Food was like any other In-N-Out, but the customer service minus the cashier was horrible. I was outside asking an employee if I could dispose of a soda cup inside of his wheelie that he's taking out to the dumpster. He responded with "it's full, so what do you think?". It was not full. I was trying to make it easier on him, but I'm not sure why he felt the need to be so disrespectful. After I went inside, I ordered my food. The cashier was polite and friendly, thankfully. After that, I sat down and realized I didn't have a fork. I went up to ask an employee where I could find a fork, to which he told me to ask the cashier while speaking to me in a very condescending tone. I'm sorry that I didn't know? My favourite burger place! Although there's always people in the line, the people working behind the cashier are super quick. They're super friendly and are always well-mannered. Moreover, the wait time for your burger order rarely ever exceeds 5 minutes. I love their burgers here! The meat is super tender, and the flavours compliment each other perfectly. The burgers are topped with meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. You can even ask for caramelised onions! Definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't before! read more

Celebrating National Burger day with bae! Pro: DELICIOUS burgers Love the protein style Great staff Strong covid-19 protocols- i.e. outdoor seating has signs so that they are all 6 feet apart! Cons: It can sometimes be hard to get into the parking lot. The line can be long during peak hours This is the closest in-n-out and it is so so delicious! It has been open during quarantine with the dinning room closed. In the past few weeks, they have opened the dining room for walk-in order but no dine-in eating. The staff all have face masks and gloves and they clean the outdoor tables very frequently. I personally love the burgers at In-N-Out. I typically get a double double with chilis or just a cheeseburger with chilis! (They are kinda like jalapeños.) The added heat of the chilis is where it's at!!! PLEASE TRY NEXT TIME YALL GO. So we settled here as it was close to us. Atmosphere - Classic In-N-Out cookie cutter. The red and whites pop with color. As always the place is packed. Food Dinner - I always order a cheeseburger animal style. Animal style gives me that sauce and grilled chopped onions that I love. That burger went down too fast. I probably could have ate another one. Service - I took care of the bill and only worked with the cashier. The five of us each placed our own orders with him. Then repeated the ordered from what was in the register and he realized he had made a mistake before I could let him know. The food came out fast and spot on. The drive-thru can get crazy long though so try to avoid the lines if you can. My go-to order is a hamburger with grilled onions and extra lettuce with some fries. The key to a good burger is to get grilled onions! Animal fries are also amazing! My favorite shake is the Neapolitan - sounds weird, but I'm a big fan. I've been going since before I had teeth in Southern California and was stoked when one of my favorite burgers and fries came to Utah. But this is the kicker and why I would not go to this location again or recommend it to others. We absolutely love this location. Qualify of the food is excellent, servers are all polite, and they are extremely efficient in making sure the drive thru car lines move at a relatively fast pace. However, yesterday when we passed the drive thru, we noticed that this location is not taking any COVID-19 precautions. There were quite a lot of people working together talking and in close contact. They were wearing gloves, but the sneeze or even talking with one another puts the food at risk of being contaminated by an asymptomatic COVID-19 cattier (thus putting all customers at risk). Face masks would probably be overkill but to protect everyone, it makes sense to wear splash proof covers that are very common for restaurant workers. My wife and I came here, since we were in town and we don't have any in-n-outs back east. We had a great time. We recommend dining in, as the drive they lines always seem to be packed and take a while. The food here is really fresh! We definitely recommend getting a burger and fries, with either a milk shake or lemonade. The fries are made fresh in the restaurant, and if you order them "animal style", they'll come covered in cheese, a sauce that's hard to describe but it's like a ketchup/mayo mix. You can also get the animal style sauce on your burger, we recommend getting it on the burger and fries. If you want a big juicy burger, with fresh bread and fresh vegetables on it, we definitely recommend getting the double double. The food here is delicious, if you're visiting from out of town, definitely give in-n-out a try. If you're a local, you probably have already come here several times. read more

The famous west coast In-n-Out! Can't get it near home so I have to get it when I am out west. Place is pretty busy on a weekday evening and I order the double meal deal. Takes about 10 minutes for them to make it fresh and I finally get my order. The burger is very tasty...definitely one of the best 'fast food' burgers out there on par with shake shack and 5 guys without a doubt. Fresh patty, melted cheese and the sauce is tasty too. As for the fries? Not too good. They taste like they've been frozen even though I believe they advertise them as fresh. They had that mealy potato texture like when MickeyD fries have been sitting around for 2 hours and you eat one. Anyway, I see the allure and excitement around In-n-Out and will be back. read more

I was transplanted from Montana to Southern California, yet I live In-N-Out like a native. Fresh burgers (animal style) and fries (light, please), accompanied my a lemonade with fresh lemon wedges is the way I go. I like the grilled bun, but on occasion I go protein style and have it wrapped in lettuce. The service is consistently great and quality is unmistakable at every location. It is the only hamburger our son likes, and he also makes sure to get a chocolate/vanilla shake with every order. I'll admit to splurging on animal fries now and then. What is not to love? Cheese, grilled onions, and that sauce smothering fresh cut and cooked fries! I've been a regular for 22 years now so I was thrilled when locations started opening up in Utah. I'm from California, so when I see the In-N-Out sign I immediately think to myself "I need animal style fries today." After an intense internal battle, I usually give in and end up adding a burger, shake, and a drink to my order. You can't go wrong with a #2 double double with grilled onion, animal style fries, chocolate shake, and a Diet Coke! My only complaint with this location is sometimes it gets messy, but that is because every time I go it is absolutely packed! However, service is fast and the food is consistently delicious/fatty/greasy/carb loaded/perfect. I love how they're open until 1 AM, and this was the spot after YSA volleyball activities that my friends always insisted on going to. And if you drive through, you can see through the windows that nothing is frozen and reheated. They cut the potatoes right there in the kitchen, the meat patties are flipped in front of you, and the employees are busy hustlin' around to make sure the orders are out right on time. As I approached a line out the door at In-N-Out Burger, in a hurry to eat something before catching my train, that sentiment was foremost in my mind. But a cheerful server stationed at the back of the line (to be the "oh-my-god elf", as Sedaris called it) allayed my fears. I asked him to ballpark the wait for me, and he did. I was shocked to hear that I would get to the counter in 3 minutes. He continued, saying I'd likely get my food in 4 to 7 minutes. Honestly best fast food joint in its echelon. Anyone who says they only go for the fries is just nuts and don't trust them, they're hiding something, and it's their love for the burgers as well.
