The cashier was very friendly, so that was a plus and a good first impression. The interior restaurant space is really odd. They've laid it out so that two-tops are shoved up against one wall, and four-tops are shoved against the opposite wall, with an excessively large open space in the middle of the room. Seems like wasted space to me, and not visually interesting or welcoming. Farther across the room, away from the ordering stand and the kitchen, are several raised counters with barstools. DH and I ended up sitting at the end of one of those counter spots. We noted that there are other chicken spots very close by - Chick Fil-A, Zankou Chicken, Wing Stop, El Pollo Loco, this Angry Chickz place, and a Raising Cane's is going in to the spot previously occupied by Amy's.
