If u like spending hundreds of dollars and not getting results u asked for and having to spend more money to correct or try and get what u asked for, or having someone try and charge u for the same area u got treatment at then u better run and book ur appointment now. I called and explained my issue to the office I received service at in Wake Forest Location and was pushed off and sent to Raleigh location where I was treated like what I felt didn't matter and was charged to fix/correct the uneven/migration. I had been in communication with Hallie until I contacted her about something I thought needed to be corrected and got no response after multiple messages and pictures. She told me one thing at my appointment and then aft r having 2 follow-ups cancelled at the last minute and meeting with another injector who was seeing her clients, I was told the filler she had used wasn't normally used for the area I had gotten treated and needed some adjustments to. So needless to say the area wasn't fixed/finished with the left over filler I had and then was sent to Raleigh to have to PAY to get anything corrected. I will say Shelby was great and so sweet and it wasn't by any means her fault for not knowing conversation Hallie and I had at original treatment and with her not responding to clients when they aren't happy with something, Shelby had no way of knowing my concern. I didnt appreciate being pushed off to Raleigh location to see what I was told " An experienced injector (Jessica. A) who could help correct my issue and help figure out what the reasoning was that my Botox did not smooth forehead lines this last time." What I loved most about it was not only the education and information they shared with me prior to my permanent eyebrow procedure, but the care and time they took to make sure that my eyebrows were perfect for my face shape and eyebrow shape. My eyebrows prior to the procedure would take at least 10 minutes to fill-in because of the amount of hair that was missing from my eyebrows due to years of over plucking. After the procedure, I now can wake up with beautiful eyebrows that are already filled in and ready to go. Another thing I love about this team is they all work together !!!
