It's very relaxing, but I don't see any results or feel any different. I might have lost a few millimeters. I kept my clothes on. They wrapped me in a blanket and turned the heat up to ~130 degrees, but I wasn't hot! The treatment lasts an hour and they checked on me every 10 minutes or so to make sure I was okay, and they GAVE me a bottle of water to drink afterwards to rehydrate. They are very big on rehydrating! Most spas don't GIVE anything away, including water. This impressed me. The staff is awesome -- very attentive and caring. I dealt with Tassie, the owner, and Tanita, her daughter. They're so nice! I felt that I was among friends. Restorations offers other spa-type services, too. During the FIR you can get a facial and an herbal wrap for a small extra charge, which I plan to do. The herbal wrap is supposed to purge toxins and the facial is just pure pampering!

Horrible experience. The staff was really disappointing…read more Laura, I believe is her name, should not be a manager. She's no help at all and absolutely does not care about her clients. She takes no accountability, nor do her workers. She claims so, but that's not what was portrayed. She refuses to believe that her employees can make mistakes just to protect the company's image, absolutely pathetic, considering they did lie, make mistakes and some are incompetent. They all lied by insisting certain information was went over and discussed during the consult, such as risks, which was not. Grace definitely did not go over risks. Rachel did when I asked but also persisted it was covered by Grace previously and Desiree, whom I have never seen regarding fillers. They made the mistake of noting inaccurately in their system that I'v seen Desiree twice about fillers when I haven't. It was Grace instead, and only once. Grace unfortunately isn't as experienced as she should be. My consult with her was not informative. She barely knew how to answer my questions properly, hesitated and did not even bother to show me any sample photos at all considering this is a big procedure. I'm sure this wouldn't be the first complaint against her expertise, and I know they all know it, including the manager, Laura. Never also seen a place that didn't have photos to offer to go by. This led me to ask many questions during the day of my procedure. Rachel in a way was rushing to get started so my numbing creme wouldn't ware off, which ended up waring off 6 hours later... So... I can conclude that there was plenty of time to ask as many questions needed. This is where I explained that I hadn't had these questions discussed previously and therefore is crucial to have them answered. Rachel argues and insists that I'v had a consult twice with Desiree based on the "notes" on the computer which were inaccurate. I did not have any consults with Desiree regarding fillers, only laser hair removal over more than a year ago. I blame the person in charge for all of this, whether the workers are dishonest and/or incompetent, full accountability should be taken by Laura the manager. Yet, no accountability was taken. Whether you're also a loyal client or not, which I certainly have been, guess that definitely doesn't fall in with them. I'v been with Rita for probably a little over a year for laser and had planned 3 other future procedures. Like I said, it does not fall in with them. I don't recommend this place.

If u like spending hundreds of dollars and not getting results u asked for and having to spend more money to correct or try and get what u asked for, or having someone try and charge u for the same area u got treatment at then u better run and book ur appointment now. I called and explained my issue to the office I received service at in Wake Forest Location and was pushed off and sent to Raleigh location where I was treated like what I felt didn't matter and was charged to fix/correct the uneven/migration. I had been in communication with Hallie until I contacted her about something I thought needed to be corrected and got no response after multiple messages and pictures. She told me one thing at my appointment and then aft r having 2 follow-ups cancelled at the last minute and meeting with another injector who was seeing her clients, I was told the filler she had used wasn't normally used for the area I had gotten treated and needed some adjustments to. So needless to say the area wasn't fixed/finished with the left over filler I had and then was sent to Raleigh to have to PAY to get anything corrected. I will say Shelby was great and so sweet and it wasn't by any means her fault for not knowing conversation Hallie and I had at original treatment and with her not responding to clients when they aren't happy with something, Shelby had no way of knowing my concern. I didnt appreciate being pushed off to Raleigh location to see what I was told " An experienced injector (Jessica. A) who could help correct my issue and help figure out what the reasoning was that my Botox did not smooth forehead lines this last time." Well neither of my issues was corrected or addressed without paying more money

I had my first experience at the salon on August 14, 2024. That day, I was less than impressed. The salon is fair, in terms of ambiance. The service was not good. I have received one other facial - ever, and this was only my second, so I didn't have a wealth of knowledge as to what was "normal." However, while receiving the facial, my recurring thoughts were "Will she do anything different anytime soon, I wonder?" And "I wish this part where warm air blows at one side of my face would be over already." This part of the facial, where I was left unattended in the room alone probably took about 15 minutes. Since then, I hesitated to claim the second one, since the first was so bad, but I decided to try once again. I scheduled online in the groupme app. There was some confusion, with an error message, so I tried again, and unfortunately 2 additional appointments were booked. When Miriam called to discuss this issue with me, she was extremely rude. I have since had other interactions with her to try to get the scheduling squared away and each interaction, she is short-tempered and apparently disgusted with me, judging by her tone of voice. I will not go back to claim the second. I would not recommend this service or salon.

I had an appointment for 1:30pm this afternoon and the owner called me at 11 asking if I could come in 30 minutes later. I normally would no problem, but I had an appointment at 2:45 so I couldn't push it back any further. I offered to come earlier and she said no. I asked if I could still come at my scheduled appointment time that I made almost a week ahead of time - she said "that's gonna be an issue." I totally understand stuff happens, people call out, etc., but there was no explanation or apology. Seemed very unprofessional. She ended up getting me in, but it was uncomfortable as I felt bad the whole time. The facial itself was nice, but she asked if I wanted to add extractions for $20 more. I'm not sure what basic facial (which is what the Groupon was for) doesn't include some extractions. It seemed a bit rushed. I am definitely not someone who's overly sensitive, and I totally get things happen, but I was not impressed with the customer service. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. She left the room probably 7 times during the 1 hour session. To add: I just put some toner on my face with a cotton round and a bunch of concealer or foundation came off, which I didn't know was applied. I came in 100% barefaced. That's a first for me (I've gotten many facials.) The whole point of a facial is to leave with clean skin...I don't want it getting clogged with makeup after JUST getting it cleaned. I just wish she asked if I wanted it applied.
