This location does a fantastic job in delivering and being consistent food, quality, cleanliness, and service above and beyond each and every time that I've come to this location for the last four years. I've been to this location different days different times even on the weekends. It's busy must bring your patience. It helps the employees if you know what you're going to order.. Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike's location. I normally love Jersey Mike's and order my sandwich the exact same way every time I go, but this visit was completely different from what I'm used to. I ordered my usual #8 Club Sub and somehow was charged about $2 more than I normally pay at other locations for the same order. On top of that, the portions were extremely disappointing. There was barely any meat or lettuce on my sandwich. I also asked for pickles and specifically requested extra pickles, and I literally received about four pickles total. What bothered me the most, though, was the customer service. The girl helping me rolled her eyes at me 3 different times while I was ordering simply because I asked her can you please put more lettuce on my sandwich. I was nothing but sweet and respectful to her, so I genuinely don't understand where the attitude came from. I have no reason to be rude to anyone, especially someone simply doing their job, and I expect that same basic respect in return. The store itself was also very dirty, which made the entire experience even more disappointing. Between the cleanliness, inconsistent pricing and portions, and the rude customer service, I honestly don't see myself returning to this location. I'm not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews, especially because I've had great experiences at other Jersey Mike's locations, but I felt like this needed to be mentioned so management can address it. THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER!!! I honestly don't understand how this keeps happening. The amount of times I've ordered from this location, whether it's just my order or an order for a group of friends, and somehow my sandwich is ALWAYS the one that comes out wrong. This is now the 4th time this has happened specifically with my order. I always order a #8 Mike's Way and add pickles, mayo, mustard, and jalapeños. Yet every single time, something is missing. Sometimes it's not even made Mike's Way at all. We just placed a group order, and of course, mine was the only sandwich that was wrong AGAIN. At this point, it's beyond frustrating and honestly feels ridiculous that this keeps happening. The employees really need to pay more attention when preparing online orders. I understand mistakes happen, but having the exact same issue happen four different times--especially when it's consistently my order--is unacceptable. Been coming to this location for years. Since 2019 to be exact. Most of the time I come here is weekday during the lunch rush. I know that when I come here it's going to be busy. So I know I'm going to be waiting, which I will gladly do because the sandwiches here are great and I'm not going to any other location. Employees here are always kind, if they aren't smiling all the time(they are btw) I don't blame them. They are busy attending to customers on top of doing online/mobile orders and dealing with ridiculous customers tbh. All that to say I've never had a problem with my food. The workers are always polite and always communicating with customers about their orders. The one time I ordered I Philly cheesesteak the guy cooking kept looking over to me letting me know that it was almost done. This location has obviously been sold. It used to be the best Jersey Mike's I have been to but not anymore. Completely different crew that has no idea what they're doing. Ordered a chicken Philly online, said it would be ready at 11:52. Went in at 11:55 and the girl at the register didn't even look at me until she helped four people in line. When she finally acknowledges me and goes to look for the order, they hadn't even started making it yet. Never happened with the previous owner no matter how busy they were. Sad. I walked inside this location, and all 3 employees did not acknowledge me after making eye contact and I awkwardly stood there for a few minutes. This was on 6/28/26 around noon (I was the only one in line) Two female employees and one male. I also noticed a tomato that was completely rotten mixed in with the rest. Today they had this older lady working and as someone who works in customer service for the past 8 years, this was by far the worst i've ever seen. There was a couple in front of me and she basically was mocking them for asking for things on the side. When it came my turn to order, the younger girl was so nice and genuinely wanted to make sure I got the best option. I ordered a giant cali club but I wanted half with no avocado or bacon, so like a #7. The older lady tells me I can't do that and I state oh I thought it was the same the only difference is no bacon or avocado. She says "no they're different sandwiches sweet heart are they not?" I state once again what I thought the differences are and she says a bunch of words and is talking down to me. I thought I would give this location another try since it's convenient and close by. That was my fault. After waiting in line for about 10 mins (which is fine), it was almost my turn and was asked what kind of sandwhich I wanted. "A veggie!" With a smile on my face. Meanwhile I notice another man making a sandwhich do it wrong and then proceeded to remove lettuce, tomatoes, and onion off MEAT and put them BACK in the containers. I had many opportunities to stop at other locations, but this is the best run local. Their sandwiches are always fresh and made well. After standing and waiting for almost 30 minutes an employee-dark haired guy with a huge rhinestone earring-told me to "please sit down because we can't have you standing around." I don't know where to start. The sandwich was the best sandwich I have ever had. 44 buffalo was 11/10. The sauce was perfect and the meat was amazing. Sandwich just dripping the buffalo sauce. I told them how awesome they were and the cashier gave me a free drink for that, which is even better. This store is the prime definition of customer service and good energy. Idk how they don't have more reviews saying so, I just assume that's because all their loyal customers just go there everyday. So I approached back to the same guy that took my order, employee "ROB". & gently ask Him to please come over & look at the sandwich because it was just a disaster. So he came by looked at the sandwich and he raised his shoulders and shook his head and literally walked back over to the counter... like really!! Is that how you guys do Costomer service???? I will start by saying my family has been coming to this jersey mikes for the last 5 years. This review is for service. I placed my order at 12 noon on the mobile app, it stated that it would be ready at 12:30. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:25. I then waited off to the side and after waiting 20 mins I finally said something to a staff member working behind the counter and after waiting and additional 10 minutes I received my order at 12:55. I understand things get backed up especially on a weekend but there is never an excuse for poor customer service and rude behavior from staff towards customers. I would write down the names of the people working there but they didn't have name tags on conveniently. First off the order was almost 30 mins late, then a staff member working behind the counter was rude and very disrespectful. He raised his voice at an elderly woman standing next to me. He said "stop hovering over the counter your food will be ready soon" then he told her to sit down. The look on her face was pure shock. She hadn't said anything she was just standing quietly waiting patiently. I then told him we have all been waiting for a long time. He then hands everyone a cup to get a drink as if that makes up for him being rude and the orders all being late. Once I finally got my food the order was missing an item. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the service and how rude the staff was. All employees should have name tags and be taught how to be respectful towards customers. Managers need to do a better job training their employees or they will lose business. I also called the number on the receipt to report the issue and the phone line just rings and says voicemail full. Next time I want jersey mikes I will drive out of my way to go to a different location. The staff is usually always kind and attentive at this location and I have never had issues with orders missing items or poor customer service. I didn't recognize one person working in there today. I don't know if this location is under new management but they definitely have some issues they need to work out. read more

I would like to throw a a bone to the staff and say some of your customers are extremely rude and spoiled. I come in all the time and it's always busy but every worker has a smile and is very apologetic and super nice if they are running late. I see people be so disrespectful as if they don't see you guys running around working really hard and there's clearly a line out the door. Restaurants are busy I wish people would consider if their order has to be done don't order at the busiest time during the day and try to be respectful to the people who are making your food. What a bummer! I've been driving all the way from Moorpark to this Jersey location for years cuz it was in my opinion the best location around. I live a low-carb lifestyle, so Jersey's is a treat and something I really look forward to once a month. This is the 2nd time I've been there where the lady running the register is also touching everyone's food. She handles dirty coins and bills then wraps up the sandwiches, over and over again. Maybe I'm a germophobe, but that's nasty in my opinion. There's absolutely no point in wearing gloves if you're going to simply go back and forth between the register and food prepping. This morning I was running a quick errand with my son to the ups store next door one of my items needed a bag or a box which they were charging $14 dollars for an individual box so I said I'd be right back and walked into jersey mikes to see if they had an extra box or a clear bag I could use for my return. Immediately rob and his crew were so helpful and funny. They knew we needed a chuckle! Once we bagged up the return I walked back to the UPS Store and I was told no the clear bag wouldn't work so I gave up and was walking back to my car when rob ran out and asked what happened I said she told me no they won't except a clear bag he marched me, my baby and our return back in the store had them box it up and paid for it.
