So far I've been through a few treatments with Noushi and it's been a very smooth process. The treatments are quick and effective. I've already seen quite a reduction in my tattoo, even though it's on my wrist (lower extremity)! Noushi also makes a point to get to know you, which I really like. It doesn't feel like some stranger doctor's office, which I've definitely experienced a few times in my life. I look forward to my next appointment!

From the very first appointment, she took the time to understand my skin and its needs, recommending treatments and products that have genuinely made a HUGE difference in my skin. She has an amazing eye for what your skin needs based on your goals. She also has a long-term approach to skincare, which I LOVE, and I've never once felt pushed toward unnecessary treatments--which is one of my biggest pet peeves! I feel confident and cared for every time I walk out of her treatment room, and truly enjoy our conversations during our sessions. If you're looking for someone who is not only kind but also deeply knowledgeable and results-driven, I cannot recommend Kelly enough!

Horrible experience. The staff was really disappointing…read more Laura, I believe is her name, should not be a manager. She's no help at all and absolutely does not care about her clients. She takes no accountability, nor do her workers. She claims so, but that's not what was portrayed. She refuses to believe that her employees can make mistakes just to protect the company's image, absolutely pathetic, considering they did lie, make mistakes and some are incompetent. They all lied by insisting certain information was went over and discussed during the consult, such as risks, which was not. Grace definitely did not go over risks. Rachel did when I asked but also persisted it was covered by Grace previously and Desiree, whom I have never seen regarding fillers. They made the mistake of noting inaccurately in their system that I'v seen Desiree twice about fillers when I haven't. It was Grace instead, and only once. Grace unfortunately isn't as experienced as she should be. My consult with her was not informative. She barely knew how to answer my questions properly, hesitated and did not even bother to show me any sample photos at all considering this is a big procedure. I'm sure this wouldn't be the first complaint against her expertise, and I know they all know it, including the manager, Laura. Never also seen a place that didn't have photos to offer to go by. This led me to ask many questions during the day of my procedure. Rachel in a way was rushing to get started so my numbing creme wouldn't ware off, which ended up waring off 6 hours later... So... I can conclude that there was plenty of time to ask as many questions needed. This is where I explained that I hadn't had these questions discussed previously and therefore is crucial to have them answered. Rachel argues and insists that I'v had a consult twice with Desiree based on the "notes" on the computer which were inaccurate. I did not have any consults with Desiree regarding fillers, only laser hair removal over more than a year ago. I blame the person in charge for all of this, whether the workers are dishonest and/or incompetent, full accountability should be taken by Laura the manager. Yet, no accountability was taken. Whether you're also a loyal client or not, which I certainly have been, guess that definitely doesn't fall in with them. I'v been with Rita for probably a little over a year for laser and had planned 3 other future procedures. Like I said, it does not fall in with them. I don't recommend this place.

If you're considering coolscuplting, BodyLase Skin Spa in Cary, NC is the place to go and Mari is…read moreyour go to girl!!! First, I'll start with a little bit about my personal experience. I am in my late 20s and am in overall pretty good shape. I watch what I eat, go to the gym on a regular basis, and have an appropriate BMI. However, I have always carried extra fat in my midsection. Regardless of how many sit-ups I have done throughout the years the belly bulge remained. In August of 2013, I decided to do something about this belly fat. I considered both smart lipo and coolscultping and consulting with multiple people who performed both procedures in the Raleigh-Durham area. After much thought and consideration, I decided that coolsculpting was the best way to treat my problem area. That was the hard decision. The easy decision was who I wanted to perform my coolsculpting. Upon first meeting Mari Leszczak I felt 100% comfortable with her. She is extremely knowledgeable about coolscultping. She thoroughly explaining what to expect during and after the procedure and described what she envisioned my final result would be. She has an exceptional eye for detail and symmetry. She didn't just want my results to please me...she wanted them to be perfect in her eyes as well. As for price...it wasn't that much of a factor. Maybe other offices are cheaper and maybe not. It didn't quite matter. I needed someone I could trust and I knew I had found her. I received 8 applications in 3 separate sessions over a span of about 3 1/2 months. My final results are better than I could have ever imagined. The machine itself did the actual work but it was Mari's fine eye for detail with each precise application that gave me the flat symmetrical appearance I now have. The office and procedure rooms at BodyLase Skin Spa in Cary are very neat and clean. Everybody is professional, courteous, and easygoing. I can tell that customer satisfaction is extremely important to each and every person who I came in contact with. Sarah Flores is the Spa Manager at this office. She is very proficient and extremely informative. BodyLase Skin Spa is a friendly and welcoming environment whose staff takes pride in their job performance. Everyone seems to be willing to go above and beyond to make sure each and every person who walks in...walks out completely satisfied. Thank you Mari for all that you have done for me. Words can't even begin to express how grateful I am. You're the best!

I took 17 minutes to carefully review the documents, and because of that, I was told my appointment had to be rescheduled. If reading legal forms carefully causes you to lose your appointment slot, that says a lot about the process. I had scheduled a 4:00 PM consultation, arrived on time, and was handed an iPad with multiple pages of consent forms. I asked if I could complete the personal information first and review the rest after the consultation, but was told everything had to be signed beforehand. I also mentioned these forms could have been emailed in advance to save time. This was my first time seeking laser hair removal, so I wanted to fully understand what I was agreeing to. At a medical doctor's office, some paperwork is expected, but for a cosmetic consultation, I did not expect to be rushed through lengthy consent forms before even meeting the provider. After finishing, I was told most people "just sign without reading." That was disappointing to hear. Important consent forms should be read and understood, not rushed through. I had taken time off work and drove about 30 minutes based on the positive customer service reviews. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Sharing this so future customers know what to expect.

She proceeded to start injecting my smile line with just a little bit of one syringe left and put the filler next to my smile line instead of inside my smile line and said she was putting in more filler in my lips for hydration. I feel like that was a waste of my filler because I wasn't asking for more hydration. The next time I went, the new injector, I saw was amazing, but I feel like we ran out of filler before finishing my smile lines due to the previous injector, wasting the filler on things that I did not need and putting it not where I wanted it. She also had a not so welcoming attitude as I had multiple questions with it being my first time. Due to her wasting filler my smile lines was not finished and my lips don't even look that great. Probably would have continued my treatments there if my emails and text to the nurse would have been responded to and they tried to make it right but being ignored is a good way to get a bad reputation!
