He was very helpful and reassuring. One of my biggest concerns was losing all my business contact information stored in my BlackBerry and my other concern was not being able to get my scheduled Shuttle fromthe airport because my phone was non-functional. I'm a super non-technical professional with one laptop and no time to spare. My Blackberry was causing a fake blue screen of death each time I connected it to my Dell and I needed tech support. I called a few companies and within 10 minutes, a technician returned my phone call for further details and about 5 minutes later, Mark Rosen called. Mark was very professional and courteous. He spent about 2-hours on the phone with me the first day gathering details about my issue, then sending possible fixes - including a program to help clean up my machine. When I didn't follow up with him about the progress of an installation, he reached out via email to close the loop and we traded emails over the next few days as he attempted to troubleshoot on my behalf. I failed to mention that God really touched his heart either because I'm the Founder of the meetup.com based About My Fathers Business Christian Networking Group or because its just his nature, but he did all this for no cost, which is appreciated because I do not get paid for my networking group endeavors. He was even so kind as to consider coming to a fundraiser happy hour mixer I was organizing so we could put faces to voices and email addresses. I am a fan. I've used personal computers since 1983, but I'm not a tech expert. When we moved to a new house in 2005 I needed someone to set up our network, wireless, firewall, etc. A friend who works with a local real estate investment firm. recommended Info-Gate, who has been their company's IT consultants for years. Since then I've called on Info-Gate once or twice a year and they've always delivered. But on Mon Nov 8, Veteran's Day, they outshined all previous performances. I ran what I thought would be a normal, small Windows Update, and my computer froze in an endless loop. After 30 minutes, even though it was 530pm I gave Info-Gate a call, hoping they were working that day and someone was still in the office after their normal 500pm close of business. I got their voicemail, and one of the options was "If you need immediate help, press #X." So I pressed X and left a message describing my problem. Within 5 minutes I got a call back from Info-Gate's principal, Mark Rosen. Mark listened to my tale of woe and advised me to just let the computer keep trying for another 3-1/2 hours or so, because sometimes Windows updates will just fail and break the loop. He said if it was still stuck by 900pm, I should call him on his cell. That's at 900pm at night. At 900pm I was still in computer hell, so I called him. He led me through a step-by-step shutdown process somewhat different than a normal shutdown. It took about 5 minutes, and then at his instructions I started the computer again, went into safe mode, shut down again, etc. I won't bore you with the details, but the net result was that within about 15 minutes my computer was up and running again, operating apparently normally. He gave me some advice on how to make sure everything was really running OK. When I told Mark to send me a bill, he said "For this? I'm not going to bill you for this, don't worry about it." In my book, when the guy calls me after hours within 5 minutes, and then has me call him at 9pm on his cell phone - that's way beyond the normal course of business. I sent him a check (even though he never billed me), and thought I'd also give him this plug on Yelp, which Info-Gate richly deserves. If you need IT consultants, you really can't do better. I suspect all reviews for this business are fake. Even the best businesses can't escape the occasional circumstantial low score, which this one seems to have accomplished, and I know two people who've done business with infogate and have had horrible experiences. Prices were raised after being agreed to, websites was altered post completion, and ultimately the websites were taken down leaving customers with nothing but hurt pockets and no product. I would be very suspect of this establishment, and think it can be assumed based on the uniform praise, constant mention of the owner's name, and advertisement vibe of the reviews that every review is unreliable and false. Tread with caution. Don't trust infogate. read more

We have been using Infogate for many years. If we notify them of an IT issue they respond immediately and fix this problem shortly thereafter. Sometimes they come to the office to make the repair, other times they do it online--saving us time and money. I have been using InfoGate as our outside tech support for 7 or 8 years now. Mark Rosen and his team of technicians have handled all of our computer needs from simple "how do I do this?" questions to several hours on the phone for major breakdowns. Without fail, they have been thorough and professional each time. I have purchased all my computer equipment through IG and have paid no more than if I had done the shopping myself. On one occasion over a major holiday weekend I called to leave a voice mail for someone to get back to me the next business day.
