So, I walked to my car and spoke with the lady at the falls location and she told me that normally they send a confirmation a couple of days before and I never got that which tells me that the lady never put my appointment in the computer. It was a waste of time. They were both really professional and nice but I don't like when my time is wasted. So, my suggestion to you make sure that you call them, get the name of the person you spoke with, make sure they have all of your information and send you a confirmation email.
