Another thing that they do pretty well is that they never nickel and dime you when it comes to additional condiments . Other Burger Chain Restaurants have a tendency to charge you. Their standards are pretty high when it comes to the dress code and we'll see how observing everybody is for the men. They don't allow facial hair, so which means most of the men don't have mustaches or beards so I commend them with this policy. So great job as an independent owner and putting out a pretty good tasting burger and consistent no matter what location I've gone to the service has always been up on par. read more

You can never go wrong with an In N Out burger. I stopped by this In N Out location today to grab my brunch. I came before they officially open to avoid the line and this store actually let you in before 10am. I was their first customer of the day and got a 3X2 Protein Style burger with chopped chilis. I also got french fries and asked for my order to be in a to go box. They made my food quick but forgot that I asked for a to go box so they put it in a bag. There a lot of parking where this store is located in because it's in a big plaza. My burger and fries was delicious, just be aware that the presentation for a protein style burger isnt the best. Cold fries every time. Zero salt or flavor to them. Burgers are not what they once were. The buns often feel stale, the meat is paper thin and the bite tastes more like a lettuce burger than a hamburger. Everyone is so friendly, professional and always makes my burgers to perfection. If your food is not to your liking, they replace it or refund it hassle free. Went to Moorpark in and out on April 24, 2024 at approx 6:30 pm. Super impressed with associate "Hector" who was working the table / dining area. Hector met my wife and two children at the entrance door - opening it for us. It was busy and usual. We were eyeballing a table. Just as I was going to sit at the table - Hector jumped in front of me and asked if he can clean the table before I sat with my family. Wow. He is good. I could not help but to watch how busy this guy was. Cleaning tables, interacting with children, sweeping floors, compacting the trash cans, constantly wiping down the trash enclosures. This guys did not stop. Management must recognize Hector for his hard work, while enthusiastically interacting with guests, all while cleaning like a mad man. Thanks Hector - people like you breathe hope into the "new generation" on young people who don't want to lift a finger to earn a living. I hope you go far in all your endeavors, and keep up the hard work as it will NOT go unnoticed. Just clarify - there was a Hector taking orders at the counter who seemed polite. Love in n out, not so sure I love this location. Everytime I come here it's always something. Today they gave us chilis on our burgers instead of pickles and gave tomatoes and no onions when we asked for no tomatoes and yes to onions. We asked for them to remake it and they did so nicely, but when we got the burgers while eating it there was chilis nestled within the pickles. Idk if they were trying to prank us or what lol. Maybe just try going inside only and they won't mess up your order, because drive thru they are also very difficult and they take the orders of people behind you first and make it a whole ordeal. Last two times I've been at this location, the quality was off. This last visit was the first time I ever witnessed life-ending, extremely bad, pea-poor quality. The shake was water. I had to ask for a fresh one before driving away. The fries were cold and stale. Unbelievable bad quality. The double double animal style was a disaster. The whole burger was NOT salvageable. Had to throw it away, uneaten. It was a mess. All the condiments were in a pile, the burgers were broken up and a messy ball of gross. If I saw this earlier, I would have walked in and asked for 100% refund and go next door. It makes sense now that no one was really in the drive thru, which is usually packed. I swear, as soon as CA raised the minimum wage to $20-$25/hr, fast food quality went to zero star level. I will never go back. read more

Is it the best burger you'll ever have? No, but it's a classic. You don't become a classic without consistency and they deliver that in spades. The staff is always friendly here and every time we're back in California, it's always a must stop. The smell when you walk in is perfect and the bustle of everyone moving around is the perfect ambiance for you to enjoy this classic burger. The location is clean and there's ample parking. The queue for the drive thru can get pretty long depending on the time and day, but it goes pretty quick. read more

Nothing's change since our last visit. Ketchup dispensers and napkin dispensers were empty. Tables were disgusting ,as was the floor. Had to ask an employee to clean our table and the other 2 tables available also needed cleaning. Men's restroom has a big hole in the wall above the urinal, waste can was full and floor was dirty. Waited in line for over twenty minutes in drive thru. It doesn't seem like anybody is in a rush to get the line moving. The people who designed this drive thru only considered what is good for the business to disguise the long wait with complete disregard for the customer who has to weave through obstacle course. Since line moved so slowly I lost track of where the curb was and ended up scraping my front passenger wheel. Now I have this damage to remind me of this awful experience every time I walk to the car. Putting a race track in drive thru is not cool. read more
