So, I walked to my car and spoke with the lady at the falls location and she told me that normally they send a confirmation a couple of days before and I never got that which tells me that the lady never put my appointment in the computer. It was a waste of time. They were both really professional and nice but I don't like when my time is wasted. So, my suggestion to you make sure that you call them, get the name of the person you spoke with, make sure they have all of your information and send you a confirmation email. The online booking process was super easy, and provided very detailed instructions of what to do once you arrive. The application took about 1.5 hours, and the environment in the studio is calm and relaxing (i almost fell asleep a few times, because I was so relaxed. haha). They have several after care products available in the studio, and you are sent home with detailed instructions on how to care for your lashes and make them last. My lashes look beautiful, and I'm very happy with the final results (I've already received so many compliments on my lashes, and I've only had them for one day)!
