I would give Stephanie and this location 10 stars if I could. I drive an hour and a half each way just to see her. I've tried closer places so I wouldn't have to drive so far but no one else comes close to comparing to Stephanie and her quality of work. She's incredibly thorough, detail oriented, organized, kind, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate her open communication too. She always gets my thoughts ahead of time and talks me through the whole process making sure I understand what we're doing and why. I stick to lash lifts and tints and when I get them done here they come out perfectly and always last the whole 8 weeks. This location has been so helpful and understanding with rescheduling as well. Especially with recent severe storms that have caused flooding. I wasn't able to make my original appointment due to this and the staff was so understanding, helpful, and kind. It really relieved a lot of anxiety. LOVE this location and highly recommend it to anyone! Even if you have a long drive, it's worth it! read more

I went in for the classic set and saw Jada. the appointment was an hour and a half long. I left looking the same way I came in. the lashes were very whimsy. one eye had maybe 40 lashes and the other about 30. I had clumps of natural lashes without extensions. it's been 6 days since I had my lashes done and I have 10 extensions on one eye and 5 extensions remaining on the other eye. Since my appointment I have told ALL my friends about this place. First off, they got me an appointment for the next day and had multiple times to work with my schedule. I had never had brow threading, tinting or lamination and they were kind enough to explain to me all the options before booking. You also get a consultation with your stylist beforehand and can change up your plan depending on what the two of you decide so that took a lot or pressure off of deciding over the phone. The salon is very clean and relaxing. I arrived about 5 minutes early and they took me back right away. My stylist Swati gave me a great consultation and I decided to do threading and tinting since I have blonder brows and wanted to get a fuller look. She mixed colors to achieve the PERFECT natural look. She also kept checking in on my comfort level during threading but honestly it was much less painful than plucking!!! I am so thrilled with how my brows came out and with all the time I will save not having to do makeup in the morning to fill them in!!! I am 100% going back to Swati for the lash darkening so I can have the "I woke up beautiful" look and save even more time not doing mascara!! I took one star off because although I didn't have an issue with the cancellation policy it seems a bit steep to charge customers the full price of all the services they booked and didn't get. Flip side is they 100% tell you this ahead of time and customers need to show more respect for these stylist's livelihoods. This was quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I won one of their Instagram contests and was told I would get a lash lift and lash tint and that it would take over an hour to complete. I showed up for my appointment and the receptionist informed me that I would need to remove my makeup before my service. I said that was fine. I would just need something to remove it. I sit down for my service and my technician never even says hello. She's rude to me the entire time. I ask about removing my makeup and she says it isn't necessary. She then tells me my service is a lash lift and an eyebrow tint. I question this and she becomes more rude. She completed both services in less than 45 minutes and when I questioned this she said "I know what I'm doing". She also let me leave the salon looking like this (see picture below). No respectable beauty establishment would let a client leave with half their eye makeup on and an eyebrow tint that was way too dark. First visit to this location. I want to preface by saying that I am a fan of lashes. I know what I'm looking for, fullness and overall length. Although I had a not so great experience at the other location, I gave this place a try as they were having a promotion. I initially had an appointment for classic lashes but opted for the hybrid. Typically the techs are warm and chatty but that wasn't the case which is fine since I probably took a few naps. I was initially happy with the results, the lashes were full and dark. The only issue was the fall out I noticed a few days after the extension application. This has NEVER happened before, there are times where I could get away with a almost 3 week fill. The other issue I found was a check out. I was rang up for the service and a cleaning kit which I mentioned I didn't need since I have the products. I was made to feel like I needed their $25 kit.I had them remove that expense. I'm not sure I would be back. My appointment was longer than any other extension appointments I have had, I was going to be up charged, and lash fall out was too quick. Less than 1 week later and fullness is gone is disappointing. read more

I have not had the best experience. My appointments were changed frequently. My stylist ran late often. It turns out the I am allergic to the adhesive used for this service. I explained that I needed to use the formula for sensitive skin. I had gone as far as becoming a member, paying a monthly fee. After some thought, I decided it wasn't worth the investment since I was reacting so poorly to the adhesive - the lashes were falling out quickly and my eye area was extremely dry and itchy. I elected to cancel my remaining appointments and membership - and was charged a same-day cancellation fee, which I found to be disconcerting given my reaction to the adhesive (which is not the fault of the Lash Lounge). I am a big fan of lashes - but not Lash Lounge - poor service overall! read more

I cannot speak highly enough about the meticulous art Niveen practices with lash extensions. I was a total virgin to the process and also a very low-maintenance, no-makeup person even prior to the pandemic. With the gentle nudge of a friend, I booked an appointment for a full set and I am 100% hooked. It's amazing the difference these make to your profile and I have been getting compliments for weeks. The process is totally relaxing, well cleaned/sanitized and pretty much results in a nap. I scheduled a 1pm appointment at 12:30. I was late to my 1 o'clock appointment because I arrived at the wrong location which was totally my fault. I called the facility to make them aware of this. The receptionist initially said that my lash tech would still be able to accept me and would try to make my lashes as full as she could since I would be arriving 20 minutes late. To this I respond, I am already getting a natural set which does not require a lot of fullness. If I am going to pay for the set and full price, I would like to have all of my time so if you have another spot available then I can reschedule. I also stated that I would also like to use my deposit for the reschedule because I knew they had spots available for later in that day. The receptionist ensured that my lash tech would have enough time. I get there and everyone is kind and the place is neat and clean. The beds are also super comfortable which is a plus. I discuss the lengths and curl patterns with the lash tech and she ensures that I know I am getting a natural set. She says this multiple times. Maybe 20 minutes into my appointment she states "I'm going to do my best with fullness since you arrived a little later". I say nothing because that was exactly what I didn't want to happen. I was told that she would have enough time to complete the style. To make matters worse once she "finishes" my lashes and begins to take the tape off, the receptionist comes up to her and says "hey you don't have to rush on her because your 2:30 appointment is arriving at 4:30 because she couldn't make in time". My lash tech continues to remove the tape and says that's okay because I'm already done. I am going to show you my bill and my lashes. Now let's say she works pretty fast and maybe she did place all of the lashes on but for a natural set this bill is ridiculous. I only tipped because I love to tip and I understand that it pays bills. I used to live off of tips but let me assure you. I've been sitting on this review for awhile but all only-positive reviews aren't much help to those trying to make a choice. So I'm going to tell about my experience at this location. I had a full set done by Elisabeth S. and I was happy with the results. She did an excellent job of recommending length and style. I purchased a membership and had her do two refills as well. For my third refill appointment she wasn't available so I chose to go with "any available stylist". The senior stylist was quite brash. I consider this a spa experience and consequently expect to be able to relax during the service, which usually isn't an issue. But there was a lot of loud rummaging through the supply drawer near my head. She used a hand-held fan intermittently through the service which didn't seem necessary and was annoying. The appointment was after lunch and her hands smelled strongly of garlic. There was no getting away from it. I would expect some awareness in this regard from someone so invested in the business. The money I saved by purchasing a membership wasn't worth the hassle of trying to cancel. I fulfilled all of the cancellation requirements to the letter, but was still automatically charged and had to ask for the charges to be reversed.
