Ordered delivery and was really IMMpressed lol. Pad sew ew is so good - lots of veggies. And the chicken Thai basil was such a generous portion. Veggie rolls was totally fresh veg - no noodle fillers. Will definitely be my go to place! read more

3.5 Quite a large menu and some singular items such as the thai bread or lobster pad thai. good portion. Price is fair (not cheap) and I found the overall experience and execution less refined than my regular thai plaves like sabai sabai, suko thai or sala modern. The royal pad thai is thin glass vermicelli (stick to regular pad thai!) read more

I order from here on Skip once in a while. I'm never disappointed by what I receive. Delicious food!!

Great value - I've ordered multiple times on uber eats and it's not as good as Pai but for the price, I cannot complain!

I had vegetarian pad thai with the egg crepe on top and tried the thai iced tea. FOOD ***** The food's presentation was probably the best I've seen in any Thai place in the GTA, Scarborough, Markham, etc. The pad thai is formed into a loose pile and then an egg crepe "blanket" with designs cut out of it is placed on top. Not only is the food very photo-friendly, it also tastes just as good as it looks. The noodles were good, with lots of little tofu pieces spread throughout. It came with crushed peanuts, beansprouts, and a lime wedge placed around it artistically. The thai iced tea was delicious and has a slightly less strong thai tea taste than other places (which I like! The aftertaste is weird when it's too strong) and it's sweetened with evaporated milk and sugar. Did not taste condensed milk in there though. INTERIOR ***** The place looks pretty nice (business casual) and the prices are a little bit higher than average for a Thai place in Toronto but their prices are more than justified. The colour schemes match very nicely and the bathrooms were renovated as well. You can definitely host a birthday or business meeting here. SERVICE *** Our waitress was very nice and kept refilling our waters, asked how the food was, etc. but the service was so slow I docked 2 stars. I think it's cause they only opened a month ago but the food plates come out one by one. We ordered 1 shrimp pad thai and 1 veggie. The veggie took 30 mins to come out and the shrimp came out at least 10 minutes after that. They were bringing plates one by one, at least 5 mins apart, to other tables too. It's kind of awkward when you're in a group because people like to eat at the same time so your food might get cold as you're waiting for everyone else's food to arrive. Pretty sure there's only one chef so hopefully they hire more because I see this place doing very well. read more

Best Pad Ki Maw I've ever had, friendly service, good drinks. Fresh veggies, rice towers. Recommend the shrimp rolls

What a great gem! Amazing food, amazing quality, and awesome service. Drinks are great, you can tell the quality by how quickly this place fills up! Try the pineapple fried rice with chicken or indeed their signature pad Thai. My taste buds had a feast as you enter and experience the complexity of spices and flavours from dishes that I have had a 100 times before but until now never realized what it should taste like. Thank you and for me this is an amazing find! read more

Gave this place another shot this weekend, and my faith in Imm Thai is restored!! We ordered the Pad See Ew and the Tom Yum Pad Thai for our noodle dishes, as well as the Malay and Panang curries. And of course some spring rolls. Everything was delicious. read more

I'm hunting for a differentiated Thai place. Given the great reviews, I thought Imm Thai Kitchen would be the one. Unfortunately, I'mm thaissapointed by it. Went here with a couple of friends and shared a few dishes. Note we got these at spice level 3 (out of 5) - Fish cake: A tad bland and rubbery. Good serving size for the price. - Papaya salad: Thought this was really fresh while also having a nice kick. My friends thought it was a bit too spicy though. - Tom Yum Pad Thai with shrimp: I was so looking forward to this and was let down. The spice on it seemed to just be about heat versus flavour. Also, there wasn't a lot of shrimp. Maybe we should have gotten the one with the egg crepe instead. - Kheaw Waan: Thai green curry with chicken. Not spicy at all, but the curry had great flavour. There wasn't a lot of chicken though (almost like curry soup with chicken pieces in it). Too bad, coz this tasted good. - Mango Sticky Rice: Beautiful dish. The mango was sweet and shaped like flowers, the coconut rice was green, though didn't really taste any different. Service was excellent (informative and attentive) and it was a pretty good meal, but for the price we paid, not memorable. I'mm thaiking my Thai food cravings elsewhere next time. read more

In the multitude of Thai restaurants in Toronto, Imm Thai Kitchen manages to set itself apart. Located in Little Italy, the restaurant exudes warmth with its rustic contemporary decor. I started my meal with Lobster Khao Soi. The dish is nicely presented, the serving size is good, and most importantly, the golden curry is tasty. I ordered it medium and could have handled a bit more heat. The lobster variation was a nice novelty, as opposed to the traditional beef or chicken. For dessert, I had the Mango Sticky Rice. It was beautifully presented; two roses made of mango sit atop the sticky rice. I was concerned the mango would not be ripe enough, considering the time of the year, but thankfully they were sweet enough. Service was friendly. Parking is available on the street, and the location is easily accessible by public transit. read more

I ordered the pad Thai with chicken and it was really good. Very tasty. I also ordered the mango sticky rice and it was not bad. Could have more flavor but was still decent. I would come back for the food but wouldn't order the mango sticky rice again. read more

Me & my friends went on a Wednesday night @6:30pm. It was a pleasant evening. We booked a table for 6 and we were seated immediately. In fact, half of the restaurant was empty. However, we saw a lot of uber eats people come & go. With the Yelp check-in, we each get to choose a free drink. I'm not sure if they knew the deal was still on Yelp, because the waitress had no idea what it was. She then checked with the manager/owner(?) and we were each given a free non-alcohol drink. I was quite surprised we each get to receive one (we all had to check-in via Yelp of course) because restaurants usually only grant you 1 free item per table. That was pretty nice of them. So we each ordered food. Some ordered pad thai, some ordered a rice dish, some ordered khao soi. We all agreed the food was fine. Can't say they were amazing, but definitely decent. I ordered a lobster khao soi. I was quite amazed it was only $23.95. I would expect lobster dish to be around $30. However, the lobster was very small of course. But for $23.95, I got no complaints. The khao soi noodle & curry soup was not the best, but okay. One thing I have to mention is my lobster khao soi order was missed. In fact, my friends were almost finished their food before I decided my order was definitely missed and reminded them. They did not make up any excuses & admitted they missed my dish. They were very apologetic. At the end, they gave us two free home-made ice cream desserts as an apology. Each ice cream dessert was not just a scoop, but a few scoops of ice cream with taros underneath, which is exactly the same as how they will serve if we paid the original price. Each ice cream dessert was $7.5 as per their menu. I was extremely surprised because I didn't expect any restaurant would do that. Apologies? May be (some even don't apologize). But two free ($7.5) ice cream desserts? I definitely didn't expect that and they went way beyond my expectations. That made my dinner very memorable. It was definitely a nice night & I loved it. read more

Probably the best delivery I've got in a while. The food is delicious and the price is right. So far we've kept to ordering the khao soi (well packaged) and pad ka pow. They are both incredibly fresh. I recently tried the tom yum which was also good and had big chunks of lemon grass or ginger, not sure but very flavorful. I have to dine here in person and order something new. read more

3.5 Dishes to try : - Tom yum lobster pad Thai 4/5 - unique twist to a pad Thai . a bit spicy, but yummy! - pad sew - stir fry beef with flat noodles - small portion and over cooked beef 3.5/5- like any other Thai restaurant. - khao soi - small portion but big in flavour. Loved the egg in it 4/5 - chicken Panang curry 4/5 - rich flavour again small portion - mango sticky rice 1/5- honestly the rice tasted microwaved and the portion was so small for $7.50 not to mention the mango was super sour. Very disappointed in this. They also ran out of the Thai ice cream and deep fried chicken wings on a Saturday .. so we didn't get to try those. Overall it is a decent Thai restaurant . Pricing is more on the higher end for what you get. Seating is limited in this restaurant would recommend reserving in advance. Ps check in yelp to get a free Thai ice tea !j read more

This restaurant gives more of a homey vibe compared to other famous Thai restaurant like Pai or Sabai Sabai. It was empty when I was there with a friend, but I heard this place can get very busy. The servers were very friendly, welcoming and professional. We tried the Tom Yum Pad Thai and the Pad See Ew - they were definitely one of the most authentic Thai food we've ever tried. The portion was quite big, we had to take the rest home. Overall fantastic service and I'd highly recommend this place! read more

This is a small comfy restaurant located at downtown Toronto. It has about 50 seatings in the restaurant, good for friends gathering or a date. If you check in on Yelp, you will also get a free Thai ice tea. The Thai ice tea was delicious, highly recommended. The Tom Yum Soup and was really good. Chicken wings were delicious as well. However, the pao sai kai was over salted. It was extremely salty. The Pao Sai Kai at Pai is better. read more

I made dinner reservations for date night after reading all the great reviews here. I was happy to see that they had a table reserved for us with my name on it. I was looking forward to trying the pad thai wrapped in the egg crepe because it's the authentic way of making it in Thailand and have been looking for an authentic Thai restaurant in the city. This place did not disappoint! I normally find that Thai restaurants in Toronto make their food overly sweet and have yet to find a great Thai restaurant in the GTA but this place exceeded my expectations. The chicken pad thai was absolutely delicious and the servings were big! We also got the mango sticky rice which was also amazing. The mango was perfectly ripe and the presentation of all dishes were beautiful. The service was also great! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and look forward to coming back soon! read more

Our server was a healthy young male with a bright smile and unyielding boyish charm. The food was good. Very tender and good looking smooth skin. Nice even glaze and deep set eyes. No noticeable defects and good upright posture They played an up tempo jazzy dance mix. Very pretty on the inside, made me think of the warm embrace of my dad on a cold winter read more

Delicious food! Efficient service as everything came out fresh and piping hot! I'm one of those "old" people who loves their soup boiling hot and this is probably the first place that did it right! Ordered quite a few things so had a good feel of the overall menu: Apps -Spring Rolls -Mango salad with Crispy Tuna -Tom Kha Soup Drinks -Singha -Thai iced tea Mains -Chicken Pad Thai -Khao Soi -Kheaw Waan with shrimp Dessert -Mango sticky rice The best items of the night...spring rolls and the Tom Kha soup really stood out! Spring rolls were crisp and freshly fried. Like right out of the fryer HOT! Bountiful with fillings of bamboo shoots, wood ear mushroom, cabbage, carrots and vermicelli. The components of the filling were all the same matchstick cut size. Makes for a wonderful crunch and even frying without it being dry. Yes I'm Asian and so I do know my spring rolls! Made with love and comparable to moms! :) Tom Kha soup was a rich coconut broth with just the right amount of lemongrass. It was brimming with so much chicken that my husband thought it was my main! Chicken breast was soft and succulent so I can tell that it's not par boiled and just dumped into the soup like other places. I'm a picky eater and being a chef in the industry myself I have to admit I'm hard to please, but I would go back just for those 2 items alone! Chicken Pad Thai beautiful just like the pictures!! Egg lace crepe wrapped Chicken pad Thai! :). Overall dish wasn't outstanding but was as expected. But definitely nice to look at as we eat with our eyes too! Khao Sai, mom had this and I didn't try it, but she loved it. It's a golden curry base with soft egg noodles as crispy noodles. Good portion size and the crispy part of the noodles stayed crispy. She has actually ordered the same dish at several other currently top listed Thai places and this is her favorite pick. Great overall service with hot food, beautiful presentation of dishes, clean and relatively quiet dining experience where you can actually have a conversation. Now for things noted for slight improvement, but some of it could just be my personal preference The Mango Salad with Crispy Tuna was very sweet. The mango salad itself was good, but I think because I ordered it with the crispy tuna topping it become ultra sweet. .The tuna is very fine and deep fried and seems to be coated in some kind of syrup. I recommend getting regular mango salad without the tuna. Thai iced tea had a strong bold black tea with great depth without being too tannic. However it was diabetes inducing sweet. Like the barista free poured the syrup. Recommend getting light....there is sweet and then there is way too sweet. The following is a little unfortunate but it does happen so I don't see it as a reflection of cleanliness of the establishment, but our dinner was party was accompanied with several pesky fruit flies. They kept hovering around and there was 3-4 of them, but like I said, changing seasons and it happens. Not a big deal, but a little annoying. The overall establishment is clean, airy and bright so I'm not terribly concerned. I would definitely come back and invite guests to dine here. read more

I recently hosted a graduation dinner (party size was 10 people) at Imm Thai and had a wonderful experience. The food was not only delicious but each meal had very generous portions. Moreover, the service was wonderful, I did not catch our server's name but she was very attentive, kind, and funny. The restaurants' management team had top-notch e-communication as they took the time to help me plan a set dinner menu with three courses and called me in advance to ask if I required any special arrangements. They even went above and beyond by printing custom menus on the day of the event. Overall, I highly recommend Imm Thai for those looking to have a large party celebration - amazing food, ambiance, value, and service! read more

Best Thai restaurant in Toronto so far! This place is quite new, they opened 5 months ago so it is still quiet and the waiter was very attentive. Food was heavenly good. We ordered the Tom yum lobster pad Thai, which is their special. It was amazingly delicious!!!! For 25 dollars, the dish had a whole lobster tail cooked to perfection and additional pieces of lobster meat in the noodles. We also ordered the green curry, super super good. The chicken was so tender.....will definitely come back read more

If I could give a place 10 stars I would. After a few months of having Imm Thai only through UberEats, I had the opportunity to try it in person. And I think that was one of the best decisions ever. This place is not what you would expect it to be, but it's even better than I imagined. The restaurant was so lovely-inside and out. The patio was especially great. More specifically, the food was delicious and tasted better than it looks. Not to mention, the service was quick and efficient. Thanks for reading! read more

Came in on a Sunday evening, 1 hour before close. Our server was friendly and welcoming. We ordered the shrimp tom yum pad thai and pork pad ka pao, and received free thai iced teas for checking in with Yelp. Both entree portions were large and more than enough. The pad thai was on the dry side. The pad ka pao was delicious. We ordered both dishes medium spice, which I think would be considered hot in most other places. Live in the neighborhood and decided to give them a try after seeing such good reviews. Comparable to khao san and pai but not as expensive. The pad Thai has a LOT of flavor but was bouncy and delicious, green curry didn't stand out but was less heavier than the khao soi, khasoi was good but I wish they used different noodles. Taste on point I like this place, clean, bright, trendy. So good. Wow. Finally found the perfect Pad Thai. Most places offer pad thai that either has too much fish sauce or is too sweet. This one is the perfect balance. I didn't order anything else so can't speak for the rest of their menu, but I will say... I can tell this restaurant cares about delivering quality. My noodles came with peanuts that were separately and specially packed in a way so that the peanuts wouldn't get soggy! I know of no other thai restaurant that does this. Also, the noodles had plenty of meat and veggies. This was only delivery, can't wait to try in person. read more
