling responded and was able to set me up for the same day. Ling owns a studio inside a house. The space was clean and spacious. The massage was awesome! As a daily runner and walker, it really knocked some sense into me that I needed to rest. The deep tissue massage alerted me on areas on my body, where I needed to work on. The stretches were great too! the massage was so worth it. I highly recommend Ling! She's professional and helpful.

If you need massage treatment, go treat with Lindsay at Dilworth Bodyworks. I was referred to…read moreLindsay in 2015 and started regularly seeing her for bio cranial sacral massage and regular massage, as I healed from a car accident. Since recovery, I've still enjoyed visiting her for various reasons: stress relief, muscle memory trouble, or back muscles needing some reassurance. Lindsay is solid and seriously the best to see in Raleigh or in North Carolina, for that matter, since she has worked all over. She has a way of reading muscles and target just the right spots, is a really good listener, and can also send you home with tips from her expertise as a physical trainer. Not only is she giving you sharp treatment and advice, but she genuinely cares and her scheduling is flexible and accessible with online scheduling options. I've also given sessions with her as gift cards and those I've referred have really enjoyed the treat. Highly recommend Lindsay Riggsbee and Dilwork Bodyworks.

Just got finished with a couples massage, and it was fantastic!…read more I've gotten massages a handful of times in my time, but don't recall ever having a bad experience, but this one seemed better than those. This spa has only been in business for about two months, and my wife and I partook in a couples Swedish massage. I didn't catch anyone's name, but it seems like Mark was most likely my masseuse based on reviews here and on Google. He is definitely skilled at his trade. He was putting the right pressure, and it was extremely relaxing with the nice elevator music and massage oils on top. Very clean place and he was very welcoming and cordial and would make sure you were enjoying yourself throughout the service. The business is located in mediocre looking strip mall in Durham, which gave us some hesitancy, but don't let that sway you. This is probably the place my wife will come back to when she craving some R&R

When I visit with my best friend, we usually go and we get foot massages, we made appointments at…read morethis place and when we got there, it was a very small three room apartment setting where the foot massages were in the sitting area where you would sit if you were waiting for your turn. Which was uncomfortable because the lights were bright and you're supposed to relax when getting any massage. They only had two people working , my time started and the person doing my massage was busy cleaning up a room where two people had just had a massage, he had to be called out to service me. It seemed like the massage was very limited to the rubbing of your legs for too long and not enough concentration on the foot rub as far as my friend was concerned they were doing something to her and she had to ask three times for them to stop. Unfortunately, overpriced for what you get.

She fit me in within a couple days and within the first visit relieved my pain about 50%. I had huge knots in my shoulders and so I made another appt for the following week.
