This place is amazing! I have been here a few times and every time I always leave satisfied. For those wondering it is located inside of Bomb Steak & Hoagie and once you walk inside you'll notice the Behemoth Burger menu. The service is always great, today I was assisted by Virgie who was very pleasant. The place was also clean which is always a plus. I ordered El Diablo burger with a side of chips rather than fries. The meat they use for the burger is high quality and you can taste it in every bite. The meat was cooked to perfection and it sort of just melted in my mouth. The habanero aioli added great flavor to the burger and a very light vinegary taste that cuts through at the end. The jalapeños tasted fresh and were not spicy imo (I have a high tolerance). The buns had a light crisp and were fluffy on the inside which complimented the rest of the burger so well. The chips are very thin, crispy, and lightly salted. Overall, you can taste the high quality ingredients in every bite and I will be be back again. Its worth every dollar. The best part is I do not feel bloated after eating here. read more

My boyfriend saw this place on yelp and we love supporting local businesses so we decided to try it. On yelp, it says Behemoth Burger, but the name of the location is actually Steak & Hoagie so we were a little confused at the beginning, but then when we saw the sign inside through the window, then we knew it was there. We were greeted instantly upon entering by the wonderful cashier lady. I forgot her name, but she was really sweet. We tried the behemoth basic burger, and my boyfriend tried the Lone Ranger burger. I heard someone else request garlic fries so I asked if I could do the same and they said yes. We both loved our meals and I love the fact that I could get garlic fries because originally I had wanted to go to red Robin due to their garlic fries, but I'm glad they had it here since this is where we went for lunch today. The meals came out very quickly, and they were hot and fresh and the burgers tasted delicious. The cashier brought us our food and asked if we needed ketchup or ranch and brought everything to our table. We paid about $40 for both meals which seems to be a pretty average for the area. There was plenty of seating inside. We got checked on by what I believe was the owner and the cashier twice so we were very impressed trying this place for the first time. Next level! Another fantastic visit; But not only to Bomb Hoagie this time but also BEHEMOTH Burger! Residing in the same location and using the same grill but two different menus. My parents were in town and we were needing a yummy local lunch spot. I immediately thought of Bomb Hoagie which is known for serving fabulous cheesesteak hoagies coupled with friendly and heartwarming service. My dad and I are always the adventurous ones so we tried the burgers. I don't get to eat bleu cheese often at home so I was interested in trying the Behemoth Bleu. My dad as a mushroom lover immediately gravitated towards the Wild Hunter burger. Both of us were amazed when it came out. The burger was indeed BEHEMOTH. Not to be outmatched, the flavor was even bigger. Mouth watering bites. There was little talking until both burgers were devoured. Oh and can't forget to mention the freshness of both fries and chips. Homemade goodness. We were so stuffed yet so so satisfied. It was epic. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! First of all, my Blue burger was literally everything you dream of in a blue cheese burger--creamy and lots of blue cheese flavor. Second, the Lone Star bbq burger bbq sauce is super yummy. Third, the magic on all three of these were soft but substantial buns that they bake fresh daily. I am definitely a fan! The location seemed clean. I ordered the Big Behemoth, a 3/4 Pound Ribeye Triple Cheeseburger with Grilled Onions, Muenster, Cheddar, Swiss Cheese, and Mayo on a Fresh Baked Bun.
