Lilith has a great bed side manner for any one of any age. I've seen someone as old as in their 70's interact with her to someone as young as 6 interact with her. I found her to be very professional, kind, & respectful. She even has an ADA friendly studio- which is REALLY hard to find. I'm handicapped and this was my first question to Lilith before booking. She accommodates the best she can to everyone and I found that really refreshing. Lilith did 3 piercings for me during our appointment: helix, conch and second lobe- I barely felt a thing. She is that good! Her collection of earrings are incredible! They are so diverse, so anyone with any style can find what they like. I need surgical titanium for MRIs and we found gorgeous earrings for all 3 piercings that matched that need. She talks you through the process, has products ready (if you purchase) to clean your piercings afterwards & they aren't at extreme prices. She explains and has a card explaining how to clean your piercings properly and prevent friction bumps & how to diminish them if you should get one. I felt so at ease with her and in good hands especially because her focus on having a sterile environment is her number 1 priority. She washes her hands repeatedly and sterilizes so much. Look no further! Lilith is amazing! I took my 14-year old daughter in for a second hole piercing and Lilith and her associate made the process easy, smooth, and very comfortable. Her associate answered every question we had with kindness. This is huge bc we called a few other places and hung up feeling like we were disrupting their time. It can feel intimidating trying to choose a piercing boutique for your child, but FABP made it easy for us. Lilith's boutique was hospitable providing comfortable seating, offering water and even had an amazing saltwater tank to peep at while waiting. My son especially enjoyed this. Lilith is AMAZING!!! She saved my nose piercing that was done at a tattoo shop that was closed and she took me in as a walk-in. I woke up to some intense swelling that engulfed the original piercing that was placed. She was able to get it out and replaced in such a swift manor, I definitely will use her again for further piercings/replacements! Lilith squeezed me in as her last appointment same day. She was so kind and super sweet from our first interaction via text until the time I left her chair. Getting body piercings is not new to me so I wasn't nervous but it was the first time being pierced by her. While her space is small it was VERY clean, cute and decorated nicely. Everything she used was individually wrapped and sanitized. Lilith made sure I was comfortable and explained everything as she was doing it. She gave her opinion on placement of my piercing but gave me options too. The whole experience was great!
