What are the odds? I booked right away. I later found out that she had a cancellation. When I arrived I was a little out of my head because I thought I would be later, Molly was absolutely amazing. She essentially calmed me down. Which was awesome. The wax shop is very inviting and quaint, I didn't feel like I was in chain establishment in a sense it felt like home. She was very nice. The room she does her waxing in is spacious but not intimidating. It was very clean and well organized which I loved. The lady checked the computer for both locations and I wasn't in neither of them. So, I walked to my car and spoke with the lady at the falls location and she told me that normally they send a confirmation a couple of days before and I never got that which tells me that the lady never put my appointment in the computer. It was a waste of time. They were both really professional and nice but I don't like when my time is wasted. So, my suggestion to you make sure that you call them, get the name of the person you spoke with, make sure they have all of your information and send you a confirmation email. I went to for my filler, the first injector (had black hair don't remember her name) that I saw I…read morerequested not to see her again because I had purchased two syringes of filler and got some in lips and wanted to get my smile lines done. She proceeded to start injecting my smile line with just a little bit of one syringe left and put the filler next to my smile line instead of inside my smile line and said she was putting in more filler in my lips for hydration. I feel like that was a waste of my filler because I wasn't asking for more hydration. The next time I went, the new injector, I saw was amazing, but I feel like we ran out of filler before finishing my smile lines due to the previous injector, wasting the filler on things that I did not need and putting it not where I wanted it. She also had a not so welcoming attitude as I had multiple questions with it being my first time. Due to her wasting filler my smile lines was not finished and my lips don't even look that great. Probably would have continued my treatments there if my emails and text to the nurse would have been responded to and they tried to make it right but being ignored is a good way to get a bad reputation! You see responses to the other bad reviews saying get in touch with them but no contact information, no compensation for peoples time and what they put people through. Don't believe responses until u see them compensating people for their behavior! It's all about money to them. I don't like my lips or my smile lines and still having to pay.
