Amber told me at time of piercing in Feb 2019 to just call and she can swap it out anytime as she does this service for other clients. I always tip as a courtesy. A guy answered the phone and said Amber is there and there is a charge. I had a problem so I did not feel comfortable changing myself at the moment. Although the fee was nominal, I am deducting one star based on original information from the piercer. Amber has good customer service. The change back to the flat back 14kt yellow gold earring caused significant pain level such as initial piercing from the 14kt yellow gold hoop which was purchased somewhere else as not sold at this establishment. Omg and yikes! Problem if the hoop is completely 14kt gold as a problem in the manufacturing since 14kt gold does not tarnish. I found another establishment that solely does piercing and carries a vast selection in products including 14kt and titanium and after a month got a different 14kt gold hoop and 2 other piercings, zero pain surprisingly for all services. Hope this review is helpful based on my experiences, thanks.

The pictures speak for themself. I had a full sleeve with three sunflowers already outlined and all…read moreBrandon had to do was shade and fill in the inside. Something that should have been simple for even a mediocre artist. The first picture showing two sunflowers in one pic is what he was supposed to do, & the second and third are what he actually did. For 1, they were all sunflowers and outlined the same, so obviously they were all supposed to look the same. He did the inside of every one totally different, which shows he was just making it up as he went along. There are lines going every which direction inside the flower, not even sure what the need for random swirly lines were. He did not even put the pistil in the flower, which is the round center inside the center of the flower. The shading and lines are so random and deep, there's no way to go back in and add this work without having Brandon's work removed. Without the previous artists work, you would not even be able to tell they are supposed to be flowers. He tried to blame the previous artists work, when that is the only part that actually looked good. There is zero detail to his work, just random dark lines and swirls. Brandon refused to refund, even though he knows he messed up horribly. I was open to even half to help pay for who knows how many laser removal sessions I will have to have done, not to mention the cost of having an actual artist redo all the work. We agreed on a cost for a certain service, which he did not provide - it is not even slightly close to what he was supposed to do. It looks like he just took the needle and did random swirls and lines like a little kid drawing a random picture full of circles and lines. As far as I'm concerned, this dude is a scam artist. He scammed me out of $500 and ruined years and hours of work in the process. Shameful!!!!
