If u like spending hundreds of dollars and not getting results u asked for and having to spend more money to correct or try and get what u asked for, or having someone try and charge u for the same area u got treatment at then u better run and book ur appointment now. I called and explained my issue to the office I received service at in Wake Forest Location and was pushed off and sent to Raleigh location where I was treated like what I felt didn't matter and was charged to fix/correct the uneven/migration. I had been in communication with Hallie until I contacted her about something I thought needed to be corrected and got no response after multiple messages and pictures. She told me one thing at my appointment and then aft r having 2 follow-ups cancelled at the last minute and meeting with another injector who was seeing her clients, I was told the filler she had used wasn't normally used for the area I had gotten treated and needed some adjustments to. So needless to say the area wasn't fixed/finished with the left over filler I had and then was sent to Raleigh to have to PAY to get anything corrected. I will say Shelby was great and so sweet and it wasn't by any means her fault for not knowing conversation Hallie and I had at original treatment and with her not responding to clients when they aren't happy with something, Shelby had no way of knowing my concern. I didnt appreciate being pushed off to Raleigh location to see what I was told " An experienced injector (Jessica. A) who could help correct my issue and help figure out what the reasoning was that my Botox did not smooth forehead lines this last time." Well neither of my issues was corrected or addressed without paying more money

At my last appointment here there were 2 small red roaches crawling on the floor in my treatment…read moreroom. When I brought this to the Managers attention her response was we live in NC, and NC has roaches. I was completely taken back by that response by a medical day spa that specializes in treatments including plastic surgery that require full sanitation to result in zero side effects. I also received BBL laser here on my legs which did absolutely nothing. I then got it on my arms and hands. The hands hurt so bad mine were literally shaking. I personally think the laser was turned up too high for my hands but the Manager stated this is normal. The night of my BBL I couldn't sleep due to my right arm and hand literally being hot to the touch and burning however my left arm and hand were fine. I then realized they offered me the cooling air device during my left arm and hand treatment but not my right. When I brought this to the Managers attention with provided images of my arm she had zero sympathy, said it was normal, and basically told me to go find a new spa. I was also charged for the BBL laser at a different price than I was quoted by the front desk. $850 for 1 treatment that basically burned one of my arms. I don't recommend this practice whatsoever. They had a great provider here named Courtney and she left but I'm not sure why. Maybe it was due to the things I witnessed.

I wish I had access to a practice like this when I was a teenager suffering from acne and low confidence, but at least I benefit now and can finally have better skin as an adult. The treatments are customized to your skin. I get acne treatment facials, salicylic acid chemical peels, laser treatments for rosacea, and use topical syrums and prescription creams. Everything they recommend works really well to keep my skin clear and they sell great products. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing.

It's a beautiful space! They're located in a building with a large parking lot, just behind the All Starz Academy, near the Parkside Town Commons shopping center off O'Kelly Chapel Road. They specialize in treatments of the face, body, nails and hair. Can't make it to the office for a visit? No worries, make an appointment for a virtual consultation. Additionally, they offer treatments including chemical peels, Kybella, vitamin injections, microneedling, laser hair reduction, and many more. They even offer ear piercing! Pricing is all very clearly listed on their website, too. Clara Dermatology visits and services can be paid for with an HSA/FSA card, cash, check, or credit card. However, they do not work with or bill any insurance plans. That being said, they can provide a coded receipt which you can submit to your insurance plan for out-of-pocket reimbursement. Note that Medicare and other government insurance programs will not reimburse for these services. Pro tip: you can pay for sunscreens with your HSA card! I wish I knew this sooner, but I walked away with a new Supergoop! Play (SPF 50 and reef safe!) for my upcoming beach vacations this summer. Highly recommend them!
