This location does a fantastic job in delivering and being consistent food, quality, cleanliness, and service above and beyond each and every time that I've come to this location for the last four years. This location has obviously been sold. It used to be the best Jersey Mike's I have been to but not anymore. Completely different crew that has no idea what they're doing. Ordered a chicken Philly online, said it would be ready at 11:52. Went in at 11:55 and the girl at the register didn't even look at me until she helped four people in line. When she finally acknowledges me and goes to look for the order, they hadn't even started making it yet. Never happened with the previous owner no matter how busy they were. Sad. So I'm a huge fan of jersey mikes and they make the subs great here and the employees are friendly and helpful. The problem is that the prices here are more expensive than the other two jersey mikes in simi. For that reason I try and avoid it now. If you get two subs it ends up being around $5 more. read more

Been coming to this location for years. Since 2019 to be exact. Most of the time I come here is weekday during the lunch rush. I know that when I come here it's going to be busy. So I know I'm going to be waiting, which I will gladly do because the sandwiches here are great and I'm not going to any other location. Employees here are always kind, if they aren't smiling all the time(they are btw) I don't blame them. They are busy attending to customers on top of doing online/mobile orders and dealing with ridiculous customers tbh. All that to say I've never had a problem with my food. The workers are always polite and always communicating with customers about their orders. The one time I ordered I Philly cheesesteak the guy cooking kept looking over to me letting me know that it was almost done. I asked for extra peppers and I knew it would take a little longer than usual. I think other customers just need to be more patient. read more

Jersey's is one of the quick sandwiches places I like ! I don't have one near me, so I don't often go as there's other options closer by. I was in Simi for work and needed to grab a quick bite before my next meeting . Jersey's came through with a yummy provolone turkey ,Mike's way on parm bread! I walked inside this location, and all 3 employees did not acknowledge me after making eye contact and I awkwardly stood there for a few minutes. This was on 6/28/26 around noon (I was the only one in line) Two female employees and one male. I also noticed a tomato that was completely rotten mixed in with the rest. I'm not sure what happened from one day to the next, but everybody that had originally been there is now gone and the store is a complete mess. Where is Rob?! Nobody sliced like Rob! Every table was dirty the floors underneath the tables for piled up with old food from previous people's meals.. Just a mess. Bathrooms looked a mess. Something must've happened because the original owners would have never allowed that lobby to look in that condition. I've never seen the chip case look so sad. All the chairs were pulled out, the fridge with all the cold drinks was half empty . The fountain drink station was lacking lids, straws cupholders. There was tea grains spilt everywhere, sugar. everything was dirty. just not won't be going here anymore. not to mention there was double the employees and an extra two managers that I've never seen before that we're just sitting there with the condition of that store looking the way it did. read more

I love jersey mikes, it is by far my favorite sandwich, every time I go in the hospitality is usually amazing, above and beyond. Today they had this older lady working and as someone who works in customer service for the past 8 years, this was by far the worst i've ever seen. There was a couple in front of me and she basically was mocking them for asking for things on the side. When it came my turn to order, the younger girl was so nice and genuinely wanted to make sure I got the best option. I ordered a giant cali club but I wanted half with no avocado or bacon, so like a #7. The older lady tells me I can't do that and I state oh I thought it was the same the only difference is no bacon or avocado. She says "no they're different sandwiches sweet heart are they not?" I state once again what I thought the differences are and she says a bunch of words and is talking down to me. I am honestly baffled by her attitude and am shocked that this is a jersey mikes employee. I had enough points to get one free regular, and paid for the other regular and left. I forgot to ask for mayo, and other toppings on my sandwich because I was so shocked. I want to go back because I love this jersey mikes. But if i see her in the window i'm leaving. After waiting in line for about 10 mins (which is fine), it was almost my turn and was asked what kind of sandwhich I wanted. "A veggie!" With a smile on my face. Their policy states before making their vegetarian sandwiches the slicer must be cleaned. So I nicely remind them that. Meanwhile I notice another man making a sandwhich do it wrong and then proceeded to remove lettuce, tomatoes, and onion off MEAT and put them BACK in the containers. I told them to forget about my sandwhich that I didn't want any cross contamination. The manger was nice and said they would get new lettuce, okay fine. Well the man at the slicer still hasn't cleaned it and is now making a million door dash orders. I was beyond shocked. Ive been in there almost 20 mins. I turned around and left. I believe this is the best Jersey Mike's around, and I've been to many. Don't get me wrong, I like all the Jersey Mike's locations, but I love this location. I had many opportunities to stop at other locations, but this is the best run local. Their sandwiches are always fresh and made well. Food is always ready when ordering ahead for pick up at specified time. Staff and manager are always polite and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and bright and great for dine in. After placing my order on line, I went into the store to pick it up. I asked twice where my order was and was told it was being worked on. After standing and waiting for almost 30 minutes an employee-dark haired guy with a huge rhinestone earring-told me to "please sit down because we can't have you standing around." I told him that it had been 45 minutes and I wanted my order. He repeated what he said to me. Granted there were several other people standing around doing the same thing. I will start by saying my family has been coming to this jersey mikes for the last 5 years. This review is for service. I placed my order at 12 noon on the mobile app, it stated that it would be ready at 12:30. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:25. I then waited off to the side and after waiting 20 mins I finally said something to a staff member working behind the counter and after waiting and additional 10 minutes I received my order at 12:55. I understand things get backed up especially on a weekend but there is never an excuse for poor customer service and rude behavior from staff towards customers. I would write down the names of the people working there but they didn't have name tags on conveniently. First off the order was almost 30 mins late, then a staff member working behind the counter was rude and very disrespectful. He raised his voice at an elderly woman standing next to me. He said "stop hovering over the counter your food will be ready soon" then he told her to sit down. The look on her face was pure shock. She hadn't said anything she was just standing quietly waiting patiently. I then told him we have all been waiting for a long time. He then hands everyone a cup to get a drink as if that makes up for him being rude and the orders all being late. Once I finally got my food the order was missing an item. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the service and how rude the staff was. All employees should have name tags and be taught how to be respectful towards customers. Managers need to do a better job training their employees or they will lose business. I also called the number on the receipt to report the issue and the phone line just rings and says voicemail full. Next time I want jersey mikes I will drive out of my way to go to a different location. The staff is usually always kind and attentive at this location and I have never had issues with orders missing items or poor customer service. I didn't recognize one person working in there today. I don't know if this location is under new management but they definitely have some issues they need to work out. read more

I don't know where to start. The sandwich was the best sandwich I have ever had. 44 buffalo was 11/10. The sauce was perfect and the meat was amazing. Sandwich just dripping the buffalo sauce. I told them how awesome they were and the cashier gave me a free drink for that, which is even better. This store is the prime definition of customer service and good energy. Idk how they don't have more reviews saying so, I just assume that's because all their loyal customers just go there everyday. The only complaint was the long wait and that's not even a complaint, they were just so busy because everyone loves them. I have a lot more to say but this place is amazing. My first time I walked to the store, the employees polite at first. I decided to go with the "Buffalo chicken sandwich" to dine in. I just wanted to leave a review for one of the sweetest crews! This morning I was running a quick errand with my son to the ups store next door one of my items needed a bag or a box which they were charging $14 dollars for an individual box so I said I'd be right back and walked into jersey mikes to see if they had an extra box or a clear bag I could use for my return. Immediately rob and his crew were so helpful and funny. They knew we needed a chuckle! Once we bagged up the return I walked back to the UPS Store and I was told no the clear bag wouldn't work so I gave up and was walking back to my car when rob ran out and asked what happened I said she told me no they won't except a clear bag he marched me, my baby and our return back in the store had them box it up and paid for it. What a bummer! I've been driving all the way from Moorpark to this Jersey location for years cuz it was in my opinion the best location around. I live a low-carb lifestyle, so Jersey's is a treat and something I really look forward to once a month. This is the 2nd time I've been there where the lady running the register is also touching everyone's food. She handles dirty coins and bills then wraps up the sandwiches, over and over again. Maybe I'm a germophobe, but that's nasty in my opinion. There's absolutely no point in wearing gloves if you're going to simply go back and forth between the register and food prepping. OK so Jersey Mike's is really good we have noticed depending on the location there is some issues when it comes to handling gluten-free food versus not. This just comes down to the employees knowing what an allergy means and how to accommodate it. The Jersey Mike's close to our house is really good about making sure that my sandwich is safe for me to eat and not have any cross-contamination. The Simi one also is very good about that.
