Dr…read more Duncan Hughes burned a hole in my chest causing a 5 day stay in the hospital with MRSA and close to Sepsis and ICU. With Medical bills piling up and 8 months without an implant, neither Synergy or Dr. Hughes has attempted to make it right. I was told that Dr. Hughes doesn't even work there anymore and hasn't since 10 days after my surgery in March 2025 but is still listed as the treating physician?? Coincidence? After requesting for my medical records for a follow up appointment, 4 months after the surgery, I was told they were not completed?? Also, there was no mention of the burn in my report at all once I did receive the records. I have requested several times to be reimbursed for the ENTIRE cost so I may go elsewhere to have it fixed as my insurance company will not cover to put the implant back in. After losing weight and making a decision to even have this done in the first place to correct sagging skin, I am now faced with the fear of even trusting any doctor.
