    Khoi soi

We ordered khoi soi with chicken and Tom kha soup with veggies. Both delicious and came out rather quickly. The Thai spicy wasn't so spicy, we should've gone all out. So we added the delicious chili oil that they gave on the side. Our waiter, Wilson, was super nice and gave good recommendations. He was very personable. Portion size can be improved the price. Also protein is extra. The restaurant is small but cozy. Wilson told us that at lunch time there's usually no spots to sit. There were only two other tables that night that had customers. So it wasn't that busy. Restrooms are clean and located downstairs. Overall a good spot but hope they take the feedback that they need to do a bit more for better value for money.

Great new place that opened up in liberty. We got the green curry chicken with rice and pad se ew. Great taste would def go back. Minor concerns- noodles were a bit too greasy and lacked the Smokey flavour other places have. But all in all decent price.

However, the quality of the dim sums seemed to have declined since I've last been there. Makes me wonder if they've changed chefs. A few comments: Har gow- average. Siu Mai - under seasoned and a little too porky in flavour. Wo kok - I keep forgetting to use curry in this. I really don't prefer that. Char Siu rice noodle - solid. Fried pork and shrimp dumpling - not good. Steamed spinach and shrimp dumpling - slightly below average. Sesame ball with black sesame - Excellent. Fried garlic shrimp dumpling. - Dumpling itself is fine. However, the dip should be the salad dressing sauce, not just simple mayonnaise. There should be a tanginess to it.

We ordered a bottle of Rose and some bbq buns...which I forgot to snap a picture of. The buns were excellent and the wine was quite nice. Most of their dim sum had shrimp and my wife doesn't like shrimp so we pivoted and ordered sweet and sour pork and pineapple fried rice. The sweet and sour pork was very good, but would have liked more sauce. The pineapple fried rice was kind of bland, but when mixed with the pork it was amazing! We enjoyed our dinner and the amazing view. We will be back!

We were greeted and seated right away and indoor seated was about 2/3 full at 2:45pm. Items ordered: Chicken karaage- Delicious, moist, and crunchy chicken! 4x order of meal for 1 (comes with drink and either fries or gyoza) Pork original ramen x2- Large portion of broth & thin noodles & pork was delicious Chicken original ramen- Large bowl of broth, perfectly cooked chicken breast, and thin noodles. Pork spicy garlic ramen- Loved the spicy kick and enjoyed the thin noodles! Gyoza was fine but I didn't like the sauce drizzled on it. Sauce should be on the side, as this was for my kids and they did not eat it due to the sauce. Lychee iced tea- very light and refreshing: perfect for a hot day like today? The indoor AC setting was perfect since it was hot outside. Their outdoor area is blocked by the building so you don't have to sit in direct sunshine.

I didn't see this deal advertised outside, but Kinton Ramen Harbourfront has a summer deal where you can get a ramen, drink, and gyozas for under $20. It was well worth the price, except the drink was watered down a lot. The service was alright in that the waiter didn't talk much at all. The food came quickly though. The ambiance is casual and great for when you want to dine alone.

We decided to walk up to Queen Street to see something we hadn't seen and seemed like a good area with a wide variety of restaurants. I was almost writing this review for the one on Dundas Street, but realized there are a few locations in downtown. Glad I double checked. We walked up along Spadina to Queen, not all the way up to Dundas. We were weighing options, but we were unsure what we wanted and struggled. We almost ended up at another restaurant with live music outside, but we weren't being served and wasn't enthusiastic about their menu. So, we looked at a couple of options. We didn't want Chipotle or Chick Fil-A; I can get that anytime as I live near those in Maryland. Also, I wanted cuisine that was harder to find near where I live. Ultimately, we settled on Mogouyan Hand-Pulled Noodles. After a lot of hunger trying to decide, this ended up being an excellent choice. Server was friendly answering our questions. It was moderately priced. We got their hand-pulled noodles, which was a large bowl, and was delicious with beef, veggies, & plenty of noodles. I also got their Japanese Toki brand whiskey. This was a FINE choice at a reasonable price. We got into some conversation with the server about being from the US and various other topics. This was an excellent experience, highly recommend.

For a lot of the dishes you can upgrade to a large, and you can pick the noodle shape you like. My favourite is the thin flat :)
