The experience I had today really lived up to my expectations! My wax was with Molly (after I booked online without specifying anyone), who I found to be kind, professional, and engaging. It really felt like I was hanging out with a friend during my brazilian wax. Molly did an excellent job of putting me at ease and managing my pain expectations, having me inhale and exhale during the more painful portions. I'd never experienced the hard wax she uses before, and found it less painful than the traditional soft wax. The pain fades more quickly and has less of a sting as well. I made sure to book my next appointment when I checked out. Molly and I discussed waxing timelines based on my skin sensitivity level and hair type and she clearly wanted what was best and most effective for me.
