I was greeted by Sebastian, the owner, and we spoke about what I wanted, where, etc. The place is clean.... very clean, which is a very good sign, as if I'm going to be inked, I better be in a sterile environment! He was super friendly and helpful and didn't make a fuss when I asked 1000 questions! This is NOT one of those commercialized places that is open for all foot traffic and has pics of images on the walls to choose from. Yes, I'm dating myself, as I haven't had ink in over 22 years! It is a very classy environment and you can tell the business is very prideful in what they offer! Tory was the man that was free to do my impulsive artwork! NOTE- I lucked out and was able to get in, but appointments are highly encouraged! He worked quick and did an excellent job. We chatted the entire time and it made it go by relatively quick. His specialties are anime/cartoons, etc (none of which appeal to me), but if that's what you need, he's the man! The price was right and I have an excellent addition to my rib cage. I highly recommend this place for all of your artwork needs!

Amber told me at time of piercing in Feb 2019 to just call and she can swap it out anytime as she does this service for other clients. I always tip as a courtesy. A guy answered the phone and said Amber is there and there is a charge. I had a problem so I did not feel comfortable changing myself at the moment. Although the fee was nominal, I am deducting one star based on original information from the piercer. Amber has good customer service. The change back to the flat back 14kt yellow gold earring caused significant pain level such as initial piercing from the 14kt yellow gold hoop which was purchased somewhere else as not sold at this establishment. Omg and yikes! Problem if the hoop is completely 14kt gold as a problem in the manufacturing since 14kt gold does not tarnish. I found another establishment that solely does piercing and carries a vast selection in products including 14kt and titanium and after a month got a different 14kt gold hoop and 2 other piercings, zero pain surprisingly for all services. My piercer was Christian and he did amazing I am so in love with my piercing. He explained the whole process when I was getting pierced. I am also known to faint or feel nauseous when I get piercing and he handled it amazingly getting my water and letting me lay down after getting pierced. The place was very clean and had wonderful piercers. Paid around 122, without tip, for my nose plus an extra piece of jewelry for one of my ear piercings. They also gave me free aftercare saline solution and explained that process in depth. It was amazing and totally recommend Christian for your next piercing!
