    Behemoth bleu - flavor bomb!
    Michael L.

Next level! Another fantastic visit; But not only to Bomb Hoagie this time but also BEHEMOTH Burger! Residing in the same location and using the same grill but two different menus. My parents were in town and we were needing a yummy local lunch spot. I immediately thought of Bomb Hoagie which is known for serving fabulous cheesesteak hoagies coupled with friendly and heartwarming service. My dad and I are always the adventurous ones so we tried the burgers. I don't get to eat bleu cheese often at home so I was interested in trying the Behemoth Bleu. My dad as a mushroom lover immediately gravitated towards the Wild Hunter burger. Both of us were amazed when it came out. The burger was indeed BEHEMOTH. Not to be outmatched, the flavor was even bigger. Mouth watering bites. There was little talking until both burgers were devoured. Oh and can't forget to mention the freshness of both fries and chips. Homemade goodness. We were so stuffed yet so so satisfied. It was epic. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! This place is a MUST when in Simi Valley. The owners deserve every bit of recognition and praise for establishing this community gem. Thank YOU!

The owners are always nice and online orders: once inside you wait a little bit for them to bag it but it's quick nonetheless! It's fresh every time. I usually order their Behemoth Basic Single 4oz of Ribeye with Fries and it does not disappoint!! I love it. They have other stuff too if you like bbq or spicy or mushrooms!

Behemoth Burger is a must try, either you live close by or passing by the 118 or 23 highways. Very friendly, service was great, prices are not crazy for the quality, and clean resturant with plenty of tables. They got hoagies and burgers Tried the El Diablo - 1/2 Pound Ribeye Burger, Habanero Aioli, Habanero Cheddar Cheese, Pepper Jack Cheese, Red Onion & Fresh Jalapeño, juicy tasty burger. Hand cut fries

The owner is great! Helped us pick out the best burger! Best lean tasty burger! Sauce is so good! The zucchini sticks are amazing. The homemade potato chips are the best I've ever had! The place is clean and has about 5 tables. We will definitely be back when we are in the neighborhood!!

Yes it was confusing to find since like several other places we've been to recently it's a brand in a brand, like noted in other reviews it's inside a hoagie place. The burger was good, we all liked what we got. The counter person was friendly.

OMG. Run. Don't walk! Get yourself to this place stat! From the outside you'll see a Steak & Hoagie sign. Inside we were confused by the hoagie & cheesesteak menu on the left and the burger menu on the right. But the bright and beautiful smiling Virgie (owner) walked us through to the perfect order! Here you see a glimpse of 1) the PMC-Go-All-In cheesesteak, 2) the Behemoth Blue burger and 3) a double Lone Ranger. Plus 4) fries and 5) chips that were equally amazing. First of all, my Blue burger was literally everything you dream of in a blue cheese burger--creamy and lots of blue cheese flavor. Second, the Lone Star bbq burger bbq sauce is super yummy. Third, the magic on all three of these were soft but substantial buns that they bake fresh daily. I am definitely a fan! Next, the cheesesteak--which I could murder on any given day--received this quote from Lily: it was bomb! Nuf Said. Finally, we asked which is better--fries or chips--they encouraged us to get both. Not a mistake! For the fries, think In and Out style, kinda dry but pure. For the chips, light, airy, crisp, salty. Lovely. We will definitely come back for more!! And we already have our sights set on what we'll have next...the list is long! Go support your local business owners!! They rock!! BehemothBurger.com and #bombhoagies

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a late dinner at Behemoth Burger in Simi Valley. The staff was kind, quick, and very knowledgeable. This is a ghost kitchen, and we came to pick up our order. The location seemed clean. I ordered the Big Behemoth, a 3/4 Pound Ribeye Triple Cheeseburger with Grilled Onions, Muenster, Cheddar, Swiss Cheese, and Mayo on a Fresh Baked Bun. I chose Handcut Fries over their fresh hand-sliced chips. It would been nice if a combo with a drink was available. Our burgers were solid with generous portions and robust flavors. I highly recommend it!

Burger was juicy, cooked very well and everything tasted fresh

The pastrami burger and onion rings were the highlights for me. The onion rings were super crispy with a nice, light batter. The burger hit the spot too. The fries were a bit underwhelming though, kind of bland and definitely needed more seasoning. Overall, a solid stop if you're craving pastrami, but I'd skip the fries next time.

Let's get one thing straight--The Hat isn't just good... it's the kind of place that makes every…read moreoverpriced, overhyped sandwich shop look completely ridiculous. I ordered the pastrami dip, and this is how it's supposed to be done. Not dry, not chewy, not some sad excuse for deli meat. This was juicy, tender, stacked high, and absolutely dripping with flavor. Every bite hits hard--rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. And the bread? Holds together like it actually wants to be part of the sandwich, not fall apart halfway through like a soggy mess. Now let's talk about the onion rings... because this is where they flex. You order a "large," and instead of some tiny portion pretending to be generous, they hand you a brown paper bag absolutely PACKED with crispy, golden onion rings. Not greasy, not limp--crunchy, hot, and seasoned properly. This is what a large is supposed to look like. Other places should be embarrassed. And the service? Fast, efficient, no nonsense. No attitude, no confusion, no standing around wondering what's going on. These people know exactly what they're doing. Orders come out quick, everything's hot, and the whole operation runs like a machine. That's how you handle volume without sacrificing quality--something a lot of places clearly can't figure out. No gimmicks. No trendy nonsense. No tiny portions dressed up to look fancy. Just big, bold, properly executed food that actually delivers on what it promises. Meanwhile, other spots are out here charging double for half the portion and calling it "premium." Stop it. This is the standard. Bottom line: If you want a real pastrami sandwich, real portions, and service that actually keeps up--go to The Hat. If not, go waste your money somewhere else. I'll be back. And next time, I'm getting another bag of those onion rings--because clearly, one isn't enough.

I decided I wanted a burger in that moment and so I wended my way over through all the cars in that crowded parking lot. Decided to try FunBurger and this was one of the best decisions we've made in quite a while. Did you know they have limited breakfast hours? I didn't. Mon - Thurs 11am to 2pm and Fri - Sun 9am to 2pm, very nice. Their breakfast burrito is one heck of a bargain. It's big, tasty, and was served very hot fresh by the happy staff. The breakfast sandwich is also a great deal. Oh, and don't forget the French Toast strips, crispy and quite yummy. It was a very Happy Accident, as Bob Ross would say, that we found this new breakfast stop. Give them a try, breakfast is as great as their burgers. Giant TV's too.

Lately I've been without wheels, and have ordered from here for delivery, but this past Friday we actually had a small meeting near by and we all ate in this restaurant. I had my usual Flying Fried sandwich and it did not disappoint, in fact it seemed slightly better than the last one I had. To add a drink and a little tub of fruit to my order was like $5. Eh. Not impressed. 8 grapes, 8 blueberries, one strawberry. The womens was "out of order" and the mens stunk worse than a morgue with faulty air conditioning. My husband wanted to go before we left. I don't know how he did it. I went next and -- this has never happened to me -- as soon as I closed the door I immediately had the urge to vomit. I ran out and exhaled.
