I am impressed. I was a little skeptical when my guy said he would be getting us lunch from this food truck. I am now an Impeckable chicken sandwich lover. The chicken in the sandwich was juicy and a really big serving. I couldn't finish it all- thank goodness we have an air fryer to heat up the leftover. Can't wait to have this again!
We have wanted to try the food truck for quite some time. One time we tried but they closed early and we missed our chance, but finally got to try it and it was really good. Chicken was great, fries also really good. And the chicken sandwiches are huge. Food is ready quickly and would definitely have it again.
The portions here were ON POINT! Ordered the chicken sandwich and fries for such an affordable price, and holy shit i was full. I loved how the chicken was around double the size of the bun, you were really eating a fried chicken with a side of bun. The seasoning on the chicken was perfect and the breading was also on par. Don't forget the fries, that really tied it together. It was a vibe where this truck was located, got to eat with a beautiful city view and with some amazing food as well. Such an unassuming spot, but you don't want to skip!

These are easily some of the thickest chicken sandwiches you'll come across. Perfectly breaded, served piping hot on a toasted bun, and paired with a small side of fries - they really deliver on both quality and portion size. The sandwiches are deliciously messy (in the best way), so I definitely appreciate how well they're wrapped. Tonight, we tried the Sweet n' Spicy and the Chili Crisp sandwiches, and both absolutely hit the spot. Great flavor, great texture, and super satisfying. The only small hiccup this time was that our fries were missing the complimentary dipping sauces, which we were a little bummed about -- that's the only reason for the 4-star rating on this visit. Still, we're already looking forward to the next time we catch them out and about.

I think they have 3 food trucks and their newest spot is in the new development in MLT right outside of a new bar/bottle shop. We took advantage of this and stopped by to pick up some drinks to go with our sandwiches this time. My go-to sandwich is the sweet and spicy which definitely has a kick! I need the ranch on the side so cool it down haha. The chicken is a huge, juicy piece of meat that's somehow still super crunchy even despite the sauce it's tossed in. The fries are also top tier and they have a variety of dipping sauces to choose from. Friendly service and pretty quick. They give you a buzzer so you can go explore the area and come back when it's ready. Give them a try!
Per multiple sources, Impeckable Chicken serves some of the best fried chicken sandwiches in the city. I decided to visit this food truck empire (at least 3 different trucks on all days of the week), specifically the location normally found on Stewart St, for a weekday lunch. This was a bit past 11 and there was no one else around, making me the first order of the day. I believe everything is made fresh and it took around 5 minutes for my sandwich. Since this is a food truck, there isn't any seating - seems like most people who order from the truck work nearby and just bring it back to the office. Unfortunately, I'm not one of those people, but luckily I found some red benches around the corner to enjoy my food. Impeckable Chicken Sandwich ($15.99) - The chicken is seasoned well but has a bit of fryer oil taste, but it doesn't detract from the overall flavor. It has a superb breading which looks to be AP based, very evenly applied, crackly and crunchy. The interior is tender and juicy thigh meat. The cook is very even on the chicken, so everything is the same flavor and texture. In terms of condiments, they keep it simple with pickle, mayo, and lettuce. I think they might put a bit too much mayo because a lot of it drops out while eating, creating kind of a puddle. Everything is on a buttery toasted bun. The sandwich comes with small side of fries. These are normal commercial battered fries, but fried well, making them crisp, hot and tender on the inside. The meal also comes with a dipping sauce, of which I went with the Garlic Parm. It's thick like mayo with decent garlic flavor. Honestly I think I'd rather have just dipped the fries in ketchup though! All the food is served in a paper tray, so it's not very convenient to carry around while looking for seating or going back to the office. I found the sandwich to be very good, living up to all of the high ratings. I started with the original; next time I will definitely get one of the more deluxe ones, probably starting with the Chili Crisp Sandwich!
WOW!!! This place does not disappoint! I've been here multiple times and it has never disappointed. Always fresh and mouth watering deliciousness. It's juicy and the right amount of crispiness. I love a good fried chicken and when I have a craving for it, this is the place I would hit up for lunch. Oh and the fries is a winner too, slightly seasoned and fried to a crisp that comes with a choice of sauce. Today I tried the honey mustard and that was delish! I highly recommend if you've never been! Can't wait to come back again

The chicken is super tender, flavorful, and crispy! It was probably one of the better chicken sandwiches I've had in awhile. Their fries are also super yummy. Next time around I tried the chili oil and sweet & spicy sandwiches and YUM! Both had different flavors and spice levels. I appreciated that they put lettuce on the original, shreds cabbage on the sweet & spicy, and cole slaw on the chili oil. The variation makes for a different experience while eating each different sandwich! Definitely one of my favorite food trucks around, and I'm so glad that they have a location out in Tacoma!
I got the classic impeckable chicken sandwich. The chicken is tender and juicy, while the outside is nice and crispy and achieved what every chicken sandwich aspires to be. The fries are rich in flavor and not dry/grainy. While I thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich, I would only come once in a blue moon because of the price. Otherwise, it was an incredible meal to try once!
Got a chance to come back to Seattle and of course I needed to stop by Impeckable Chicken again - lines were long still but they move fast. I got the sweet & spicy sandwich this time and while the flavor was great, it definitely was a bit less crispy than the normal unsauced sandwich. I ate it immediately after getting it and it was still soft, so I think the sauced chicken does sit in the sauce for a bit before being served. Would still recommend it since it was delicious and mango habanero always hits, but if you're looking for a classic crispy sandwich you should try the original first.

Looking to switch up my lunch from the usual tacos or boring noodles I decided to give "impeckable" a try as they have a food truck that visits regularly. I actually tried an initial visit and they were sold out of every sandwich save for one and decided to hold off. This only made my interest grow and wasn't disappointed on my follow up visit. I got the Crispy Chili chicken sandwich and boy was it good. First off it's one of the few places that pulls off how the picture looks; you know what I mean? When the picture hardly resembles the food. Not with Impeckable The portion and flavor hit, the crispy skin but not too crispy hit just right. Snag? The price. A sandwich which comes bundled with fries and a sauce of your choice will run you about $18, worth it maybe, but still pricey for what is a premium chicken sandwich. If you're a fan though, give them a try. I'll give them another go; a good chicken sandwich is tough to come by. read more

I discovered the Impeckable Chicken food truck as it was parked outside of Bellevue City Hall one Thursday and figured it must be good, given the line of people. I mean, who doesn't love a fried chicken sandwich? The menu is straightforward, with a handful of different chicken sandwiches, and all of them include fries and choice of sauce with. Some a la carte items included popcorn chicken, broccoli salad, etc. But the chicken sandwich with fries seems to be the popular, go-to item. Unfortunately, by the time I was up to order, they ran out of the deluxe fried chicken sandwich, which was the fried chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce, and pimento cheese. So instead, I ordered the classic fried chicken sandwich, which included a fried chicken thigh, pickles, lettuce and house mayo. Overall, the meal was solid. The chicken sandwich was tender and juicy, and much larger than expected. I definitely was in a food coma afterwards. The fries were double dipped, which I enjoyed, but definitely was heavy, especially with the fried chicken sammy. I can see why people wait in line for Impeckable Chicken. I'm glad I was able to check it out. read more

A better chicken sandwich than both Chick-fil-a and Popeyes! This food truck always has a really long line so come early if you don't want to wait. The chicken and fries are fried freshly to order, and you can tell with the super crispy breading hiding the delicious juicy chicken underneath. I also love that the buns aren't an afterthought. The buns are super pillowy and soft and make the perfect contrast to the crispy chicken. I tried the Chili Crunch Sandwich and the Sweet and Spicy Sandwich and both were great, but between the two I liked the chili crunch a bit more. The chili oil added an addictive spiciness that was just hot enough. The creamy slaw balanced the heat and added a fresh element to the sandwich. It was super rich and fatty but also extremely delicious. read more
Stopped in for a beer and lunch at No Boat Brewing and was excited to finally try Impeckable Chicken. Their food truck was posted up right outside the bar and there was no wait when we walked up. They offer four sandwiches which come with fries and a dip of your choice. The Deluxe Chicken sandwich immediately caught my eye: pimento cheese & bacon sounded like a winning combination. And just like the photo, the sandwich is huge! Crispy, moist and tender, I absolutely loved this sandwich! The fries were excellent as well and considering how quickly the food was prepared, it was really great. For what you get, I thought it was well worth the cost, will definitely be back again. read more

Excellent fried chicken sandwich. Food truck, so location changes, you need to check their insta/facebook for the latest locations. We got "The Impeckable" and the "Chili Crisp". I would say I liked the "Chili Crisp" much better. It has more way more flavor. The only downside was that the chili oil made it really messy, but other than that super yummy. Service was super quick and we got our order not long after we placed it. The fried chicken was crunchy and the fries were some of the best, especially with the sauce they have. The meals comes with fries and one dip, you can ask for without the meal, and I think it's a $2 discount off the menu price. I would say go for the meal though, the fries and dip is worth it. Serving size was great too, definitely filled me up. I would definitely come back and try the Sweet n Spicy :) read more

I've never seen such a fast turnaround for the quality of fried chicken. The bun toasty, a tad sweet, the chicken crispy, the fries soft on the inside, flaky on the outside. I do wish there was more sauce or flavor to the sandwich--the white sauce it came with was neutral. From a lover of fried chicken sandwiches, this was pretty fire. read more

Definitely one that is going to be added to our regular North Bend food truck rotation after a hike as this spot is delicious. The menu is pretty small with a handful of different chicken sandwiches and a couple of different sides like sweet potato tots or broccoli salad. I opted for the sweet n' spicy chicken sandwich as the mango habenero sauce sounded right my alley and it was great! A good balance of spiciness and full of flavor in every bite. My gf got the classic chicken sandwich and both options had great crunch. The sandwiches came with fries as well which is great! We tried the comeback sauce, the ranch and the honey mustard and all three were really good as well. The next time I visit I will plan on trying the deluxe with pimento cheese and bacon as that looked great as well. If you frequent food trucks like I do and enjoy a good chicken sandwich then this is a good spot to add to your rotation! read more

Saw a food truck and thought I'd check it out. Bunch of people waiting around for their order. They had a lot of people working in that food truck.....food was flying out. I bought the Impeccable Chicken Sandwich which came with fries. Chicken Sandwich was bad...and fries were good. I'd say it was a good sandwich. Crispy fried chicken sandwiches! Their menu was easy to read through--4 main items along with sides and sauces. The staff were quite friendly. "The Impeckable" Chicken Sandwich: The breading on the chicken was crispy and satisfying to eat, although the breading layer was slightly thicker than I would have preferred. The chicken meat was juicy and delicious. The fries on the side were nice and crispy as well. read more
Foods were great! Ban is great - it's tasty brioche but not too butter-greasy. Chicken is thigh and more savory. It's crispy! Sweet potato tater tots are great too. Would love to try other dipping sauces! Broccoli salad was great. Refreshing between eating fried foods. Service was great - they served it so quick like within few mins and the foods were hot. This is plus especially when the weather is cold outside! read more
