Josephine was there and checking in on things. She was constantly asking the staff whose drink was their's and at one point proceeded to say loud enough that there would be no more drinks on the house for the staff. She kept asking people whose stuff was what. It's very unprofessional for her to be doing so in front of all of the patrons eating. Pull your staff to the back. Have a conversation back in the back. It makes me uncomfortable for the employees. It makes it hard to enjoy the ambiance because I feel for your employees. I'm amazed that no one has quit working there because of this. Be kind to your team lift them up so they can continue to help you be successful. Treat your employees how you'd want them to treat your customers. Because if you do that they will follow and go above and beyond for you. You may have been running your business this way forever. They also have ZERO consistency with their hours of operation. I was nothing but sweet and respectful to her, so I genuinely don't understand where the attitude came from. I have no reason to be rude to anyone, especially someone simply doing their job, and I expect that same basic respect in return.
